Almost loathe to leave a review because I don't want anybody to discover my new favorite place for lashes, but I've decided not to be so churlish! It's a tiny little place hidden behind a gas station, so it's a bit tricky to find. Other than that, they are just awesome here. My lashes still look amazing and like new, a couple of weeks after they were applied. I really can't say enough about my experience at Lash Genie. The girls are not only professional and passionate, but super sweet and talented. I had dermaplaning done with Linda, and a full set of lashes with Kylie. The girls saw me late and still pampered me! I have been a hairstylist for 15 years and can really appreciate a great service and a really kind service provider. The girls were meticulous to detail while still being sweet and talkative. I was informed about the maintenance and upkeep of my lashes and skin. I took home some products that I love. I'm picky but am always open to trying new places. If I receive a mediocre service, I'll usually move on. Now I can say that I have a new obsession with Lash Genie!! Thank you so much girls for everything! I cannot say enough good things about these lovely ladies!!!! They were my "beauty team" for my wedding last month and they did such a fantastic job of making me and all my bridesmaids look fabulous for my wedding day!! Kylie did my lashes a few weeks before the wedding and they were absolutely perfect. I didn't want anything too extreme and told her I wanted "me but better" - she made me look A LOT better! My lashes looked super natural but also super amazing! I got so many compliments on how great they looked and everyone was asking where I got them from :) For my wedding day I had the lovely beauty team of Lizzy, Taylor and Danielle to help me and my bridesmaids with hair and makeup. Not only are these gals super fun but they are GREAT at what they do. Lizzy did my makeup and it turned out perfect!!! She has such an eye for what looks best on everyone's skin tone and how to make you look great and also camera-ready. I got my pictures back a few days ago and my makeup looked flawless - and this is saying something because it rained all day on my wedding day!! Even with the rain, my makeup held up all night and looked amazing. Taylor did my hair for the big day and, once again, even with the rain and the humidity it looked great all night!!! I even warned her my hair was straight as a board and wouldn't hold a curl to save my life, but she somehow worked her magic and I had long flowing curls all night :) not only did they make me look good, but they also made my 8 bridesmaids, mom, mother-in-law and grandmother-in-law look amazing!!! Lizzie and Taylor are awesome! I was just in a wedding and they came out to do all of our hair and makeup.....and there were quite a few of us (8 bridesmaids, bride, mother of bride, grooms mother, and grandmother)! They were so fast, yet very thorough, very professional, but with a laid back demeanor. It was also extra crazy/hectic because it was raining all day (outdoor wedding venue) and and we were running behind and had frizzy hair galore :/ but they handled it like champs and made us all beautiful and de-frizzed! I also got a full set of synthetic lashes from them a few days before and they did an amazing job on those too! Highly recommend any/all of the services they offer! read more

Lash Genie is AMAZING to say the least! I recently decided to go to Lash Genie after going to another lash place for a while. I wanted to try a new place and was a little hesitant about making the transition. From the time I called them through the entire process they were so helpful! I got an appointment for the next week and decided to try a the volume plus lashes. Taylor was very honest with me and let me know that they were much more "natural " looking than the synthetic lashes. I tried them out for two weeks and wasn't a big fan of them. When I went back for my second appointment I told Taylor that I missed the big thick lashes look and she did not disappoint me at all!! She made my lashes look fabulous! Long, lush and gorgeous! She also gave me the D curl and my lashes have never looked better! Lash Genie has the greatest customer service, they even sent me a super cute card in the mail to thank me for my business. Not only is Lizzy one of the sweetest most down to earth girls you will ever meet, she is hands down the most talented lash stylist I have EVER been to. She carefully listens to what you are looking for and makes sure that she has given you your wish before you walk away from your appointment. After Lizzy works her magic, I am constantly being stopped by friends and strangers to be complimented on my lashes. They ask me how my lashes are so full, long, and gorgeous. Luckily, I found LashGenie and could not be more pleased! I was nervous to let someone else touch my lashes, as I've gone to one girl for almost two years, but Melanie at LG was amazing! She quickly went thru what I normally like, and they turned out perfect. They are currently doing renovations, but I was not bothered one bit because the staff was super sweet! I came here because I don't mind paying more for great service but I was NOT impressed.You can find MUCH cheaper lash technicians who are just as good and who will care more about your lashes for half the price. My technician was Stacy. I booked a FaceTime consult the day before my appointment and when the appt rolled around, they texted to tell me I wouldn't need it. When I arrived I told her that I wanted L curls, which is the best for straight lashes (I learned that from a simple Google search). She said those lashes were not available. I ended up paying $300 for a set I hated so much that I attempted to curl them with eyelash curlers, making them all fall out (my fault but I was not happy with the look without curling them on my own). When I showed up for my fill and mentioned L curls again, she said they had some in the back and that they would order more for me. This was not mentioned to me the first time. If I had gotten the FaceTime consult like I had scheduled and if the technician had told me to wait after they ordered L curls, I would've been a long-time customer. instead I spent $300+ on a new set, plus $40 to take them off because the tech didn't take the time or cared enough to give me the look I wanted so I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I have been a customer of Lash Genie since 2014 when it was just Lizzy (the proprietor) and one other technician, working out of her house. It has been amazing to see this business thrive and grow - and it's because they are hands-down the best in town. Their work is meticulous and the products they use are top rate. For example, all the other lash places use glue that you can't get wet for 48 hours after your appointment - so hair washing, swimming and showering becomes very complicated. Lash Genie's glue sets up right away - no need to wait. With Lash Genie you can book appointments online - which is really convenient for a busy gal like me. They are friendly, fun and professional. Okay so this place is amazing the staff was so nice and they went above and beyond my expectations. I am a mother of two and have been feeling very stressed and worn down lately so I choose the knead to detox package. When I first walked in the girls greeted me and were very friendly. I then met my massage therapist her name was Ericka and she was super sweet. So I walk back into the massage room and it is a very warm peaceful environment and that's just what I needed. First I did 15 minutes in the sauna and woooie after I felt calm and my pores felt nice and open and ready for my massage. So I lay down and wow the massage with the mustard rub was awesome she got out my knots and I felt so relaxed plus the hot towel treatment on top of that :) I then got ready and came out of the room and the manager was there and it was so nice of her to ask and make sure I had an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be coming back and asking Ericka to give me another massage and I recommend you do the same. read more

I rarely do reviews and definitely not for 1 star but my eyelashes are so bad. I came to get a full set of eyelash extensions about a month ago but they fell out 2 days later. That wasn't the problem. My own natural lashes were so damaged that I cried for days. Half of my personal lashes were completely gone and the ones left were so short, seemed they trimmed them. At first I thought they were growing back but then that stalled and I still have a disaster where my lashes use to be. I'm reminded on a daily basis when I look in the mirror which I guess is what triggered me to write this review. The owner was very nice after I called voicing my dissatisfaction and she refunded my money but that doesn't bring my natural lashes back . I should say that my appointment was with a newer girl (who was recommended by the guy who made my appointment), I think the rest of the girls there are really good. read more

This place came highly recommended by coworker. I have never had lashes and was going on trip were I did not want to worry about makeup. I booked my appointment online for the set of lashes I wanted. When I got there, I was told that they did not have enough time to do full set of lashes. I was irritated but then girl said she could work me in but needed to be finished in time for her next appointment. I suggested they look at their website and perhaps correct the time allotment which suggest only an hour and half. Next complaint was as I was leaving she suggested I buy some of the oil for lashes that would help keep them moist. Guess what? I paid $30 for an oil that causes your lashes to fall out faster. Basically within days my eyelashes started falling off with a vengeance. On my trip, I quit using the stuff after friend told me to never use oil on eyelashes!! I felt so ripped off! While the staff was nice and the place was very relaxing, I would not recommend this place at all. read more

I went to lash genie after going to haute house 3 times!! My lashes fell out in a week so I thought maybe it was just me! They told me I needed to pay for another full set of volume lashes!! It happen again and I was so frustrated! They told me I needed to purchase another full set of volume lashes!! Another $250.00! I just thought I couldn't hold extensions!! I went to lash genie to try one last time with another salon!! It's been two weeks and I still have my volume lashes!! I have a fill appointment this week and I don't even think I need it!!! Candice is awesome!! She took her time to listen to what I wanted which they didn't do at haute house!! The owner of haute house didn't even give me a discount for those pathetic lashes!!! $700.00 down the drain in a month 1/2!!! No more haute house and shame on you for raping me!!
