Finally found my forever lash place! I've been coming to Lash Glow in Pasadena for a while now and I honestly have nothing but great things to say. The girls here are so sweet and genuinely professional -- they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. You can tell they really care about doing a good job, not just getting you in and out. My girl Fay does my lashes and I love her! She always does an amazing job and I trust her completely. What keeps me coming back is how long my lashes actually last. I've been to other places where they're falling out within a week, but not here. These hold up beautifully and always look great until my next fill. And the prices? You seriously cannot beat them for the quality you're getting. If I can rate 0 stars I would. Honestly one of the worst lash lifts I've done. My lashes are everywhere, and it looks worst than before I started. I was worried coming in due to the lack of photos posted that were perfected. The girl who helped me insisted that it was correct. I just looked at her concerned, she kept brushing my lashes down and now some of it is also damaged. Needless to say, the girls here don't really have the training nor care about the quality. Do not come here if you care about your lashes and looks. Go elsewhere!! read more

The woman who did my lashes was very nice and gentle, which honestly makes me feel bad leaving this review, but my lash lift results were not good at all. This was my first lash lift and ever since the appointment my natural lashes have been left wavy, crimped, and uneven instead of softly lifted. It's been over a month and they still haven't gone back to normal. I really wanted to love the results, but I'm disappointed because my natural lashes looked healthier before the service. read more

I think I accidentally broke up with my OG lash girl today. I went to Lash Glow in Pasadena and booked with Yuki after seeing all of the good reviews , and I'm honestly SO happy with my lashes. I specifically asked for a natural look and she absolutely nailed it! They're soft, pretty, and not overdone at all. Easily the best lash extensions I've gotten. I've been staring at myself in every mirror since leaving. Yuki was also incredibly sweet, the studio was comfortable, and the prices were super reasonable for the quality. Safe to say... I just wanted my eyes to look pretty. I'm so used to wearing full false uniformed lashes you can see in the dark and in photos - so I'm not sure if this choppy twisted lash extension thing is for me. And one of them completely turned around and was poking at my eye today. I had to pick it out. This was $161. For upper and bottom. But they staff was nice and the atmosphere was calm. I've been going to lash glow for awhile , granted I've been to the San Gabriel location the only reason why I decided to come to this location is for scarlet! Cherie has always been and will be my person at the San Gabriel location but scarlet does a wonderful job ! I wana say every lash tech has their own style and ways (I always get the same style which is YY lashes) and I have to say scarlet is more of a WOW (fuller) while Cherie is subtle (natural) and I love and appreciate BOTH styles just depends on my mood. both lash techs are very thorough with refilling my eyelashes as well taking their time to make sure it's what I want . The vibe there is very relaxing , I literally fall asleep every session lol. The workers there are nice and attentive. The place itself is very clean and definitely will be back! When you park in the back parking lot you can come in from the back instead of walking through the front ! So that's convenient. I do have to say though this location is a bit smaller but for my lash needs lash glow is a great place! read more

Been coming here for 4-5 times now. Recently moved out here from DTLA so had to look for new lash place. My go-to technician was in Ktown but just became too inconvenient now. First love the ambience and decor of this place - so clean, spacious and just overall feel-good kinda vibe. They have 4-5 beds with privacy curtains in between so you don't have to worry about being cramped or watched all the time. Their technicians are very well trained, gentle and professional. They always ask for my preference and design ahead of time and always deliver. A couple of times it didn't turn out exactly how I wanted but they kindly explained due to previous set hasn't fully fallen off yet so just be aware if you want to change up the style. LGP is fantastic! The first appointment comes with a consultation so you and your tech can understand your goal/vision. No matter which gal works on your lashes, your file is on hand to see what you did at your previous visits and if you'd like to keep the same look or change it up. If you want to do something different, there's a mini consult so that you're all on the same page. Each tech I've had has light hands and makes sure I'm happy with the final look. No one is tries to upsell, but works with what will suit your eyes and face best, while giving you what you want. Everytime I get my lashes done, I receive compliments. The quality is wonderful too. My natural lashes aren't damaged and I find my extensions last well beyond the 4 week mark. The studio is clean and bright, with light music playing in the background. Appointments are relaxing to the point where you may be tempted to take a nap. The location is great, pricing is transparent, lots of parking and it's so easy to schedule an appointment via phone or online. If I had to have a critique on one thing, it'd be to open at 9, but that's only because I'm a morning person. I appreciate the confirmation and reminder texts leading up to appointments. Recently, I finally decided to lash extensions. I called Cherry and scheduled an appointment with her. When she asked me what kind of lashes I want, i responded " I have no idea and it's my first time. You can make the call for me." The decision she made for me, OMG!!! Lash Glow is two blocks from my home so I decided to try them out. I got a new full set on May 17th and see my pictures below of the SPARSE condition they are in $130 dollars later! There was also a huge language barrier in the communication w/my technician so it was difficult to express what I wanted. Well, where do I start? Cherry is the best! I believe she owns the business and she runs it very professionally and diligently. It was my first time getting my lashes done about three months ago and I've been coming here ever since. The salon is always really clean and the ambiance is always really peaceful and nice.
