Owner worked her magic on my lashes and they ended up nicely symmetrical. The lift lasted at least 4 weeks! She hand-plucked my brows and tinted them with a nice color that she thought out. My brows haven't looked so good in so long. So grateful for this service. I might not get my lashes done often (at all), but I will definitely be back sooner for my brows. I booked this appointment about a week prior. I had received emails reminding me about my appointment leading up to the day. Around 8am the day of Anna texted me saying since I hadn't confirmed my appointment or filled out the form, I had until 10am that day to respond or she was going to cancel my appointment, mind you I had no intention of not showing up but I was sleeping when she sent that message and I didn't wake up until 10:30am and by the time I saw her message I was rushing out of my house to another appointment I had that day so I quickly filled out the form and forgot to respond to her message. I thought my filing out the form would be sufficient enough to let her know I was still planning on coming since I had no intention of canceling on her, but unfortunately this wasn't good enough. Anna texted me around noon and said since she hadn't received any sort of response from me she was going to cancel my appointment and mark me as a no show due to the fact that I didn't confirm my appointment and she's had other clients do this to her in the past. Mind you this was my first time booking with her. I then proceeded to answer promptly and stated it was my mistake for not responding but I did fill out the form and I had no intention of canceling or no showing on her. To my surprise when she responded shortly after she said she had already given my spot away to other clients that were ready to book with her. She said she recently started doing this due to her increase in new clients trying to book and other contacts booking and not confirming their appointments. To which I responded with I understand that her time is valuable but I once again stated it was never my intention to flake on her. She then proceeded to offer me another time the same day but due to this experience I decided I will not be re booking with her today or in the future. I later went and checked on her website that I used to book and re read the cancellation policy. No where did it state that she has the right to cancel any appointment if you don't respond to her texts (especially if she contacts you at early hours, giving you a two hour time window on the morning of your appointment to respond). I honestly believe had she given me more time to respond to her text I wo or if she had just reached out to me via text during the week I would've responded and conand we could've avoided this whole situation but unfortunately this is where things ended. If your going to book with her make sure you answer any texts she sends you in a timely manner or she will cancel your booking. I've provided pictures as proof. Ps. Quick take: COVID-19 re-opening…read more After not being able to go to Fusion for over 6 months I was elated when Michelle was able to re-open under the regulations of Alameda County. Much has changed since my last appointment. This is one of the very few business where I was able to answer yes to all of the health and safety measures. Fusion was immaculate and super clean before the pandemic. Upon arrival I sent a text to let Michelle know that I arrived. After instructed to enter she opened the door and did a temperature check. Hand sanitizer is available in every room. Michelle was double masked and wearing gloves. I entered with my mask on and kept it on for the duration of the appointment. An air purifier was on the whole time. Also, a UV-C light sanitizer is used after every client. Appointments are being spaced out with an hour in between every client. Michelle also decided to let two hair dressers go due to health and sanitary concerns for her clients. So I was the only person in the spa during my whole appointment time. She is very conscious and made changes in order to keep everyone healthy. I've always felt safe coming to see Michelle. She will always take care of her clients.
