I am torn how to score my review. First off, I decided to try this salon based on other yelp reviews. This review is based on two visits to the salon. Customer service: 4/5 Both of my visits I was able to get in without an appointment. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. My second pedicure felt rushed. It only lasted about 20 minutes. I did not feel like they tried to upsell me. Choice of polish: 5/5. They had plenty of regular and gel colors. They also offer dipped powder. Quality/Value: 3/5. On my first visit, I obtained a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I was very happy with the time the staff spent on my nails for the first visit. However, I think she could have done more scrubbing on bottom of foot. My no chip manicure lasted 13 days until first chip. This, I was very happy about. However, my first pedicure started chipping after 5 days. This one, did not chip badly. As I had a 2nd trip planned, I went back for just a pedicure. I went with the hot stone pedicure and I just felt like it was not worth the upcharge. Now, this is where I was a little upset/annoyed. This pedicure chipped after 2 days!! And not just flecks. Most of the polish chipped on each nail. Parking: 4/5: Their lot is shared with other businesses in a tight strip mall. Another positive: Able to tip on card and they don't have signs that prefer tip in cash. I would still recommend this business. read more

This is one of the best pedicures I have gotten in a long time, especially as a walk-in on Memorial Day! So happy they were open. The nice gentlemen who did my toes even immediately provided a blanket because I had on a maxi dress. Can't recommended the hot stone service enough! The service was great however my no chip mani started peeling really quickly and badly about 5 days after! No chip gel usually lasts me minimum two weeks, sometimes I can even stretch it to three weeks! Not sure if it was the curing time under the UV lamp was not enough or why this happened. read more

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND. I have never been so happy with my nails. I felt comfortable and cared for. Eric (who did my nails) had a great attitude and continued to ask me if everything was they way I liked it, did I want them shorter, etc. He had another appointment immediately after me but I didn't feel rushed out or like a burden. He was extremely caring just in his demeanor and voice. I asked him questions and he freely and openly answered. Got a manicure and pedicure here recently. This was my second time here. The first time was really good. Unfortunately, the second time was very bad. The nail tech did a very poor job. She didn't honestly do much other than cut the nails and cuticles (and that was done poorly - nails jagged and cuticles cut too close. Even bled a bit.) She was pleasant but I got a feeling I was imposing on her time. I felt she just did give a flying fig about me or my service. She didn't exfoliate the feet at all and didn't buff any of the nails evenly. I don't like polish - which it good because she didn't ask if I wanted clear and didn't buff them well. When I got home, I had to fix everything. All in all - the worst pedicure and manicure I've ever had. Regrettably, because of this experience I'm just not willing to try again - so I'll just look for a new place. If you want a coin toss, this is the place for you. If you want a quality pedicure and manicure ... not so much. read more

Made an appt with Amy and after much thought I decided to go with an overlay since I don't like tips and keep my nails short. The place was clean, I felt comfortable. Salon was grimy. Nail dust on every surface and the plexiglass partitions were so dirty. I wouldn't let the tech trim my cuticles because she grabbed her trimmer from a gross basket of tools. How can a salon not sterilize their tools? Gross. Won't go back. read more

I used to come here all the time under old management, now the new management is okay. Haven't been here in a while and i figured it was time to get my nails done. So, I went, got a pedicure and no-chip manicure. The pedicure was fine, just took a bit too long but Id rather have it perfect than messy, but the manicure was meh. My manicure was started during the pedicure and usually they would finish your pedicure first, then sit you at a table and do your manicure... Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back here due to the girl that did my manicure and my partners pedicure. Made them look a bit weird, kind of nicked us a bit, and I also ended up with lumps under my nail polish. Also will mention that she did have a bit of a 'tude. Maybe it was cause we stayed a bit later but there was also another customer there too... I don't really recommend this place anymore, unless it's maybe with the manager. read more

Two things I like about this place 1.) you stay with the same nail tech throughout each service...one of my pet peeves in nail salons is getting multiple services done and having to wait in between services because the next person you're supposed to see is busy with somebody else. Here you don't have that problem. 2.) they don't put your sandals on after getting a pedicure, they put on the little salon flip flops and toe dividers for you to walk around in until they're dry. Huge plus because this prevents smudging and I've been to nail salons where they will put your shoe on you directly after the pedicure. overall really great place and decently priced...new to the area and will probably be making this my go to salon. read more

If you cannot understand your clients don't work there! I'm sorry but I'm tired of growing my toenails out to have them long for events specifically before I travel and then having some random dude come and chop them off because he/she can't understand me! I was with my friend and we both tried to tell him to leave it long lots of length leave the length don't cut them what did he do he took them and cut him as short as he could! Which now I'm losing out on $300 that was a request for long toenails so this hundred and $10 mani pedi is costing me a total of $400 so first of all screw you! If you didn't understand what I was saying you going to get some freaking help I showed him a picture it was actually their picture that I showed them that I wanted and the guy started painting my fingernails completely horrible! They actually pulled him out and tagged a different guy in and if I would have had this guy this place would have had a five star review all around and I wouldn't be upset and I be making my $300 The manicure was beautiful after they switched people however the first person already put the base coat down didn't put it to the edge of my nails another huge pet peeve of mine if you're going to paint the nail paint the whole nail don't leave the edges so that it looks like it's already growing out that is really tacky and very bad work! I have been getting dip for years and this is by far the worst set I've ever had. This was my first time here and I am extremely disappointed. I had two nails crack/chip off within the first 24 hrs, went back and they fixed it for free. Left town and chipped two nails on the other hand. Now less than 5 days after getting the first two fixed one is already chipped. read more

Mediocre at best. No bubbles during foot soak. Didnt even file my toenails after clipping. Got nail polish all over my skin. Couldn't tell if clippers and cuticles cutter were clean brought out on a plate and later in a plastic box with everything, great way to cross contaminate if items are sterile. Nails on hands and feet were never cleaned under. Not happy with shape of finger nails. Couldn't go back after removal and file. So had to "like" it. Manicure table looked dirty as well as, UV no chip light. I didnt even want to touch it. The pumice stone looked dirty during my pedi. Top it off, color choices were sad. With no chip and regular. Struggled to find a color I would like for the next few weeks. This place also, didnt feel comfortable or cute. Never been before and will not be returning in the future. I've been to better places for less or same cost. 2 stars for politeness and walking availability. read more

So I wanted to try a different nail salon, since now that I know what kind of manicure I like I wanted to try it out somewhere else. Based off of the reviews and pictures of this place, this is where I decided to go. It was so easy to make an appointment here through yelp, the owner got back to me right away which I can appreciate. It's also very clean on the inside. I was greeted right when I walked in by two women and they were very nice. The one had me sit down and she started on my dip manicure, although I could tell she didn't have much experience because she was going a little slower than usual and she nicked my skin a couple times with the file, which didn't feel the best. Although I was understanding and no reason to make a big deal out of it. But then Eason stepped in and he did a great job. Was very precise and very fast but still neat. I also loved the color selection they had, not huge but loved the sparkle colors they had to choose from. Fixed my cracked nail for free. This was a bit further from my house, but well worth the drive. I don't usually indulge in this type of pampering due to the fact that I absolutely hate waiting for my nails to dry. I have no patience for such thing. But today I had all the time in the world. The place is clean, open, and visually appealing. The service was excellent. I'm not a talkative person and with the girl doing my nails I didn't feel the need to force a conversation. She did a wonderful job with the pedicure and manicure. As I'm writing this review, it still looks as fresh as the day I got it. She was patience enough to redo a few fingers second time after I accidentally bumped into the table when I thought my nail was dried. No eye rolls or anything. 2nd time here... last time they did an amazing job on my ombre dip nails & pedi. Then I broke a nail before a meeting. Went to a well reviewed salon in chicago for a quick fix & it was HORRIBLE (beyond so). After breaking a 2nd at work yesterday, and since I had a dr appointment in the area today, i decided to come back for a fix (i live 50 miles away). I was stunned when she said NO CHARGE. Even for removing the ugly one the other guy did and replacing it! Honestly, I think I'll be back here everytime from now on. That is INCREDIBLE customer service. Did I forget to mention this set of nails is almost 3 weeks old? Yet they still treated me this well and did a repair free? Plus the salon is beautiful and upscale. I made an appointment but ended up arriving an hour early due to getting out of work ahead of schedule. They were very kind to accommodate me even though I said I was okay coming back in an hour and sat me within 10 minutes of my arrival. I ended up picking a not so great nail color and my technician was very sweet, going the extra mile by painting on more coats than usual as it came out very thin and asking me if it looked okay. The problem was she cut all my nails down to the quick which hurts as I've been walking around, and then she was using the cuticle trimmer to try and cut/pick out the pieces of my skin attached to the nail. I've had salons trim around my toes and dig out underneath the nail, that's never been a problem. But after I jumped in pain when she got me in an already sore spot she apologized and said "there's still skin there. I can't get it out with these." Tho which I replied, "that's okay, I'd rather you didn't as that hurts." She was also extremely rough with the massage portions, which is my favorite part as this is the only time I ever get any sort of massage and I love to sit and relax for a few moments. But she was really digging into my feet and calves and had me squirming in my chair. All in all, a lovely place with nice people, but too rough and painful for me. read more

It's been almost 2 weeks now, and my nails still look fresh. They have not chipped or blackened at the tips, which I've had issues with in the past. I received an announcement of the grand opening and a coupon in the mail for this nail salon and figured I'd try it out. It did not disappoint! It is in a great location (for me personally) and when I went inside I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean atmosphere. The receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile and welcomed me. I had made an appointment that morning and she took me to my seat right away. They have a huge variety of no chip colors and once I picked my color, "Kevin" started eighth away. He was very meticulous and gentle with the manicure. After the color and coats were done, he massaged my hands with lotion and did a quick warm towel massage. It felt soooo good! They have two TVs with different stations to watch, if you please and the background music was really nice.
