wasn't sure what to except. But as soon as I walked in , I got greeted and felt welcomed. told them how I wanted my lashes, and let them know I wanted them longer, fuller yet still look natural. They said to not say no more and they would add on lashes that would fit my face. and boy did they. My experience at 95 lash was unfortunately not a good one. Initially I attempted to book an appointment online and the website was not working, so I called and was told that I would be receiving a phone call later that day. I didn't receive a phone call, I called back, no answer then I was called the next day, an appointment was scheduled but it was not scheduled for the right type of lash even though I told her verbally over the phone and sent a follow up email. So when I got there the person who does lashes was unable to do the volume set because she didn't have time. She was also late for starting my appointment. She did a fabulous job!! I was excited. And thought perhaps it was worth all the bullshit to get an appointment. So I went online to schedule my next appointment and picked a time, 4 days in advance of the appointment. Apparently with this location you pick a time and date then you have to wait for confirmation?! That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. If you don't have a person available that time and day, don't allow clients to book an appointment. Because I wasn't aware of this confirmation policy I just wasted 20 minutes there. I can not recommend this place and I will be back. read more

Tram has been doing my hair for almost 10 years. There is no one else I trust more with my hair than her. 2 months ago I asked for balayage and all I did was show a picture to Tram of what I exactly wanted. She listens to what I want and offers her suggestions on what she thinks I should do. She did such a fantastic job with the balayage and after a few months I'm still so incredibly happy with the results. She is a hair god! Ask for any type of hair style and she will do it for you. Don't be fooled and go here. Tram puts out coupons on Groupon and after she gets you into her place she refuses to honor them and tries to get double the money out of you. A classic "bait and switch" establishment. Not only is she rude, but Lash 95 is small and dumpy and not what you expect for upscale Santa Monica. Even before stepping into 95 Lash, I was already impressed with the customer service I received from Tram over the phone. I have a crazy work schedule so when I was trying to make an appointment over the phone with Tram, she was nothing but accommodating and so sweet! She offered to stay until 9 PM but I told her that was not necessary.. Got my lashes done this past Wednesday and I cannot love them enough! A few have fallen out since then but that's okay because it looks good still. I highly recommend this place esp for all my sisters who have little to no lashes. Because I have such small lashes I went ahead and got the volume set rather than the natural extensions and now no need for eye makeup! THANK YOU TRAM! I will see you in 3 weeks :) read more

I got my eyebrows done by Tram back in 2016. I had very light-colored eyebrows and they were also very sparse. After much research, I found out about 95 lash and decided to go for it. I went to Tram for my microblading a week ago, and she was wonderful! It has been a week now and I really love my eyebrow shape. It looks very natural and frames my face well.
