I just got my hair done today by Tram. I have not dyed my hair in 10 years. Don't ask me why lol lazy with the upkeep I guess. But I let Tram do whatever she wanted today. I've been getting my lashes done to close to a year with Tram now and I absolutely love them. They really do make me feel and look a lot better even with less makeup. In the beginning, it may take you awhile getting used to wearing them and managing how to wash your face without worrying they are all going to fall out. Horrible experience at 95 Lash Santa Monica. Made an appointment to have a fill that I was told would cost $55 when I had the full set. When I went in it was a mess. First of all the lash professional was not the kindest person but I was fine with that. She removed the few lashes that were still left hanging on - then started talking about how my cost was going to be $120. Let's not even talk about the fact that I started smelling something very unpleasant. I have no idea where it was coming from but it was either a tool or a persons hands. Anyway, she brought the manager in - who I believe may have been Tram. She refused to charge me the price for a fill and would not give me the Groupon price. She had lash professionals sitting around doing nothing but would not allow the 95 lash employee to do my lashes. She was so rude, I could not believe it. After reading all of the other negative reviews - I am very happy I was forced to leave without lashes. I found an amazing lash professional at cha spa on 3rd and Wilshire. She was so professional, clean and had the best customer service I have experienced in a long tine. I don't write too many bad reviews but 95 Lash took rude and unprofessional behavior to another level. I really love this salon. I get my eyelash extensions done here monthly and they've lasted longer and look more natural than any other place I've had them done. I've been getting them done for 8 years so I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of the application, the amount of glue they use (invisible amounts), and the quality of the lash itself, soft mink instead of the cheap hard lashes you could find and some other places. I love that I can just get up in the morning and hop out of bed and look put together. I just got my eyebrows tattoos today with the new micro blade technique where the tattoos look like real hair strokes, it's so natural and flattering! I can't wait to go on vacation and emerge from the water with my eyebrows still on. Trust me go to Tram, she's a pro! During this pre-service conversation, we talked about how to achieve the dramatic cat eye look I wanted. I also let her know that I wear glasses frequently and worried that a dramatic length would interfere with the lenses.
