This review is mainly for Janette. Pros: she is Very fast. Lashes stay on for a long time 4 week+. The result is nice looking. Cons: She first brushes glue onto all of your lashes together instead of one lash at a time. By doing this, she will save a lot of time and your lash will stay on a lot longer. The problem is that your natural lashes will all bundle up together. ( see photos) That is uncomfortable and must be very bad for my natural lash. I read that for hybrid lash, you put 3-6 lashes on 1 natural lash. But Janette for like 25 heavy fake lashes into each one of my lash. Then since all my natural lashes have a bunch of glue, then some of my natural lashes are stuck together for the rest of the 4weeks+ till they fall off. Where the fake lash and natural lash connect, I can feel the giant glue block, it makes me feel like I want to pull the lashes out. I've also used Rebeka before, what she does is better for your lashes. But she is very slow. And the lashes fall out quickly and the result did not look very good. The place is very nice, they text you to remind you the appointment. Overall, I do recommend you to try them and find your favorite tech. Everyone likes someone different. read more

To any potential lash lift customers: Try other places first so you can get an actual estimation of how long your lash lift should last. Even with heavy/straight lashes my lash lifts with 2 other techs at different locations have never lasted less than a month. The fact that they're touting success for their LIE of the lift lasting three weeks should be a red flag for anyone risking their money. I had the lash lift done on 6/30 and left my updated review on 7/17. That is not 3 weeks as the lash lift by that point was completely gone. read more

Went in for an eyebrow tinting and waxing. Everyone was very nice but once I was getting my tinting done (which I got done before the waxing) she showed me the results and the shape was just off. I asked if it would be fixed once she waxed my eyebrows she said yes. She then waxed my brows and they were not even and the shape was off. Was too embarrassed to say anything. I always thought waxing was done first then tinting. Probably won't be going back though. read more

Let's start with the pros first. It is very easy for you to book an appointment, workers are nice and clear on prices. (I was going in to get my hair done, color correction) And overall they seem very nice workers and make appointments easy to book. But I am giving this place 2 stars because, they told me to come in at 11 on Sunday for my appointment, which I showed up even a bit earlier thinking they would be open, so I decided to walk around Nordstrom rack since they are not open. But guess what time it is? 11:30. She told me my hair would take HOURS but yet here I am still waiting for it to be open. I've called the number a bunch of times and no one picks up. If today was an inconvenient day/time for them then why book the day and time for me? And they should know that I have an appointment and clearly schedule me in. And they have a $50 deposit for the appointment, which I paid when I schedule the appointment. And they do not give refunds if you cancel the day before or on the day of. I have confirmed my appointment with them and I am still waiting for them to open. ***update It's 11:45, and honestly I'm just gonna leave, 45 minutes late to an appointment that was agreed on??? read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible is the only way to describe this place. I came in with a very specific request, full volume. What I got was a poorly done job that left my lashes looking weak and lightly filled. I got my lashes a couple of days ago and the lash extensions are falling off left and right. I am going somewhere else to have them fixed. I asked the technician several times for more volume and my requests were ignored. I also found it odd that the service was completed in 35 minutes as I have read that it takes a minimum of 1.5 hours. Tech was very pleasant and nice, but pleasant and nice did not get me the service I paid for. I really wanted to like this place but it fell very short of my expectations.
