She continued working on my brows that took her over an hour to complete. Never disappointed when you can actually get an appointment. Amber is my go to lash person and I never have to tell her what I want (she remembers from the last time somehow). Just make sure your lashes are clean before you go. If not, they will recommend taking them off for a full set. And those times are not great because the lashes fall off within a week. All in all it's the best lash place to go to on a regular basis. The only reason for a 4* is the time spent there and the retention of the lashes. read more

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Several reasons to stay away from this place... first if you do mega volume, they make their own branches to create the volume, they are way to heavy and damage your lashes. When one lash falls off it is actually a big chunk of lashes fall off. I had to go weekly to have no gaps. I have been wearing lashes for 8 yrs and never experienced this before I came to Houston. Now for how they treat their customer... I would show up for my appointments and no one would be there, doors locked, when I would call they would say no one was available to do my lashes. I would ask why did you send me the link to confirm if no one was available. This happened about 5 times. The other thing, they try to pressure you in to getting new set of lashes every other month. I've never experienced that before. I found a great lash place closer to home and loving them again. read more

Do NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I was meeting up with a friend and had thirty minutes to spare so I stopped by for a quick eyebrow cleanup. Amber asked me for a consultation I said I just need threading and eyebrow tint. I went and sat down and she told me to hold my eyebrow. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over ten years and know how to hold my eyebrow. However, Amber kept telling me I was holding it wrong, moving my fingers telling me if I didn't hold it tighter my eyebrows would be messed up. She cut me in both of my eyebrows. The thread kept breaking from how tight she was holding the threaded. I was so frustrated I told her just do the threading and I wasn't getting the tint anymore. Since I was getting lip and chin she said well it's going to take the same amount of time still. So I obliged. When she finished I went up to pay she charged me $90. I showed her how the website says $50 and that she was currently running a $39 special for the same service. She said that was only if you booked online and only if I were to use wax. So somehow that justified charging me double. I paid and will never ever go back and never recommend this place to anyone. Highway robbery with a side of rudeness. read more

I scheduled a 2 week hybrid refill with Rose yesterday. I told her I wanted volume on the outer corners of my lashes only. After an hour I open my eyes to heavy voluminous lashes all over my lids, so heavy that the hung low over my eyes, what about that is hybrid? I told her I was unhappy because it wasn't what I wanted at all. She asked if I wanted her to remove some lashes, I was uncomfortable with her continuing to work on my lashes after not listening in the beginning so I said no. She charged me 65$ even those out text receipts say it would be 60$. I don't understand why she would bother charging me 5 extra dollars knowing I didn't not like my experience with her. THEN her and her manager blew up my phone yesterday afternoon telling me to come back to fix my lashes. I appreciate them trying to fix them but also I don't feel like I was being hear at all throughout the whole experience and conversation. I told them I wouldn't be coming back to their business. I would highly appreciate a refund but they haven't messaged me back after I made that request so that seems unlikely. If you're willing to settle for whatever they decide to glue to your lashes, regardless of your request then this is the place for you. read more

BEWARE! BEWARE!! Cheap products that burn your eyes. Please don't make the same mistake I made and read the reviews before going to this place. I had an appointment with Amber for a full set of eyelash extensions. Day of appointment to my surprise, Amber had an "emergency" and Christine did my lashes. From the very minute she put the "primer", my eyes started burning and watering. Christine assured me it was completely normal since this was my first time. I informed her I had my lashes done many times elsewhere and never had an issue with my eyes burning. Again, she reassured me it was completely normal. Since she's the "expert", I believed her. While she was doing my lashes a walk in arrived for eyebrow lamination. While the other client was filling out the form, Christine continued with my lashes. My eyes kept watering and burning. I asked her for a tissue to wipe the tears from my face. She handed me a tissue and placed a fan on my lashes. She went back to the walk in client and started her eyebrow lamination. Then came back and continued with my lashes. About 30 minutes later the other client asked her if the time was up bc she didn't want to over process her eyebrows. Christine went back to her and waxed her eyebrows. She dropped waxed on the clients face and hair. The client started screaming in pain. They kept going back and forth on whose fault it was. The client was very upset and left. Christine came back to me and I told her my eyes were burning bad. She placed drops in my eyes and that helped. She finally finished my lashes, I paid and left. My right eye continued burning and was very painful. Since it was after hours, I sent them a message through Instagram. I asked them to please remove my lashes first thing in the morning and requested a full refund. Amber replied right away and apologized for what happened. She asked me to stop by at 10am and she'd take a look at my eyes and remove the eyelash extensions. I asked her to please be on time bc I had to be at work in the morning. I arrived promptly at 10am and they were still closed. I messaged Amber to let her know I was outside waiting. She replied she was stuck in traffic and would be there in 10 minutes. I told her that was unacceptable bc I had to be at work. I left at 10:05am. At 10:10am someone by the name of Amy calls me asking where I was at bc she was waiting for me. I told her I was there at 10am and they were closed. I asked Amy why didn't Amber show up and she told me she was stuck in traffic still. I asked Amy for a refund and was told they need to remove my lashes for a refund. I told her I was there at 10am and they were not and that I had to get back to work. I asked her to have the owner call me. Tommy one of the owners called me to apologize and said to come back and they would refund me. I told him I worked until 6pm and wouldn't make it there before they closed. Plus I was leaving in the morning for vacation. He said no problem and when I get them removed elsewhere to take a picture and send it to him and he'd refund my money back. During my lunch break I went to a different salon that is few minutes away from my office to have them removed. Now Amber will not refund my money without showing her a receipt that they were removed even though I sent her a picture as proof. Since Tommy said to send a picture, I didn't think of asking for a receipt for the removal. I'm out the $140 they charged me plus the other place charged me $35 to remove the eyelash extensions. Please don't go here. They use cheap products that burn your eyes and most likely you will get one of the students doing your lashes. Amber kept giving me excuses that the merchant company needs to see receipt from other place before she can refund me. Lies! Lies! Lies! Please read other reviews with similar experiences. Amber botched someone's permanent makeup too. Again, read the reviews and see pictures! I wish I would have read all the reviews before going to this place and I would have saved myself from going through the pain and wasting money. I don't know how this place is still in business. This place need to SHUT DOWN. some one will shu them .they not ready. -Lie -used cheap stuff -charged $$$ -stdent plactice on your eyes without telling you -showred you hight quality but sneaky used horrible cheap on ur eyes. -glue clumping on your eyes-Heavy, Itchy, burning. ---She pulled of my real lash too many times. -leave a lot space and the big gaps looking ugly -even put the glue on my skin on top i can not close my eyes. -I told her i hurts snd feel burns. she she too stupid kept saying its ok!!!! -I pointed her where i feel burn and i saw with my own eyes if the glue is stickong on my top eyse with holded my lash ---thats why i HURTS when i try to close my eyes. BUT she kept saying its ok no glue. Untill i point her again -Then i cantttttt believe she asked me you want me to take it out===OMG the glue is clumping every where . i NEVER have this problem with anywhere in more than 5 years doing lash extension experience . This place need to get report . they are not follw the rule of state. and too CHEAP and scam. -after i left i try to accept what i got .but my eyes soooo itchy . i CAN NOT close my eyes-its HURT bcz the glue is clumping together. I got my lashes done almost 3 weeks ago and they're still looking very good. No ugly gaps or feeling uncomfortable at all! The staffs there are very friendly and professional. They give you good advices before they start with you to make sure you get what you want! The lashes quality are very silky and light they feel so great on my real lashes. This place is fantastic. I've been getting individual lashes for about 5 months now and I haven't had the best experiences with other places but Amber definitely welcomed me in and reassured me that I was going to be fine! She was patient and knew exactly what I wanted. The lashes itself did not irritate my eyes and they lasted well over a month. (I took great care of them). For me having naturally thin lashes, she applied what was best for me and what would last the longest while still accommodating my wants. 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to return for my refill in a few weeks! The ladies who worked on me Chloe (eyelashes) and Amber (brows) are so incredibly kind and even better at what they do. I've been getting lashes for 10+ years and needed to find someone new as my last tech that I was very loyal to retired! Chloe talked me through all of their options which are incredible because most places do one uniform look. I like a more natural look but have mixed it up in the past for special events and it's so great that these ladies have that skill! Additionally, I'm normally a squirmer and move a lot because the tables are usually flat and hurt my back but they provided a lovely leg and head rest. I didn't move the entire service and legitimately fell asleep! Sorry for snoring Chloe lol and Amber was so sweet when she came in to check on me she covered me with a warm cozy blanket, amazing service! Amber then did my brows. I have always had sparse brows and have never done anything in the past because I was afraid I'd look crazy. Amber did a lamination and tint on me and I LOVE them!!! I did microblading (eyebrows) with Amber. Very pleased with my results! There was previously a gap due to overplucking but now the gap is filled in. Overall my eyebrows look more full and more importantly they look natural. Going to the follow-up session is very important. I noticed that most of the ink didn't stay for long after the first session, but it stayed after the second session. Will definitely see Amber again the next time I need a touch-up! read more
