Jessica has been doing my lashes for a few years now and I have refused to go to anyone else. She is the secret to my eyelash success haha. I cannot count how many times I have caught people staring at my eyelashes. I highly recommend getting eyelash extensions because they are so low maintenance and you just automatically look more put together without having to put a lot of makeup on. I am always rushing out the door in the mornings so I don't have time to put mascara on. I have stubborn short Asian lashes and whenever I get a fill done, it is definitely a huge confidence boost. Some things to note: -you cannot shower (or get the lashes wet) within the 24 hours of getting them done. -you need to keep your lashes clean. This is important to keep them lasting longer. Originally I didn't have a good experience here. I won't name anyone, but the person who had originally done my eyelashes was ok and didn't really listen to what I desired. Not only that they fell off within one week, the padding under my eye wasn't good as she used her finger pressure on the bottom eye (sure she didn't notice) and It somehow caused redness aka a chemical eye burn. But this company addressed the problem by offering a different eyelash tech to do my set. I scheduled and Monika gave me the perfect eyelashes, she didn't rush and listened to what I wanted ! I am probably the pickiest client you will EVER meet--and I've literally gotten my lashes done everywhere in the past 12 years--Jessica and Ana are amazing! They take pride in their work and do their best EVERY SINGLE TIME! Anyone with the audacity to leave a bad review is a problematic client who can't see quality when it is right in front of their eyes. Zena is amazing! She's very professional and nice. She takes the time to fully understand what you want or need.. I explained to that I've had issues before with glue and need extra glue and she didn't make me feel like I'm asking for too much like most people do. The beds were really comfortable and relaxing. I've never been able to fall asleep during a lash fill because I always feel like they're digging around in my eye but I have to admit I fell asleep for a bit. I'll definitely be returning here for all my lash needs and I highly recommend for anyone in the area. read more

Their work speaks for itself. I have had my lashes done by both Jessica and Ana and they both do great work. Ana has been doing my lashes for over a year and I am never disappointed. I am particular about my lashes not looking fake. I passed by the shop a couple times and after my girl moved to the OC I decided to give them a call. The shop is clean and cute, lacks a bathroom so I recommend going before your appointment. This place has potential the hours should be extended beyond 4pm, more options for scheduling and attentive service at the front desk would be beneficial. Omg!!!!! I tried my best to give this place a second chance but it sucks!!! I was hoping it work out for me since it's in the same city I live in but no it did not! Be careful when you choose your lash place. I made an appointment through the receptionist Yaya for a full set, she sent me all of the prices for the lash artist but didn't make it clear that they have master lash artist prices. Also, I thought my appointment was on a Sunday when it turned out to be on that Saturday, Yaya confirmed my appointment 30 min before the scheduled time and I had to cancel because I thought it was on Sunday. She charged me a cancellation fee of $25 when that was never said to be the policy before hand. I ended up making an appointment with Christina (one of the girls they barely advertise) and got a bold full set. I paid $140 for this set, the lashes, including the cancellation fee I wasn't aware about. I let Christina know I didn't want my lashes to be too long but she did them long and didn't turn out how I wanted them. The next day I woke up and my eyes were almost swollen shut, itchy, and red. I informed Yaya the receptionist and she said they don't do refunds because it is an Allergic reaction but they can take my lashes off for free.... I did let her know I was upset with my service so she refunded me $60... out of the 140 that I paid. Not to mention she went out of her way to sarcastically tell me "we will no longer be doing any future services on you", as if I would ever go back anyways. They may do good work but for anyone looking to get lashes done.... I recommend doing your research first. I would've been more understanding about the situation if Yaya would've been more professional and appropriate. As a former lash client I know that it is a standard procedure to perform a PD test prior to the service. As a professional establishment wouldn't you think to save the time and money on your service by performing this procedure? Had they have done that, they would know I'm allergic and we wouldn't be in this situation. read more
