I love 95 lash! I see Vivian and our hour together is always great. She has a great eye for small touches to customize your lashes to your face and to make sure you're comfortable. Her personality is infectious but, she's also happy to just work in silence if you're not a talker. The first time I went, Vivian explained all of the ways to care for my lashes, gave me a brush to use on them and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with them. I started with a more conservative length closer to my natural lashes but, as I got used to them, I have loved going a little longer. While it's not a private space, you do feel tucked away and the salon is pretty quiet with just light music playing in the background. The price is definitely great (especially when compared to other salons), they are so speedy, can get you in for appointments and they work hard to make sure you're happy. Now, I get so many compliments on my lashes and I really look forward to the almost meditative hour of getting my lashes done. read more

I have been getting eyelash extensions at 95 Lash (with Tram!) for the past year and I am madly in love. I found Tram through some aggressive googling/review reading and can't stop going back. Eyelash extensions have become very popular in LA and I am always amazed how unnatural they can look, but 95 Lash does them the best I've ever seen! I get compliments everywhere I go. Customer service is always top notch (they text, call, whatever), the salon is in a great location and always clean and relaxing, and Tram and her team are always wonderful. I should walk around with business cards for them since I am ALWAYS referring in person. I highly recommend coming here. For actual tips when coming for the first time: there are two types of lashes - Russian silk (lighter in weight so they last longer, but more expensive, and also look a bit less realistic in my opinion, but great for a VAVOOM look), and the other type (synthetic?). They both come in a variety of lengths (from 9mm to 19mm I believe). If you just want to thicken your lashes and add a little length, start shorter. If you want to look like a doll, go 19. I do synthetic and a mix of 11-13. Also depending on your natural lashes (how many you have, how long, and your eye shape) - different lash lengths will look better on you. Tram will have a great idea of what will look best, but definitely discuss your options when you arrive or come with pictures. But again - can not recommend this place enough. You will be amazed how wonderful life is when you wake up without mascara all over your face. And go to the beach without makeup and look like a f'ing stud. Do it and you will not regret it!!! read more

This review is in regards to the woman I spoke to on the day of the appointment that resulted in me getting hung up on twice. I never got my lashes done here so I can't speak to the quality of work done. I called and made an appointment last week. A few days ago I received a text asking me if I could change my appointment time to Tuesday--I said sure, and left it at that. Fast forward to Tuesday, I'm getting ready to leave and I double-check the address. Two come up for 95Lash/QT Lashes so I call to double-check. I find out that she neglected to inform me that by changing my appointment date, I'd be driving 44 MILES to their other location in Santa Monica. I tell her this is terrible, I've already made plans for my original appointment time so there's no way to change my appointment back. At this point I still want to get my lashes done so I ask her what time her store closes so I can see how late I can be. She tells me I'm her last customer so "if you're not here by 6pm [this is my appointment time], I'm leaving." I tell her, "I'm going to drive a lot farther so I at least need a promise that you'll wait if I can't get there in time." Long story short, she's not willing to wait and HANGS UP ON ME. I call her back and ask her if she feels any kind of responsibility for this mess and she tells me I need to change the way I'm talking to her, then hangs up again saying she's busy. Terrible customer service. She felt nothing of making me drive an extra 44 miles to make the appointment she changed me to. She never apologized for this mess but only said she has hundreds of clients so she didn't know. read more

This was a terrible experience and I will never be back. I scheduled my appointment for 4pm showed up on time and then I was seen right away. The problems started to arise when I was told that I would be charged $25 just to have my old lashes removed. I felt like $25 was a lot seeing that there wasn't a lot to be removed but I wanted my lashes done so I agreed to it. Then when I was talking to my tech she said that she was going to make sure that my lashes were the same length and style that I previously had and if I wanted my lashes longer that she would have to charge me more for that. This is completely unheard of, so I was like... ok... I'll go for what you're saying I should do. So we finally got into removing the eyelashes and she put something on my eyes that stung and really hurt me. Not only did it hurt but her touch was very heavy for someone doing eyelashes. Then 1 hour and 35 minutes later we are finally done with my lashes (heavy handed all throughout the service) I got up to look at the lashes and it was NOTHING LIKE WHAT I WANTED. I was already over it so I just paid and left. I was hoping for something better, but I can get better lashes, service, and pricing ANYWHERE ELSE IN LA. Thanks, but no thanks. read more

I'm happy with the final product, but I was frustrated by the timing of the appointment and lack of professionalism. The day before, I was asked to come 30 minutes later. I made it work, but made it clear I needed to leave by a certain time. When I got there, I was not seen until 20 minutes after my new (later) session time. I left much later than I planned on and was late getting back to work. My appointment should have just been rescheduled the day before - this was quite frustrating, especially given how clearly I'd communicated all of this. Note that although the website says a new set of lashes takes 40-60 min, this is not true. I'd allocate 2 hours given my experience. Update 9/24/19 after going back for a 3-week fill: Really disappointed with my fill. 3 days after my appointment, I had lost about 25% of my lashes. I contacted Tram for help or additional care instructions, She confirmed that my care routine was correct and that there was no reason I should be losing lashes that quickly, but told me that there was nothing they could do besides me coming back in for another (paid) fill. It's unreasonable to have to pay for a new fill less than a week after receiving the first one, especially when all of their instructions have been followed. Also, note that this salon provides rewards for positive reviews, so keep that in mind when reading these. read more
