I didn't want duck lips, so I came prepared with Gal Godot lip photos, but I was really lucky to get such an experienced nurse. She listened when I asked to have natural looking lips, helped me get through the injections, and advised me on how best to take care of my lips at home. Very disappointing. I made an online appointment for a phone call consultation for 11am, I never received a call so I waited maybe they were busy? 3 hours and nothing, so I call them and we go from there. She sets my appointment for Juvederm in like 4 days. I had to pay half of my cost over the phone. The day before my appointment they cancel it saying there's no nurse that day and they can reach out to me in 2 days to reschedule my appointment. I say okay and wait, but I got no call. So I ended up calling late that day asking what's happening, kind of annoyed I feel like they're not taking me seriously. I ask if I can talk to customer services just to see what was going on and kind of just wanting a refund at this point. Surprisingly the lady from CS calls me and convinces me to give them another chance, so I said okay and she said they'll call me later that day or tomorrow to set my appointment. Days go by and nothing! So I call LaserAway and tell them what's going on and they said they can't take me in for another month or so. If I would've known it was going to be that long I would've never said yes!! At my consultation they said they'd take me in just in a few days now it's more than a month?! Now i'm wanting and waiting for my refund and Customer Services doesn't answer. I was so excited to try LaserAway too, sucks. read more

I brought it up to the desk and the tech but after half of my sessions passed making sure to go over the chalk lines didn't do much.
