I've been to several other places and they've all said my lashes are too thin, too little, and too short. So every time I walked out, the lashes would be very separated and split. Either that, or they would fall hours after getting them done. Also, every technician would press their hand down on my forehead and put discomforting pressure on it. My lashes would also burn and get heavy (because I'd want a dramatic set). However, with Daniel's technique (whom he also teaches to his staffs/students), I didn't even feel the lashes get put on me! Nor did I have to deal with a hand in my face or smell/stinging from the glue. On top of that, my lashes has never looked so natural, fluffy, and full! I finally found my gem. His prices are very reasonable too. He works with celebrities and gives the same high quality service, but at an affordable price. Based on my previous experiences, I was honestly going to remove these extensions and give up on them but now I'm just looking forward to my next appointment with Longmi

So called to see if I could get a same day appointment, but they were already booked. They tried to schedule me for the next day, but do to my job and my 2 kids it was hard for me to take it I told the person that I had to wait for my husband to get off from work so he could watch the kids. Do to that I would just had to call them back. I told them if anybody called to cancelled to call me back. Well that same day in the evening, I get a text, from Longmi Lashes, telling me they can get me in the latest at 5:30pm on Tuesday. That work perfect for me, I took that appointment. (It felt good how they worked around their schedule to accommodate me, as their 1st time customer.) Well today I showed up for my appointment! There was Daniel waiting for me, he showed me around the office and how they work on private rooms for the comfort of their customers, which I liked. The facility is spotless and beautiful. They have done lashes for so many celebrities, they have the pictures on the wall. Daniel, was so professional explaining everything. He made me feel welcome, comfortable, from the moment I step in to their business. After that...... Daniel started doing my lashes......... we right away stablish a nice conversation, that it felt we knew each other for years. I didn't even felt the time. He made sure I loved my lashes before I left. He said, "If your happy, I am happy". I was so impressed how Daniel provided me with excellent customer services from start to finish! She…read morerepeatedly had the expectation that I work around the schedule of her other job and would randomly reschedule my appts. Fine. Just know this is not her first priority. Then, after several days of trying to reach her I had left a review. I had been trying to book appts, had existing appts booked, and she just completely dropped off the face of the earth. I didn't hear a thing from her until my review is published, and now she's saying that there's been a death in her family. While I can empathize with someone going through that, it seemed she had only reached out at that point in hopes that I would remove my review (which was originally done, feeling sorry for her). After doing so, she conveniently asks me to find another lash artist. I'm sorry - but this is not worth the headache!! Horrible things will happen in life but just like I would have to notify my employer if something happened, as a business owner you should be keeping your clients up to date as well. Not just when a review is left. Hopefully this will be a lesson to her to be more professional.
