It's my second time getting a full syringe, second time going to Laser Away but first time seeing Wendy (two sessions, half syringe each time, so technically second time seeing Wendy). She did an amazing job. I appreciated having her walk me through the entire process and providing guidance along the way for the perfect shape / look as I'm still new to getting fillers & wasn't too sure what would be best for my face. I have a sharp Cupid's bow naturally but I've never had the proper outline & my top lip was always uneven (left side fuller, right side almost non-existent) & now I finally have that symmetrical & "fluffy" pout I was aiming for. 100% recommend Wendy & I'll be seeing her in six months for sure! Given this was my first time getting treatment, these ladies walked me through the procedures and even shared their personal experiences with me to help sooth my nerves. I was so inspired that I decided to get lip filler on top of my other treatments. For the treatment itself, I had nurse Eli, who was such a sweet and caring provider. Very disappointing. I made an online appointment for a phone call consultation for 11am, I never received a call so I waited maybe they were busy? 3 hours and nothing, so I call them and we go from there. She sets my appointment for Juvederm in like 4 days. I had to pay half of my cost over the phone. The day before my appointment they cancel it saying there's no nurse that day and they can reach out to me in 2 days to reschedule my appointment. I say okay and wait, but I got no call. So I ended up calling late that day asking what's happening, kind of annoyed I feel like they're not taking me seriously. I ask if I can talk to customer services just to see what was going on and kind of just wanting a refund at this point. Surprisingly the lady from CS calls me and convinces me to give them another chance, so I said okay and she said they'll call me later that day or tomorrow to set my appointment. Days go by and nothing! So I call LaserAway and tell them what's going on and they said they can't take me in for another month or so. If I would've known it was going to be that long I would've never said yes!! At my consultation they said they'd take me in just in a few days now it's more than a month?! Now i'm wanting and waiting for my refund and Customer Services doesn't answer. I was so excited to try LaserAway too, sucks. read more

Yesterday my nurse was Eli and she made sure the area was numb before starting, made sure I had supplies for home, and reminded me of the after care. Both the nurses and office staff are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they've cultivated a warm and positive atmosphere that always makes me look forward to my next visit. I don't have a particularly high pain tolerance, but neither the laser treatments nor injectables I've gotten have been uncomfortable--they've gone out of their way to make sure of that (the little things make a big diff!). Girls here are very professional. The one thing corporate needs to work on is the call center. I have called several times and no one responds. The system sends you to a voicemail but it has been full for the past 3 months l've tried to make an appointmenr on there. When l actually call this WC location they always give me apointments that are a month in advance. Why? So if you lose one appointment tou have to wait 2 months to be seen again? Not fair. read more

And they always take good care of me I recently had a lady name Witney (i hope I spelled her name correct) but she is very detailed with how she did my full legs and I really appreciate that since its been a difficult for me to get rid of my hairs. I got laser hair removal on my full legs, Brazilian, and under arms. It's pretty painful and no one tells you. I saw some results after my 8 sessions, but I have missed spots. You can tell the areas on my legs that they didn't go over the chalk marked area with the laser. I have a line of hair in areas where the chalk was placed. I brought it up to the desk and the tech but after half of my sessions passed making sure to go over the chalk lines didn't do much.
