On Saturday 5/22 I called about 5 different lash places to ask if they had available space to take my lash extensions off. At 11:50 I found this place on Yelp, so I called. The woman who answered the phone told me that I could just come right over and I was so relieved. When I got there I had to wait quite a while. I wasn't really surprised though because I'm sure the person who I spoke to on the phone wasn't expecting me to be literally 5 mins away. There were about two other women working on clients when I got there. I sat in their little waiting room which had a lot of personality. I have a bad back and I thought the chairs were comfy as well. I did not catch the name of the girl who removed my eyelashes but she was really nice and personable. I believe it took about an hour for me to get my lashes removed but like I said, I made the appointment literally 10 mins before I walked in, and she probably wasn't expecting me to come so quickly. Totally not her fault. I had to fill out a little form about allergies and stuff like that which is pretty awesome that they show they want to be careful with you. Overall I think that my experience went really well and I loved their little space. I really appreciated them taking me in without me making an appointment in advance. So initially, I was supposed to get my lashes done before my birthday last month...So, I set an appointment up with Nia, but prior to my first appointment, I already had my lashes done by someone else but it was at its end stages of almost coming off...So When I met her, she immediately noticed how damaged my natural lashes have become due to the carelessness of my previous lash technician and recommended different options on how to go about dealing with it, and I listened to Nia's advice just to let them heal because she wouldn't be able to give me the full lash results I've seen on her Instagram. A month has now pass, & I can finally tell you and show you her work! She gave me a full set, which I am totally obsessed with! Nia's work is consistent and she's very efficient! I am a lash tech and have bought different products from lashes on fleek multiple times. I absolutely love their products and the quality is amazing. The only concern I have is the customer service. Every time I call the store, someone simply answers with "Hello?", no "Hello this is LOF, how can I help you?" or anything like that. It also feels like they are trying to rush me off the phone and act as if it's a bother to help me. I find it extremely unprofessional and honestly disappointing. In this type of business customer service is key. I will continue to buy from LOF but I hope to see better quality customer service in the future. read more
