I previous gave a 5Star review thought I had found my place! Tram does a good job but I been there 5 times first 2 was fine. The place is hot. She pays for AC but won't turn it on. I get hot easily. I have to ask every time for the AC. She asked me today if I was going through menopause! Her trainee did a shitty job on my lashes the last time, they began falling out immediately. I went in the following week to have her fill in the massive loss. Now 2wks later (today) I was told $75 when she was finished I was told she had to do extra fill so it is $85. Xtra 10 for extra work. Now she would not have had to do xtra if she had done the proper refill in the first place. I always tip them $15-20 when I go there. I've been coming to Lash Pilot since December of 2021 after my lash artist of 3 years went on indefinite maternity leave. I started fresh with a new set, Classic Volume. I was so blown away with how fast the process was! I loved the shape and felt they looked natural while still giving me that "glam" winged look that I love from extensions. I have only experienced natural fall out over the last few weeks, which is incredible since I am a sweaty fitness instructor by trade! I went to 95 lash for a Russian volume set. I've been getting my eyelash extensions done with Tram for the past months and I've been happy with my lashes every time! I like how she listens to your wants and try to give you the best every time. Lash extensions are a luxury and I definitely feel like Tram's work are worth the price! I feel happy every time I get a new fill. If you come here it is better to buy the bundles for the fills that way you save some money and make sure you try to come every 2 weeks that way your lashes stay on point. I've definitely gotten addicted to how pretty my eyes look with these lash extensions and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I also wouldn't trust any other place to do my lashes because I've had a smooth experience here every time. I've also gotten a balayage & cute with Tram and was so happy with the outcome! She made sure my hair was not damaged and looked healthy. Ciel is also another stylist that has done a lash fill for me and she was attentive, gentle and listened to what style I want. I think this is the best place on the west side to get eyelash extensions done because they are clean, caring, and pay great attention to what the customer wants/needs. Got my top & bottom eyeliner done with Tram & I'm so glad I did it! Yes, it was painful, but it's worth it to always look awake & semi-put together on those days I'm going bare-faced. Tran was very sweet & encouraging as I squirmed in my seat for the two hour process. I recommend an extra 15-min so that the initial numbing process can soak in (she scrapes the skin & applies the cream); I couldn't get out of work earlier & she was already staying late to draw in my eyeliner. After 2-days, I see that I need touch-up on the edges, as they look a little spotty. I don't recommend getting this process done if you're super-sensitive to pain. Unfortunately I fall into this category & went through with it because I didn't want half an eyelid done on my face! read more

Love coming here for haircuts with Alva. She does beautiful haircuts for kids and grown ups. We have been coming to her since she was at Yellow Balloon. She cuts my hair, and my kids hair, and always does a wonderful job. She is the only one to have ever cut my kids hair, and they are now ten and twelve years old. This salon also do beautiful lashes. I just had my brows dyed and am THRILLED with the result!! Tram is a true artist who took her time to mix color exactly to my liking and "sketch" out the area to be dyed to give the appearance of full dark brows even though my natural ones are blond and sparse. Tram slowly layered the coloring by dying the area several times using "spot dying" so as to not go too dark. My eyes now have the perfect framing they have always needed.
