I recently stopped by this location for a carwash and encountered their kind and helpful staff once more. I already have the Unlimited Wash package, but my husband inquired about their new 360-degree package. The team member explained the difference and advised that we'd get to test drive it for a month before being charged to decide whether or not we would like to keep the upgrade to our current package. We thought that was a pretty sweet deal! We went through the wash and noticed an employee inside, walking alongside our vehicle. He appeared to be observing the equipment. After exiting the wash, my husband observed that my front bumper still had so bugs present on it (R.I.P.). So, we went through once more, stopping to advise the attendant that we'd like the bumper manually sprayed off. They made a notation on my front windshield in chalk. Unfortunately, the young man at the entry to the wash didn't see it until we were almost past him (despite our waving and pointing), and he barely sprayed it. Perfect service! I usually have to ask on the second time through to get them to hit the bugs on the windshield with the sprayer at other locations I have been to. One thing that really stuck out to me was the workers at this location! They all had smiles on their faces and were pleasant to interact with. The machines inside the car wash are very strong and it did a good job at cleaning my car. I think it's been 8 months (oops) since my last car wash and I'm still pretty content with the outcome. My car came out shiny and fresh! I was especially impressed by the hot air drying fans as they did a pretty decent job in comparison to other companies/locations. There were still a few leftover soapy water spots on my side mirrors and passenger side, but I also didn't bring my microfiber towels to properly dry the car. I think $11 is worth it for the results (i got the basic wash) Bonus: A raising canes just opened up right next to this car wash so you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone by washing your car and grabbing a bite afterwards! read more

I went though in 2023 and my car was damaged. Filled out report filed w my insurance. Then my insurance went after them and they denied it saying I wasn't there and there's no video when there is and won't give there insurance information so my insurance can't do anything Crew car wash is horrible and no customer service. There was video cause I went though and there are cameras everywhere in there recording They don't value there customer or even take care of damages that is there fault. read more

My car really needed a wash and this was convenient so went with it. First of all, the car wash shut down twice as my car was going through it. Like, everything stopped and I was sitting under the long brushes for at least 3-4 minutes. It was a bit unnerving to be honest. Like, how long would we be sitting there?! We were basically stuck. My car did not get that clean and there's now a weird smell when I'm in my car. I'd probably give it closer to 2 stars but I haven't gotten a car wash like this in awhile so don't have anything to compare it to. read more

Love this Carwash! You can vacuum on BOTH SIDES of the car! And there is a blow detail attachment on the vacuum! Bring the kids or a friend cause everyone has something to do in the self service area! It was much pricier than other self service places but everything in Carmel is expensive! read more

I have never had a bad experience at crew car wash. The staff is friendly and professional and the car wash is excellent on my car. The price you pay is well worth going to crew car wash on a regular basis. The vacuum stops and complimentary towels to wipe down your car is a huge plus to help keep your car clean. Their booklet for car washes is a huge money saver. I would make crew car wash my regular car wash. You get a quality car wash for your money and terrific customer service! Service is fast and friendly and the prices are good for the service you get. They frequently have deals on coupon books and partner with local organizations for givebacks. I have been using the Crew Carwash on Rangeline since before it was "Crew" and was "Mike's"... Anyway, always great service, super nice staff (sometimes they are a little chatty trying to get me to buy a monthly subscription, but hey, that's what they are told t do by "the boss"). One time a few years ago I went in for a wash of my Acura RDX and, unfortunately, the washing process accidentally ripped off my back windshield wiper! I didn't notice until I got home but when I called the manager asked me to tell him what time was on my receipt. He found the video for when I went through and, sure enough, I had a rear wiper when I got there but not when I left. He told me to get it fixed and give him a receipt for the repair and Crew would reimburse me. Well, I would have done that but I traded the car in on a different one later that same week the dealership didn't seem to care about the rear wiper (they can probably fix that themselves) so I didn't take Crew up on the offer. read more

Love it here! Staff is friendly and I get through the line quickly. They have multiple self-service vaccuum cleaners which take credit cards, which is awesome because I never seem to have cash! ATTN JEEP WRANGLER OWNERS: I was a big big fan of crew car wash up until tonight. I have the unlimited wash pass which is honestly pretty reasonable at $40-60 a month considering the fact that Jeeps get dirty fast. If you're reading this and you yourself have a jeep you know what Im talking about. Anyways, because of the wranglers odd shape its hard to get dirt off certain areas around the running boards/back wheel areas etc. I like to spray the car off myself in a bay before going through the wash as it saves time and the car comes out clean the first time. (as opposed to going through the wash and the car comes out dirty, and having to go back through again). However upon going to the car wash the employees said that management singled me out and were watching for my car as this was not ok. First of all, I have the unlimited wash plan, so if I'm not satisfied with how clean my car is, ill go right back through again. The number one priority of this place should be to make sure that your car comes out clean, and if it doesn't they should try to make it right. very disappointing that this place is singling out Wranglers. I've never been to a Crew Carwash before....I'm new to Indy.... This place is worth all the great reviews! So, I went to the automated side, bc I'm lazy..... There was 1 young lady working with someone when I got there, so I waited, maybe 1 min before a very cheerful young man hopped up from nowhere and waved me over! Once again, I forgot to get names, but both were welcoming, cheerful, and seemed to enjoy their jobs and each other....very nice to see actually! The carwash itself was OK for 22 bucks, you're paying for the lights and the machine that pulls your car through. My car is still dirty in spots, but it was pretty filthy from highway driving, so I'm gonna give the wash a 5/10. The tire shine stuff is squirted on and sort of left to drip, to shine itself as you drive away....doesn't work, I've got 3 shiny squirt marks on each tire and some drip marks. Now, 1 could easily stop at the very convenient vacuum area at the end of the wash and wipe this shiny stuff while it's wet.....but I'm lazy, remember? They have a 'club' you can join for 40 bucks, unlimited washes! Great deal! I'll get it next time. Maybe with more frequent visits, that shiny stuff will work itself ALL the way around the tires as intended! read more

This place is consistently solid. I use both the automatic wash and the manual wash (I have a convertible that can't go thru the automatic wash). Everything just works and is high quality. Two tips: 1) Manual wash. $5 gets you 15 minutes, which is a lot more than buying time by the quarter for less than $5. Any car worth washing manually is worth 15 minutes. 2) Automatic wash. Several times a year Mike's gives 6 washes for the price of 4 instead of the usual 5 washes for the price of 4 books. I think around the holidays, father's day, etc. Stock up at those times. read more

I like this place, but I'm not sure how much it differs from a car wash at a gas station, other than a car wash at a gas station doesn't have four people standing around guiding your car into the wash area. Crew also charges double what a gas station would charge, but you're not really getting a better wash. My car was a mess from all of the snow and ice we've been getting, so a car wash was very necessary. The wash did an OK job at removing the grime and gunk, but it missed some spots on the trunk area. I read that you can go in again if the wash didn't clean it well enough the first time, but I didn't notice the missed spots until I got home. I guess next time, I'll pull the car over and do an inspection right there! What a pain to have to do, though. Crew only washes the exterior -- they don't do interiors. They do provide a coin-operated vacuum station so you can do it yourself, though. They also have dolls set up along the way to the wash, which is nice because if you have kids in the car, it gives them something to look at and distracts them while they wait. We had fun pointing out Curious George, Cookie Monster, Grover and Peter Rabbit. read more

I try very hard to be pleased with their services but struggle every time I dry my vehicle and clean and remove the bugs they miss. I get back in line for the re-wash when I have the time but feel bad asking them to do their job over again only to find they still didn't get it all. I wonder 2 things: 1. if they would stop packing you in like sardines in a can if that maybe increase the quality of their wash 2. Quick and easy service every time! The customer service is great and even when it's crowded I'm in and out in about 15 minutes. I would give five stars but back home I can get the same exact car wash for only $5 and free vacuuming, so the $14 I pay for the pick two is a little steep in comparison. I had an incident at Crew Carwash in September, damage occurred during the wash cycle. It was obvious and I wont go into detail. Crew did review the video, management and and investigation team got involved. They did agree and compensate me for the damage.
