Absolutely love Lash Daddy in Las Vegas! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely taken care of. The space is clean, comfortable, and gives off such a good vibe. My lash tech, Luxury, is truly the best in the game. She took her time to understand exactly the look I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she's also super professional and makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. My lashes have never looked better or lasted longer. I get compliments everywhere I go! I highly recommend Lash Daddy and especially Luxury--you won't be disappointed!

Lash Daddy is a good spot for lash extensions. They're easily accessible (near Town Square and the airport), plenty of parking, and a nice and comfortable space. The staff is always friendly too. Ashley has been my lash artist for several years now and I really do not trust anyone else with my lashes. I like my lashes to look like I just put some mascara on and she does a great job by not heavily "lashing them up". I have tried other artists before and although they do a great job, the results were just too much and overwhelming for me. It's probably what most people want done to their lashes, but definitely not for me. Don't get me wrong, I love how full and fluffy lashes look on other people and Ashley is excellent in doing this as well. If you're looking for a new lash artist or thinking of getting lash extensions for a special event or for the first time, I highly recommend Ashley and Lash Daddy. You won't be disappointed.

UPDATE: I've updated my review to 3 stars because while my previous review was true, the owner graciously offered to credit me back $50 for the eyebrow fiasco. While the credit took a few weeks to go through, the owner's quick follow up on this matter was appreciated. A while ago, I booked a lash lift/tint and brow lamination at Lash Daddy. Today when I arrived, she told me they no longer do brow laminations and they were out of wax but she'd do mine since the owner was supposed to tell me but didn't (figures). My brows weren't shaped, cleaned up or hardly laminated! Admittedly, my brows are hard to tame, which is the reason I get them laminated at an attempt to control them. These brows looked pretty much like I did them myself in a rush to get outta the house. It was hard to capture clearly in a photo, but seriously, "what are thoseeee?". For $100 just for the lamination, plus another $100 for the lash lift/tint, I feel robbed. I do feel conflicted and gave two stars cause my lash lift came out nice, and the girl was truly sweet. I just feel like this was false advertisement for a service that should've never been offered to begin with.

I love the flexibility in scheduling at this place. I can instantly book a 30', 60', or 90' session with any artist of my choice. They send appointment confirmation, and reminder the day before and the day of, and cancellation is at no charge up to an hour before appointment time. It cannot be any more convenient than that. They always offer waters upon my arrivals. I love the front desk person Kai. He is personable, and professional at the same time. Now when it comes to artists, you get what you pay for. I have been going with Caroline for a while now. She is a senior artist. She has her own room with nice decorations. She is always on time. I never have to wait past a minute of my appointment time, and she would work on my lashes up until the last minute of my appointment. I appreciate that so much after a few unpleasant experience with some other artists. Lashes done by her last so long. Sometimes I go a few days past 3 weeks because they are still very full and pretty.

I have really come to love Lash Daddy for my lashes! I see Ashley who is so great at doing lashes and she's super nice! First of all, the actual facility is gorgeous, clean, and relaxing. Every time I have gone to get my lashes done the front desk has been super nice and on top of things. I think that Lash Daddy is definitely a great place to get lashes done- my lashes remain healthy and I am always happy with the outcome when Ashley does my lashes!! She remembers little details about me which really goes a long way and makes me feel like she cares about her clients. She also gives advice on lash retention and care instructions which I appreciate. At the front desk they have tons of stuff you can buy as well! Sleeping eye masks to protect your lashes of all colors, cleaning kits, etc. I would absolutely recommend coming to this lash salon as I feel as though the pricing is reasonable and I've had good experiences every time.

Kaija is so kind and very skilled! If you are looking for very natural lashes she is definitely your gal. I'm sure she does great work for thicker lashes as well but I've found it more difficult to find lash artists that are great at making lashes look super natural while still enhanced. I LOVE her work. Been coming since I moved to Vegas. While everyone I have had here is bomb at lashes, I go to Caroline now. It's rare to find a place that has consistent quality people and not just random great techs. Between the products and the way they work, the lashes stay. They last but they taught me about immediate aftercare which I'm sure counts. My lashes literally last a month or just short of. Love that they have online booking and text confirmations. read more

Kelli has been doing my lashes a few times now and she does NOT disappoint! So sweet and prompt! I LOVE my lashes and for how well and long they hold up. Nothing beats having to not worry about getting so ready for my days/nights. I was so excited to get my first set of lashes. I've never had them done before so not wearing false lashes was super exciting. Waking up with beautiful lashes. I believe I paid $80. The 3 stars... Welp. My eyes were burning. They would water and burned them even more. I contacted them the day it started and they asked me to come in the following day. Unfortunately it only got worse my eyes were so red and irritated so I used an oil based eye makeup remover and some tweezers and pull every single one of them out. Needless to say. I couldn't wait. It got way worse. I'll miss the lashes for sure but I'll stick with what I know. read more

Lash is my new fav lash spot! My best friend showed me this gem. All the artists are so friendly & very good at their jobs. When you walk into the salon it smells amazing & they have upbeat music playing. Their beds to lay on are comfortable and very clean. The artists really ask about what style lashes you want & take their time to get them right. They give you lash brushes to take home after your appt which is also a plus!!! This is long overdue. I've completely fallen in love with LashDaddy! His space is adorably decorated and luxuriously appointed with your comfort in mind. I love his playlist too! I love that it's current music and not the same old boring spa noise! As a lash artist myself, I love that Kai is meticulous and takes pride in every lash fan he places. I really wanted to love this place. Pros: *Great atmosphere *Wonderful staff *Comfortable environment Cons: *Cluster lashes not 1:1...thus the pricing is too high compared to competitors. *The glue at the base of mine was highly visible once I got home and under real/brighter lighting *I lost all but about 3 clusters on the inner eye and 3 outer within the first 24 hours on 1 eye...no water, no sweat, no oil, no makeup...they just fell off *no lashes 8 days later and I never once wore makeup This is that $40 nail shop type lash job. Save your coins. The ambiance is like the smoke and mirrors to make you feel like the price is worth it. read more

Let's start with the fact that my selfie was in the grocery store, I couldn't even wait to get home to start telling people about my lashes! Emmie is a new artist here but this girl is not new to the game. I love my volume and I never get it the first try, this girl killed it ! The place is super cute and I felt super welcome. Emmie took her time and talked through what I wanted and I love them!!!! I have no stickies, no burning, amazing isolation, and she was really fun to talk to. Coming from CA the prices here are extremely reasonable, anyone bitching about that shouldn't be getting lashes. I will start this review by saying that I travel from California to Las Vegas for the amazing services offered at Lash Daddy. That in itself says a lot. I happened upon this fabulous place by simply asking a gal I met in Vegas. I travel to Las Vegas once a month for work purposes and the fact that my lashes last an entire month is in itself amazing. Long story short... I had to stop at a local urgent care for a bug bite gone awry. I asked a staff member there if there was a good lash salon around and she proudly referred me to Lash Daddy. It did not disappoint. Caroline is my go to lash gal. She's wonderful. It's by far my favorite place to go to. Thanks to who referred me and an even bigger thank you to Lash Daddy himself. The night (Thurs) I wrote the first review I received a nice and very apologetic text from the owner. She said she was out of town until Saturday but wanted to redo my lashes herself. I wanted to give the owner an opportunity to redeem the business. I mean, who wants employees destroying your reputation when you're out of town?! I was ready to write a shiny new review and have a change of heart. Didn't hear back from the owner. So what was the point to reach out? It is what it is. Please don't contact me this time. ****Just read your response**** I wasn't encouraged to upgrade and in fact the technician told me she didn't have any extra time. All I expected was a positive experience with natural looking lashes. A professional atmosphere where the technician isn't texting consistently, cursing repeatedly and talking poorly about clients isn't having super high expectations Just hope it's a learning experience and no ill will read more

For my birthday, I bought the Groupon and then upgraded to a more full set for an additional $50. I'm really glad I did because I'm happy with the results. Jessica worked quickly and professionally. She wasn't hindered by my sometimes twitching eyes as she put my lashes on. I've only had them on for 3 days and I've had some light shedding which makes me concerned, but I know that's totally normal. They still look great! Care for them is important but low maintenance. I liked the vibe here a little better than the one other lash place I visited. I'll be back for a fill for sure. read more

I booked a quick fill while visiting from Arizona & was super excited to get them done. What I didn't expect was the lash removal. She told me she couldn't fill the work I just had done the week prior and I needed a new set. The tech (she's new, I don't know her name), had me lay down, did not use pads or tape and she dumped product all over my eyes, it started to BURN (like Gasoline) both my eyes & instead of helping me fix the burn she started to text Kai to find out what to do. I'm guessing she used the wrong product on my eyes because a few minutes later she asked the tech next to her for primer and the tech responded with that's not primer that's GLUE. It was horrible- I was scared, in pain and left to figure it out on my own. In the middle of my eyes burning the techs like "oh your appointment is going to be $150 plus $25 for the removal". Kai ended up coming in to help & the rest of the removal process was fine. But this was minutes after my eyes had been on fire. The rest of my appointment the tech was texting with her phone placed right next to my head - she couldn't focus on my eyes because she was to busy texting! My left eye had a gap in the middle & fans fell out as soon as I walked out the door. It smelled horrible inside & the music sucked! Wasn't relaxing at all & I couldn't wait to leave. It feels like a sleezy strip club! Big NO on LASHDADDY!!! Oh and if you post a review on Yelp you get a discount - which I guess is why all these good reviews lol! read more

The first and only time I had ever got lashes was about three years go in Phoenix, they were horrible, I felt like they were glued to my eyelids, itched, and were so heavy. From that point I have been so scared to try them again. A friend had told me about Lashdaddy and that she had a great experience with them and I should give lashes another chance. I decided to google them and read some reviews before making the jump. All the reviews said they were well good and they had a Groupon to top it off so I went for it. Needless to say I have gone back 10 times now! I have seen all of the girls and every single one of them I have left flawless. Lashdaddy has completely changed my opinion on lash extensions! You land on somebody that you think rises above the rest, only to be shuffled to someone else in their salon. So you'll never know nor get what you put in for. When I decided to book PMU with Mila, I was told that Mila, the salon owner, had no appointments for 3 1/2 months, well ok, because really good aestheticians should be busy. I was immediately pushed off to another aesthetician in the salon, Anastasia, saying that she was hired right away because she was that good, etc., etc. But she is not! My first appointment, as with everyone else's, they draw out your brow line for PMU and ask you to approve it. I told Anastasia that she literally lowered my brow arch by a third. Her answer was, "don't worry about it you'll have enough arch left." And just proceeded. Well, I didn't! And I was not happy. Here's where it gets really interesting, I reached out to Mila right after, after she asked me to give her a positive review on Google and Yelp, telling her that I can't do that because I wasn't happy. She rest assured me that she would make it right and laser could fix the PMU that affected my arch. And that she would personally make it right. That never happened, and here's why. I had my follow-up/touch-up appointment with Mila on a Saturday and I was really early so I was sitting in the parking lot having my lunch an hour or more before my appointment when I was contacted by her husband, their receptionist, telling me that she left so sick and had to cancel my appointment and they didn't know when they could rebook me because they didn't know how many days that she would be out. I never saw her leave. Little does she care either, that she posted herself working out in the gym at 6 o'clock the next morning on her social media I mean, come on?! It's not just my opinion, but she left the day of my appointment and canceled my appointment so she could do something before she left for a 15 day vacation in Mexico. Let's fast forward to trying to get rebooked with Mila. I sent a text to their main phone number, which is her cell, and was again told that they didn't know when I could reschedule with Mila so they put me back with Anastasia. Ugh!! Anastasia then drew the brow line "box" on my brows for the second time and created so-called, "wings." I literally got up this time and erased those lines myself and redirected her to where they actually needed to go to follow my natural brow line. Which is what I came in for in the first place. And, still not right. She kinda does what "she" wants. This is a $900 service with a $200 follow up/touchup service. It's really really really not worth it. Not that I can't afford it, but if you're gonna pay this kind of money, you should get what you pay for with who you want to pay to do it. Not just gets shuffled off to somebody else in the salon because you have a family and you want to take most of the Summer off. If you have a business, take on a business, run that business!! I don't know if the ink will ever stick, it didn't the first time around. Still waiting for the touchup to heal, but my hopes are not high! Cannot recommend this place at all! I have reached out to Mila's personal cell a few times since and she has yet to answer me, just crickets all day long! Just save yourself the time, the money and the aggravation! I don't think I'm the only one that is going to have to go to another salon to do a cleanup on this botched job! This is way less than one star treatment! These are people's faces, for petes sake! When somebody searches you out for "your" expertise and you agree to take on the job, personally take on the job! After all, we aren't letting just anybody touch them. That's why we do our research beforehand. Steering new clients to other aestheticians in your salon, claiming that they are just as good when they clearly are not! For what?!

I do realize this place mostly did lashes but they also offered brows and it was near my house so I wanted to give it a try due to moving in the area. It started off a little rocky because my appointment was at 12 but I think due to scheduling issues my appointment didn't start until 1230. I was on a time restraint so I had to be out by 2. I loved my aesthetician, she was personable, kind and funny. There was no awkwardness at all. She told me how much she loved her job and doing the work and that made me feel comfortable. She constantly asked me what I liked and didn't like about my brows and wanted to be sure I was happy with the results. I did leave somewhat happy with the service but due to more scheduling issues, she had a client coming in quickly and couldn't finish the tint for my brows. She did ask if I wanted it but didn't want to intrude on the next client so I agreeably refused the tint and left. My only hang up is that didn't feel prioritized and felt that I didn't get the results I wanted. I came home and played with my brows to clean them up a little more and place them they way I thought they'd look better. I do wish she had a little more experience in maping out my brows (which she did not do) and wish she had more feedback on what she thought might look better for me. She did say she refund me for not tinting my brows but after my second time for asking for a refund and not receiving it I let it go. I do feel l would recommend this studio for lashes but maybe not for brows and would say, to make sure they didn't have a time restraint. Overall, I liked my time there but think I'll go someplace else that focuses more on the service I'm looking for.

After spending several hours here today with Robyn and Laci, there's not enough positive things to stay about these girls and this establishment. But I will start by saying that Laci who does my eyelashes is absolutely amazing and an absolute sweetheart to talk to and makes the hour fly by with her amazing positive energy! I decided to finally take the plunge and get my eyebrows done and can't believe I waited this long to do it! Robyn is an absolute blast and SO knowledgeable and makes you feel absolutely beautiful by the time she gets done with you. Kai is the Jeffree star of the lash/eyebrow industry! My front desk girl Valerie is also such a sweetheart of a girl as well. You won't be disappointed with anyone you decide to have do your brows/lashes. Kai styles the lashes for your personal elegance and sophistication, I have been a guest/customer for almost eight months now and the lashes never disappoint. Master artist Kai does a phenomenal job every single time!! Although I would not bother going the Groupon route you get what you pay for! You are worth the full LASH-DADDY celebration of change. the team here at lash daddy! My girl Kelli is absolutely amazing. She always consults with me before we start if I want to change things up or keep it the same. She's super sweet and makes you feel absolutely comfortable. You're in good hands with her. I usually can go about 2weeks before I need a fill (my lashes grow super fast), but if I ever feel I need a quick touch up i can usually find a quick slot to see her. It's totally worth the drive and $. They all do amazing quality work. I promise you will not be disappointed. And it smells so nice every time I go. My lash Artist Maria is the sweetest and most caring Lash artists I have ever met. She took me in with only a 30 min notice. She saved my lashes from the last place I went. She was so nice and walked me through on how to properly care for my lashes. AND SHE TRANSFORMED MY EYEBROWS. Caroline is amazing at what she does. I went to Caroline for a fill and she noticed my eyelashes weren't done very well to begin with, instead of filling my eyelashes, she offered to remove my lashes and start all over. Since she has fixed my lashes I have been getting compliments everywhere I go. People always ask if they are my real lashes because they say it looks so natural. Easy online booking for refills and future appointments. Kaitlin is my favorite lash girl! I get Hybrid lashes and medium ish size (sorry idk technical terms) and in the middle of cat and open eyes style. They have great pictures online to help you choose or you can show a picture of a style you like. It's not too cold but after laying down for more than an hour you start getting cold so wear a jacket or bring a blanket. They give you a lash brush after your appointment and you can pay with Apple Pay also.

I was super shy at first but she helped me feel comfortable and made me feel like the prettiest girly ever. I spent almost 5hrs here due to the fact that I had a lot of lashes but the energy that radiates of Andrea was beautiful. You can tell she cares a lot about her lash sets and maintaining the health of her clients lashes. The set she did on me was PERFECT to enhance my eye shape and make my eyes pop. I texted her the day after I got them and sent her a picture and she said that they always look like that right after a procedure because they're so dark and once they lighten they will look better. She also said she wouldn't do a touch-up (which comes complimentary with the procedure) until 2 months later. I agreed. So, in the meantime I've been trying to fill them in with pencil and I can't find the right shade of pencil or powder so it always ends up looking horrible! After a few months of looking like this, I followed up with Andrea and asked to schedule my touch-up. She said that she had been told by a doctor that she has carpal tunnel and was recommended to no longer hold the heavy machine to do brows. I then asked if someone that works for her could do the touch-up at no extra charge since I had already paid $500 and have had messed up brows for months and the touch-up was supposed to be included in my service. Andrea said that since the people that work for her are independent contractors that they won't do my touch-up for no additional charge. I understand this but she should make it right even if she has to pay her co-worker a couple of bucks! This is horrible customer service. I run a business of my own and if we screwed something up or couldn't follow through with something we already agreed upon then we'd make it right by paying for it out of our pocket. Now I'm out of pocket $500, I have screwed up brows and will have to pay more to get them fixed. I'm scared to even go to anyone else as this is pretty permanent for now and a brow pencil won't make it look better. I'm totally screwed and out $500!! Thanks for nothing Andrea!

I was there for almost 3 hours. I don't get lash extensions often, so maybe that's an appropriate time frame for a full set. I'm not sure. However, in the end, my back was a little sore getting up. The design of the chairs is unique and adds a flare of style to the boutique, but they are not the most comfortable chairs to sit for an extended period of time. I wanted something natural, like..I'm not into big lashes anymore, so a foto was given to my lash tech for reference, and I don't feel like she achieved this style. The style I received was more of a full Glam set, very thick and full. There were also multiple technical difficulties during the application process. It felt like my lash tech Shan or Shantal was not sure where to apply the lashes. Somehow, the glue ended up stuck to my bottom lashes, causing them to stick together with the lash extensions. I couldn't open my eyes properly at the end because of the sticking, so there was extra time spent trying to correct that. Their is also visible glue clumping that can be seen on the lashes currently, which makes them look kind of blocky.Unsticking the lashes was also kind of painful. The lash tech was very nice about rectifying everything and told me I didn't have to pay. She offered me another service or to just start from scratch, unfortunately I didn't have time to sit there another 3 hours or even reschedule because I had other beauty errands to run for a trip to LA in the next few days. An hour after leaving, my lashes have already started to fall out. Im not sure if that should be happening. The owner of the boutique reached out to me and was very nice. I appreciated the ladies trying their best to rectify the situation.

From the moment I arrived, Fraulein made me feel comfortable and cared for. Her studio is spotless, relaxing, and beautifully set up -- the kind of space that instantly makes you feel pampered. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted (I asked for a natural but full hybrid set), and the results were beyond what I expected. The shape, length, and curl were customized to flatter my eye shape perfectly. They look stunning but still feel light and totally natural -- I forget I'm even wearing them!
