If you're ever unsure about which color to choose, she has a great eye and gives excellent recommendations. Neither my manicure nor pedicure felt rushed--Trina and Terry both took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made the experience incredibly relaxing. But they started the foot tub for the both of us, so I decided we would both do pedi too then since they did that. She got the lowest package and I got the middle package. I just thought it was strange they would do that when they knew what we wanted. I liked my fingernails after it was finished. But I did think the gel on the toenails looked chunky. I got blue french tips and Daughter wanted only clear coat with paw prints. Its been a week. My fingernails are still intact. But yesterday, I felt like my big toes were detaching from my toes. This feeling was confirmed after my right big toe slightly tapped the laundry basket and flew off. Looks my it took the top half my actual nail too because you can see the skin.I have bandaged that toe and also the left big toe as well (as a precaution.) Be cautious if you get a pedicure here.

I absolutely love their Carmel Mountain location, but I hate their Point Loma location. I've never had issues at Carmel Mountain, but I constantly have issues in Point Loma. I've repeatedly had issues with their website, allowing you to book on days that they are not open and their website hours on Google saying they're open even when they're not. I've contacted them multiple times about this, but the issue has never been resolved. I'll be honest this was one of the only places I have ever trusted to do my eyebrows and I had a great experience a handful of times I've been to Carmel Mountain. But they really need to get new management for the point Loma location. I know it is new, but that is not an excuse for how it is currently running. I've also heard other reviews from friends of mine saying that they will show up on time for their appointment and the staff is not there and has been up to 30 minutes late for their appointment. I hope to continue to be a customer because I do love the Carmel Valley location, but I really hope they can step it up in point Loma. Overall, I have a bad taste in my mouth from the poor experiences in PL.
