3/4/23 I haven't finished my treatment yet but I wanted to leave a review of my experience so far- I'm in session 3 of 8, I have dark straight hair and have honey tan skin color. So far, I'm very impressed! HAIR REMOVAL So far, I've definitely noticed a thinning of the hair and there are patches that just stay smooth for weeks. I'm very optimistic of the complete hair removal. As soon as I put in my information on their website to get a pricing on lip injections. A lady called me, I wasn't available to answer her call so I told her I would call her back and when I did call her back she was so sweet. She asked what I was wanting what are the things I was interested in. Then when I got down to the pricing she told me $700 but if I go today, they would give it to me for $500. And I responded with "thank you for informing me, I'll be more than happy to stop by to see the store in person soon." Her: " yeah but our usual price is 700 and today it's 500 after today you won't get this price anymore. I can make you the appointment right now so you can come in today" Me: " Yes, I completely understand. It's because I'm looking around in my local area for lip injections you know I want to do my research on places." *Her repeating herself 2x's more and insisting and pushing and pushing that I come in TODAY! I called for information and I spoke with a Jamielyn. After speaking with her and going over the pros and cons I decided to wait it out (on going medical issues). She was very pushy and told me it was going to be more expensive if I wait. I thought it was insensitive on her part since the ongoing issue is Melanoma related. I stopped replying to her. I thought it was over since I never signed anything. Fast forward a month later, I get a credit card in the mail! I was able to cancel the card with their fraud department. I am happy so far with the results of my laser treatments. I would highly recommend requesting Vanessa or Ashley F for your sessions! They are both very kind and also professional. Some of the other nurses don't seem as thorough or friendly. I would have given 5 stars except the front desk staff is so blah! Don't get me wrong, they are doing their job but they show no enthusiasm whatsoever and will prioritize phone calls over a customer at the desk. I've been coming to Laser Away for a year now! I'm currently removing 10 tattoos which most are gone. I still have a couple that need more treatments. The staff is super warm and friendly. My nurse today was Jessica. She is now my favorite! She was gentle and quick. Jessica was also very patient with me. She got me through the pain and made me feel very comfortable. As for pricing. I hate to have to write a bad review because im not one to do this,but i need to save you all from this scam! I payed $2300 for lazer hair removal on my armpits and half my face.Berinder, she is the front desk lady said "trust the process i did it".So i had some faith.Now i have one more session to go and i see no results the hair did fall after the 6th session but another comes back 2 days later thicker,blacker,and stronger.Now im shaving every day and it took me almost 1 year going through this struggle waisting time gas and now i have a 5 o'clock shadow that i can not cover on my face! I was a waitress and now i don't even want to work because im so self conscious.I told them my story and they said i need more sessions every one is different it will be another $1000 they never took before and after pics witch means they do not care about your results or even tried to find out our hair cycle to know when to kill the root! I am hesitant to leave a review so early in my treatment but I am hopeful and had a great experience today thanks to Ashley F. She has been the best nurse I've had so far. I am only 3 sessions in out of 8 for my hair removal of my full legs, Brazilian and armpits. My hair is dark and course which causes itching, razor burn, etc. I noticed after my first session that the hair growth was slowed so I got excited. After that it seems to be back to normal but it's still to early to tell so I'm being patient and trying my best to trust the process. When it comes to pricing they definitely are smart because no pricing is listed on the website and have constant "deals" and "discounts" to upsell or convince you to buy. Who knows if there is actually a list they go off of or just come up with it off the fly. I've spent well over $3,000 for this "package" deal and I made very clear that I was hesitant about their "guarantee" for it to work prior to my first appointment. I was told their customer service department was great and would take care of my concerns if it were to come to that. As for staffing, the girls up front are great! Very nice, inviting and knowledgeable. Heather I believe her name is, is super sweet. I know it's their job (I work in Sales as well) but the upselling can probably be taken down a notch. I would love more treatments in the future but I want to see results for this before I spend anymore money. I'm bad with names but my first 2 sessions the nurses I had were nice as well, professional and informative. I felt comfortable right away and they made sure I didn't experience any pain. I feel Ashley F has been the best so far solely due to the fact that she made sure to get EVERY little area I'm paying for, especially in the lower regions. Some areas I feel were previously missed or just skipped over whether it by accident or inexperience, who knows. Im big on efficiency and being thorough. I could feel a difference in the laser this time around and how my skin felt. Maybe she turned up the "juice". Haha. I appreciated that. Her energy and engagement also made this session my top so far. The location is clean and inviting. I haven't had any issues with scheduling yet. We do schedule 6 weeks out after every session and I haven't had to make any changes or reschedule so it's been smooth sailing so far. I will obviously be following up on this review after I'm further along or finished completely. As of now, thank you to Laser Away in Rancho. This review is specifically about this location and not at all about the entire company (they have multiple locations). I had my second session on Tuesday Oct 16th in the morning. I walked in, smiled and said hi. There was two receptionists at the front, one of the responded with "appointment?" No "hi welcome" no smile, nothing. The whole interaction was rude and so unwelcoming. They really threw off the whole vibe. To keep this shorter than longer, the nurse doing my tattoo removal didn't offer me any numbing cream or a cooling pack. The entire experience was so bad it really bothered me considering all of my money I have paid. I will be continuing my treatments at the Brea location which their staff seem great there. read more

This is a review for Laser Away's tattoo removal services. Oh, how I wish I had before and after photographs of my tattoo that I loathed. I am astonished by the results. I wasn't left with a faded tattoo, nor was I left with subtle markings that indicated a tattoo's presence in the past. My tattoo was gone. One-hundred percent gone. So gone that people do not believe that I used to have a tattoo in that particular spot. I am so impressed. As for the business itself... Been a customer for several years, and a suggestion is to make sure you book your appointments in advance. Their appointments get full and may need to go in at least over a month for your next treatment. If your a full time career person and weekends is only your time, it might be very challenging to get weekends as your first choice. You might have to take time off work to get your treatment done. Also the parking in VG is a bit of a pain. You might have to park further and circle around to find a good parking because it is located in an open air mall, and Fridays are the worst. Currently doing IPL, and I'm not seeing much of a difference, even though it's my first treatment, but I'm going to give it time. I'm learning that with IPL it might not be for everyone and I'm learning it the hard way. Overall the ladies are nice and more than willing to help. read more

I've done three laser hair removal appointments so far and one Botox session. Overall I recommend both services! The nurse who did my Botox was very conservative with it which is what I wanted. I've gotten Botox in the past elsewhere and definitely had better results here at laser away. For the laser hair removal, Caresse is so great! She did my first laser appointment which I was very nervous and reassured me the whole way. It ended up being a much better experience than I expected.
