I have been battling with the decision to get false lashes/ trying brow tinting and decided to finally go through with it! Micayla completed a new classic set of lashes as well as a brow wax and tint today and I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW HAPPY I AM!!! Not only was the business beautiful and relaxing but Micayla made the entire experience that much better! She was very sweet and I was nervous to do both treatments but she reassured me and kept me calm and comfortable throughout the session. But about the lashes: The process was much easier to lay through than I though and there was no irritation or discomfort throughout or following! After showing her a photo she shaped them perfectly and left them with a natural look (what I wanted/asked for)! Another worry I had was that they would be something to get used to but I do not feel them at all! About the brows: To keep it simple; She shaped the brows without changing my natural shape and was able to make the perfect tint color (a little darker) that would last after a few washes without making me look like I had drawn on crazy dark brows! I have been going to LASH for a couple of months now. I did lots of research into lash extensions in the area and couldn't be happier with where I chose to go for my first set of full lashes. As always I was nervous about trying a new look and the process involved but they make you feel very comfortable and at ease and I look forward to going for my fill ins every couple of weeks. So!..... I've finally decided to write a review; before I rate any place, unless it was a completely aweful experience, I usually go back more than once so I can make critique based on more than just one visit. Obviously, my experence with this business location was more than satisfactory since I came back and I decided to splurge and get a full set of lash extentions! The place so clean and everyone is so friendly and welcoming is nice to be able to walk into a business and to be seen as more than just another customer. There set up inside is very interesting, the tables are decent amount of space from each other seems a little tight but thats just becasue of the space that thy have, so it's not really anyone's fault. I love the store in the front where you can shop around while you wait or even after. That's what I did on this most recent visit and I ended up buying two purses, lol (it was a steal for the price). The only reason I am giving the business four stars is because of the issues I have been having with scheduling. The first time I tried to book on their website and..... let me go back for a second I found this place because of a coworker, and I do my research prior to scheduling with any new places because I have had some bad experiences. Ok, so when I went on the website I wanted to book with Veenia and Caroline, I went ahead and had booked with them, but when I had received confirmation texts, they were someone completely different. So, I had called the store and apparently the website will just pair you up with the soonest available, even though I had specifically picked those two team members. So, I ended up having to rescheduled about another week out from when I had planned. Thankfully, they were so kind and friendly about the mess up, that it didn't bother me too much. Now, my most recent visit, I had booked a full classic set and a brow tint out at least a week in advance. I showed up for my set and they turned out WONDERFUL, thanks to Veenia. BUT, when I went to the front and told them I also had a brow tint scheduled with Caroline, they told me that I wasn't on the schedule. Which was weird because I did receive a confirmation text to confirm my appointment which I did. Then later I had looked in my email and I had received an email that I was a "No show", which wasn't true at all. I don't think I got charged a fee, and I hope I didn't either because I was there and I did confirm. All and all, my only problems with this place is their booking, I'm not sure if they're still working on their system or something but it's really the only reason I'm giving them 4/5 stars, because it is slightly annoying. The first time I understood because maybe the website and online booking is still in the works, but the second I have booked over the phone because I did not want a repeat of the online incident.
