I arrived and the business is located in a small plaza share with a few other businesses, which means shared parking. There are approximately 4 parking spaces directly in front of the business, which were all taken when I arrived. I was still able to park in the plaza. When I walked up, I rang the doorbell to gain access and the door was opened fairly quickly. There is a small waiting area and there were two other ladies waiting ahead of me, but I did not have to wait very long. While waiting, a parking spot opened, so I moved my vehicle closer. I used the bathroom and after the room was cleaned and was instructed to wait inside while and get ready for my waxer. That wait did not take long either. She knocked shortly after, confirmed what service I needed, and got to work. My waxer was very pleasant and engaging throughout the process. I have not had a Brazilian in over three years, but she made me comfortable, and was efficient, and was done in no time. I had a good experience and was pleased with the results.

Mind you she barely gets the strip on the first pull so now I have blisters where you get a brazilian. She's rude and unkind. So, Between the wax being too hot and her going over the area more than she should've, I was left with burned irritated skin. I called to speak with the manager Polly and she had the receptionist call me back. They said to use aloe, but it was past that point because several days had passed. (I went on vacation after getting the service) I needed to know how I can treat the discoloration!!! No further assistance, refund or anything was offered. The receptionist told me they weren't providing threading that day, just waxing. Which was very surprising to me because threading seems to be their greatest specialty. I then asked the receptionist if she could provide me with the phone number to their Phipps location. She said she didn't have it. I asked if she could reach out to a manager, she told me to use google. No number was provided on google... at that point I was getting angry lol. I go to the Phipps location and then I learn their Phipps location is closed (something they should've educated the new worker about). I couldn't believe it lol, kind of messed up my day, being that I was pressed for time. So I turn to google for a threading Salon that's nearby. I called first to make sure the threading salon took walk-ins and had availability at that time. I was nicely greeted and assured that walk-ins are welcome. I'm very particular about my brows, but was very determined to get them done that day. I rushed to the salon, and was again politely greeted. It was the fastest service I've ever gotten. Brows, and lip threaded in record time! More affordable than the other place as well! I believe both came to $15. I tipped the nice lady $5. Definitely support this brow business! She made them thin, cut my hairs so short I can't even comb them up to hide the thinness, and they also don't look the same at all! I ended up getting lip threading as well, and left with hair still on my lips. I ended up coming back to show the other lady why I needed a refund and after looking at them, she agreed they didn't look the same and were thinner by a lot. I got my lip finished, and got a refund, hence the reason I'm not giving 1 star.
