Oh my goodness where do I even begin I came in today in need of a full set mega volume. I was greeted and waited about 30 minutes to be seen considering I was about 7-8 minutes late not a good thing for first time. Like how is this lady Anna? Even in buisness she is so unprofessional and standoffish I guess it's an Armenian thing! So the lady that did my lashes was from Belgium she spoke Armenian as well and was very sweet but had a heavy hand and took about 3 hours on me I think I was like one of her first clients I definitely don't think she had 6months experience it was the most horrible experience I have ever had! She glued many of my lashes together and kept struggling to separate them through out the session I'd say well over 30 minutes then she glued glue on my nose and eye area and tape on my lower eye omg!! It was so painful to remove! I thought well she's taking long they're at least gonna be fluffy and gorgeous man!! Was I wrong! The glue she was using was making me choke I literally was having a hard time breathing definitely don't recommend I only go to the best and this is a great example of mediocre fast and bad service!! The lady said you're lashes were bad to begin with quoted Anna the little Armenian lady#OWNER honestly students and customers beware I would recommend finding a different place trust me you'll be glad you did ! This lady and buisness take advantage of people or simply don't care and make excuses. I should have not paid but I did I told her they were not the way I wanted and she did not offer to fix them she made excuses ANNA customers are always first and right you should have made sure I was happy I paid for a shitty pair of eyelashes and got tortured in the process!! Lashes De Anna is the best Lash Studio in town. Anna has been doing my lashes for almost 2 years and i am so excited she has her own Lash salon now. She has years of experience and has been doing lashes when people barley new about the trend. This is so important because when I met Anna my lashes were ruined by a very bad lash job , if a person does not have the experience it can ruin your lashes. Anna brought them back to Life and she does such an amazing and natural job. Her whole team is amazing and I have been to the other lash Artists and they are all great and I had a wonderful experience with Nelly. On top of all that her prices are the most reasonable ever. I started coming here for my lashes due to the area as my child goes to school few blocks away. Their business hours are also convenient for me as they open 8:30am. Other places I have gone to for lashes open 10am. Due to this reason, I decided to try this place. Then I started reading yelp reviews about lashes coming off the same day and was scared this would happen to me as well but still gave it a shot. Glad I tried this place. I asked for a full long set & got what I asked for. I loved my results and they did not fall out same day or anything. The prices are very reasonable as well. I was going another place where they were charging me over $100 for a 3 week refill. So $55-$65 (forgot exact amount) for refill is a great deal. Also wanted to comment on the other yelp reviews I saw about staff speaking Armenian. I first learned of Lashes De Anna from Desi Perkins" IG Feed and loved what I saw. The timing was actually perfect b/c my lash tech of 5 years had unexpected surgery and I needed a fill. I have been extremely loyal to my lash tech even after moving more than 40 miles, so I was a little skeptical, initially, of what service I would get with a new tech. Came here because the usual lash technician was completely booked all of a sudden. First of all, they charged me an additional $20 because I was coming from another technician. What? Maybe bring that up when I made the appointment instead of the day of the appointment. Scammers. I booked with a specific technician and they throw me over to a new girl who has never done lashes without asking me or telling me. It turned out HORRENDOUS. I have spider lashes and they are going all different directions. This is the second day and a third of my lashes have already fallen off. They are constantly stabbing my eye throughout the day and there huge white clumps of glue stuck to my lashes. Gross! Will absolutely not return, shame on this place for doing this. CARELESS BUSINESS!!! THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!! Its sad that they always have an emergency excuse every single time i have a damn appointment. I went in for my appointment and they told me that they dont have time for me because the have another customer coming in 15 minutes, i dont see how thats my fault. So i gave them another chance the next day to see if they are worth my hard worked money and i get no response i had told them that i have a event that day and i was even willing to pay extra to get the job done and i get no response at all but my message was read, thats very sad that they treat there constant costumers this way! The first time i went in for my lashes they were making fun of a women that fell asleep because she was snoring, other then that there has been other occasions where they talk about the customers behind there back and about there personal lives. Can I just say Nina is absolutely amazing. I went in yesterday to get my lashes done, mind you I had pulled out some of my own lashes from trying to remove the ones I had in prior to going in and Nina suggested I don't go too long which I was totally fine with. My lashes are pretty weak and I really wanted a very full look but I didn't think it was possible, however Nina suggested using thinner lashes and she would just double up in each of my own lash which I didn't even know there was different types of thickness to the lashes but all I can I say is She made my lashes look unbelievably beautiful I was blown away at how fast and efficient she was. Let me just say, I was really excited about coming to Lashes De Anna, because I heard great things about the services provided and the overall outcome. I had booked an appointment, for 2:45pm Feb 14, aka valentine's day in hopes of feeling better about my eyelashes. I booked a lash lift and tint to be exact. The morning of my appointment I received a call asking to switch my appointment to 4:30... I get it, salons get busy, so i said yes! Approaching 4:30 I received a text asking to move to 5pm, After confirming 5pm, moments later i get a text saying sorry come at 5:30.. Let me mention again it is valentine's day and a lot people have plans... Totally understandable, I just don't understand, why make an appointment in the first place? I was super sad because I really thought i would've been guaranteed a spot no matter how busy they were because I had an appointment... Hopefully things get more organized so I can give them a second chance. read more

Went in, and Anna that had a family emergency was getting a blow dry. I let it side, because I didn't wanna create drama. It seems like she picks and chooses her clients, not cool. I continued to go and was happy with the girl that had done my lashes. Long story short, this last time Nina did my lashes, let me begin to tell you that it was the most painful experience ever. She tweezed my own lashes out, and didn't even apologized while she was hurting me. Came home after all that torture was done, and I've had a bloody red eye ever since then, with an irritated lash line from all the pulling.
