I made this appointment back in January since my schedule is all over the place. I paid my deposit of $100 and $30 was left due on the day of my appointment. This place is located in Burbank. I parked on the street which is 2 hours a free parking. I'm not sure if they have a parking lot. I was greeted by the receptionist and then my tech came to get me ( Fatima). I was early so that I could do a lash bath before my service. The office is very clean and elegant. It took about 2 hours for a full set. I did the natural wispy set (12). It's very natural for me. Maybe we could do a lil more the next time but over all I'm very happy. I already made my refill appointment. So glad I found this place. Highly recommend! They have an online booking system which was easy to go through. They also follow up with you multiple times to ensure you make your scheduled appointment. read more

Edit 03/25/25 Review: Anna did call and apologize on the staffs behalf and also made the issue right. I am grateful that she showed me empathy and compassion during a difficult time in my life. And I will continue to do business with Lashes De Anna because she is truly a gem and I am pleased with the work that is done there overall. I'd like start by saying that I've been coming here on a weekly basis for appx 6 months mostly to get my lashes done by Meri which has been great! However yesterday I called and said I may be running late as I was currently driving back to LA from San Francisco due to an unfortunate circumstance. My maps app kept saying the time was increasing and I didn't want to rush with my daughter in the car so I asked for a different time. The woman texting became volatile and unkind. I admit that was my mistake but excuse me if I expected kindness, she refused to let me speak to Anna. And made distasteful remarks about the situation leading to "oh well too bad" attitude. Im highly disappointed in the way I was treated and the lack of compassion and professionalism to not reach out to me. If you allow front staff to manage the business as if they themselves own then it is what it is. They were more concerned about a cancellation fee than anything else, which is ok it is a business but did you have to be nasty and rude about it. I think not! Be careful with bipolar staff is my only suggestion. read more
