Do not spend your money here. I've been going here for years and because of their own system issue my appointment got "cancelled". I explained to them that I got a text confirmation saying my appointment was at 3:30 on 4/8/25 but they said we don't have the appointment on the schedule. Even with proof the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Charging me for something that was their fault. Smh read more

Nahhh sometimes I truly feel being bougie is my lot in life. Now I gotta live with maintaining these bomb lashes on the regular I had previously gotten my lashes done at a different studio just a few weeks ago and wasn't too happy with the results. So much that I attempted to remove the lashes on my own using castor oil ( I know I know ...) . I ended damaging my natural lashes, which pre extensions had actually been getting quite long. I decided it would be best to remove the professionally and get a whole new set I scheduled an appointment with Anahit and for a wispy classic but let me her I also was looking for a cat eye style( I enjoy the "smokey eyeliner" look) I also let her know I like thicker lashes and she said she would use a blacker one. I put in a podcast and popped in my headphones while she got to work. Before I knew it, she was removing the under eye patches and fanning the lashes. As a returning customer, my lash extensions typically last four weeks without needing a fill, but this time they fell out within one week. I even invested in their lash bath to ensure proper care, yet they fell out within one week. I contacted the salon to express my concern, and I was informed that the premature loss of my lashes could potentially be attributed to my lashes being accustomed to a different technician's products and techniques. However, after conducting my own research, I have been unable to find any evidence to support this claim. I am really happy with a lot of things that pertain to this business. 1. the cleanliness of the place is great. They make it really comfortable for the clients with a blanket to use while they work on your lashes. 2. The owner take a lot of pride with being helpful. I have a normal lash technician that was out of town so someone else did my lashes and they fell out more quickly than usual. I voiced my discontent and Anna really cared. She sent me her lash serum because I am out of town. I sent the wrong address and did not expect her to resend it and she did just to help get my lashes stronger. I've been her client for the last five years and without exaggeration there hasn't been a single day where I haven't gotten a compliment on my lashes. At one point I considered gatekeeping the studio since so many people were asking me! Lol! They work long hours and they work hard to make sure they accommodate you and your schedule. Lashes came out fine. Still a little long for my liking but she did an ok job. The lashes feel like poor quality lashes. My tech was nice. However, she was sick (sounded like a cold) she kept coughing and even excused herself once which I did appreciate but still was coughing throughout my service. I thought I was done with this place due to their awful owner Anna !!!but .......... here is another big BEWARE!!! do not give these people your credit card number to put into their system because they charge it fraudulently they have done mine three times !!!!!! I happen to be paying my bill this morning and saw that they charge me again!!! this is an eyelash place. For some reason Anna the owner thinks it's something else‍. but protect your credit !!! I will say every time I've called them on it they fixed it but they shouldn't be doing it it's FRAUD!!! I asked them to take this information out of their system last year 2020 they said they did and they charge charged me in September 2021 they realized their error and reversed it again it's fraud because you still have that information in your system!!!
