It's the 1st time I ever heard that my telling what I want is NOT a good thing! I have been coming to Detri's Lash Lab on and off for more than 4 yrs and had referred so many ppl over. Although I really liked how they did my lashes and therefore, always come back whenever I need to have my lashes done. But at time whenever they do something that it's not rt, I feel as a customer I should be able to let them know what's wrong so they can fix it since I did pay for the service. Recently I noticed they don't do my lashes very well (either not as full in certain area or the lashes criss crossed and looking weird) and proceed to tell them what they did wrong so they could fix the problem especially since I always make sure to let them know how I like my lashes done. I thought that's how it was supposed to be!!! U let ur technician know what u want and how u like something done to make both of our life easy and if they didn't do the way I like then they should fix it! Apparently I found out that it's not ok to complain or tell my technician what I want or if they did my lashes wrong then it's not ok for me to let them know to fix the problem!!! I know Detri is getting a lot of customers and doing very well now so she doesn't care to get rid of one customer like myself! Truly disappointed!!! :( read more

The staff at Lash Lab is fantastic. I have been going there over a year. I have terrible asthma and the entire staff is accomodating with booking my appointments and keeping me elevated during my appointments. I have blonde eyelashes they are hard to see and the girls at Lash Lab have no problem getting the extentions perfect every time. I have requested different lash styles and lengths, I like to switch it up, every single time my lashes look fabulous. The entire team has worked on my lashes over the past year, Detri and Maria are wonderful. They are all great, the techinique is gentle, everyone is extra careful with santizing hands and tools,they are a wonderful team. As for Brittany and Shannon they are lovely girls and are always welcoming when I come in to the salon. I always feel as if I am thier guest and they all greet you with a cheery hello and give you a heads up on timing, if the appt before you is running long or whatever. I have always received a text or call to confirm my appt a day or so before my appt and if I need to change an appt, and they always find a way to work with me. My daughter and I have gotten lash extensions for a few years now - Decided to try Lash Lab upon recommendation. First of all Ditri worked things around so my daughter and I could do this together. The lashes are real feeling and I can't tell the difference between a lash of mine or an extension lash .. There is no evidence of glue i.e. Sharp pokey things :) they don't twist or go wonky like the heavier lashes . I also took an appoint to have my face deems planed and will be going back for regular treatments. Very affordable and a wonderful difference - so I am looking forward to continuing repairing my skin In a healthy way . I've been going to Detri long before she opened The Lash Lab. I was thrilled when she found this great location in Placentia!! I had always wanted lash extensions but thought they were too expensive for me and wouldn't last long enough. Her prices are reasonable, her service is impeccable!! She worked with me to get the right balance, length, etc with my lashes. The entire experience is relaxing and my lashes look amazing. I get complements everywhere I go! I had a bad first experience at another saloon & thought I would never get lashes again but lash lab made me fall in love again! They use natural lashes that actually last a good while and don't fall out easily. The prices are very reasonable as well. I've been here a few times now and I have had a very great experience each time. The owner did a full set for me, but I started with Ana for fills and recommend both ladies! Lash Lab is the place to go! I have posted before and after pictures of my lashes. They are amazing! I am totally hooked. I even got my mom to consider going to get them too. Christina is the best! I have gone to so many different places to get my lashes done and I have finally found my lash home at lash lab! I got my lashes done by Joyce. She is hands down the best I have ever gone to. She is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable (along with the rest of the staff). I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that...but better. I've been seeing Detri for eyelash extensions since February. At first they burned alot but not anymore! I can even get them wet! I brush them at least twice a day. Yey......I have eyelashes!!
