I would think lower lashes would be included, and the before & after pictures they publish definitely have both upper and lower lashes done. Then she charged me $85 for the service, which is $10 more than what is currently listed on both their website and the printed material I received at my appointment. False advertising in more than one respect... take your money and time elsewhere. Edit: I saw the owner's comment so I am coming back to add 2 photos. Both show the price at $75. The model used in the printed material also very clearly shows that the lower lashes have been tinted. However, the owner of the business did make it right, so I am adding a star. As long as you know what you're getting, it's a nice place and the person who did my service was sweet and easy to talk to.

I stumbled upon Beauty Blink and was able to easily book an appointment online. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by the sweetest gal, Marsa, and she had me start filling in some paperwork. Typical intake questions like recent surgeries and ailments and some questions about my hair and scalp and then we headed back to the room. Once I got situated Marsa started with the high frequency wand and some other tools with my hair dry before turning on the nice, warm water and wetting my hair. From there, she used several products and tools, alternating between scalp massage and gentle combing. She also added a steam cap and let my hair steam for a while and there was some wonderful aromatherapy going as well. We ended the service by wrapping my hair in a towel before letting me brush it out in a separate little room. I had the option to blow dry my hair if I wanted but I chose to leave with wet hair so it could air dry. Overall, this was a very very relaxing way to spend the evening, the process was amazing, and Marsa was so sweet and asked for feedback at the end of the service as well. You can tell this place cares about their customers and the quality of the service they provide and I will absolutely be back!

Unfortunately, this experience was not comparable to the quality I've received elsewhere. Within 24 hours, nearly half of my lashes had already fallen out. I gave the salon an opportunity to correct the issue, but even after the fix, all of the lashes were gone within a week. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the cost and time involved. What made the experience more frustrating was that I had signed up for a membership expecting ongoing quality service, but after this experience, I no longer felt comfortable continuing. Despite the poor results, I was told I could not cancel the membership without additional charges. I understand that occasional issues can happen, but the quality, retention, and customer service did not meet expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future client experiences.
