I started treatment on my underarms and Brazilian area July 2022 and was extremely impressed with the results after the first treatment! I ended up adding my legs as well (discounted rate before 3 treatment of Brazilian and underarms). Not only is the treatment quick, low pain, and the results are amazing, but the staff is wonderful as well ! They are very communicative. If they are running a little behind (which is rare) they give you a courtesy call ahead of time to let you know which is very much appreciated. LOVE this place! Two reason: 1) The experience. Every time I come in for my appointment I am greeted by a very friendly and nice patient care coordinator, usually Kelsey, who is my favorite and is one of the nicest people I know. They go out of their way to ask how your day has been and even as far as remembering what I had going on in my personal life from my last visit. The waiting area is always clean and the couches... talk about comfort!! 2) The treatment. I've had many laser experiences in the past and this one has been above and beyond the best. The machine that is used is so calming and it doesn't hurt at all. Colleen has been my registered nurse for most of my visits and she is great! Very friendly and always great conversation. The results have been incredible as well!!! I've noticed a large change in reduced hair growth on my neck and shoulders, which is such a relief considering the discomfort I used to feel. LaserAway was really a pleasant surprise! I'm no stranger to laser hair removal--I've had it done many times, in several areas (ahem) and at different centers. This place was my absolute favorite. I only needed a touch up in the bikini area (ouch) and knew what to expect. The price was right, they were opened Sundays (no missing work) and Ashley was the best. I was afraid not to use numbing cream (they don't offer it), but the laser had a fan attached to it and it helped so much. Ashley was so sweet, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Pretty worthless spot. I paid for 10 laser tattoo removal sessions for a fairly small tattoo on my finger. They did session one which seemed okay. Booked me for session 2 about 8 weeks out. I got a courtesy call and text reminder a few days before my second appointment. Morning of my scheduled 2nd session I get a call saying their machine is broken and wouldn't take me in for about 2 weeks until its fixed. I go back and request a refund which they gladly returned. But still tried to up-sell me on they can speed up the process once the machine is fixed. Come back for another session. Instead of waiting 2 months between sessions they would accommodate every two weeks. I found a smaller laser removal place thats cheaper and wasn't so pushy on selling. read more

After much consideration I finally decided to get laser hair removal. Immediately after I requested more information on the website they called me. They were really informative and transparent about the process and prices. I was able to book as soon as the following day. When I made it to my appointment it was very clean and nice inside. They always have great deals on Botox, laser, facials, etc. They also offer lots of evening and weekend appointments which I really love since I work late and in the city. I have never had any issues with side effects such as bruising or infection as they are really strict about following protocols that prevent these type of side effects.
