Literally, the service attendant flagged me in and I was uncomfortable doing so but you kept pushing me and next I know I'm in the car wash. Can't see the car in front of me and I feel a bump: So they show my insurance cover the video and blame me. I never got to see the video and I'm not sure my insurance company did either. The manager quickly came out and stopped me from taking pictures of the car that I supposedly hit and taking pictures of the area in the accident. It's all set up to prevent paying. Car wash is a scam. Recommend when they flag you in you wait for car lengths and then go in instead of letting them push your capacity and if you hit somebody in front of you paying for it like I did.

I stopped here in the middle of a road trip looking to spray off the underneath of my car and get off all the Chicago salt, which you can't do with your regular pull-through car wash. Lo and behold I found this gem! Not only did I spray off the under body, but I used the foam brush and tire cleaner. My car is so clean now! If I was using quarters at a typical coin wash, I would probably be out $25 considering the time I spent washing and vacuuming. I have never seen a car wash set up this way, but I wish there were more of them. Fabulous!

I figured that after five years, maybe it was time to give them another chance. Who knows? Maybe they upped their game? Well, I did, but they didn't. Nothing has changed and, again, if anything, it's gotten yet worse. Now, the machine didn't even give me the option for a carwash -- even though the prospect of a carwash and the discount that would have come with it were part of the reason I so wanted this place to get better. After I pumped the fuel, the receipt didn't even print (even though I asked it too). Moreover, the gas here isn't even cheaper than elsewhere in town, even though it used to be. I paid $2.11 per gallon, and then proceeded to drive past places charging $2.07 and $2.08. Oh well. I'll try again in 2021. Until then, I'll be getting my gas and my carwashes in town.

I cannot tell you how many times I have went to vacuum my car out and have waited over 10 mins after asking them to use the vacuum and then them not ever come to turn it on. This was annoying because that's pretty much the only reason I was getting the car wash in the first place. I called the customer service phone number and left a message, explaining the situation. A few days later, I got a card that (presumably) should have had some credit on it for future use. But then, when I went back and tried to use the card, the card reader machine couldn't read it. In fact, it wasn't really able to read my credit card either. I cut my losses, turned around, and went to Laswerwash (just a half mile north of Jag's) instead.

The team member explained the difference and advised that we'd get to test drive it for a month before being charged to decide whether or not we would like to keep the upgrade to our current package. We thought that was a pretty sweet deal! We went through the wash and noticed an employee inside, walking alongside our vehicle. He appeared to be observing the equipment. After exiting the wash, my husband observed that my front bumper still had so bugs present on it (R.I.P.). So, we went through once more, stopping to advise the attendant that we'd like the bumper manually sprayed off. They made a notation on my front windshield in chalk. Unfortunately, the young man at the entry to the wash didn't see it until we were almost past him (despite our waving and pointing), and he barely sprayed it. I'm not sure if the 2nd wash got everything off, because we didn't have time to check, as we were headed for an appointment nearby.
