I was desperate and worried because I needed to make sure my house would be secure because I had to go to work the next day, but being that it was the evening of Halloween, I was worried nobody would be available to fix it at all. I contacted Yael about it and he was quick to respond and he came out that evening to work on my lock. Apparently there was too much damage inside the lock so it needed to be replaced and my door frame had issues as well. He was able to do a temporary fix so that it could give me time to purchase a new lock, yet keep my house secure. Yael came back a few days later after I chose the lock I wanted and installed it for me. He gave me very good explanations about why it got damaged in the first place and even fixed my inner door frame to ensure this wouldn't happen again. Its been about a month and I'm so happy with my installation. I'm very grateful to Yael for his flexibility, prompt responses and dependability. Thank you!

We have been ignored by the "owner" who is call screening us for some odd reason? I have never heard of a company booking an appointment, and then blowing off the customer without so much as an apology. We ended up having to book an estimate through another company, because we have to move out of our office in a few days; talk about unneeded stress. This company completely left us stranded high and dry. I'm so glad we didn't put a deposit down because we would have had a legal battle on our hands. When we called from another number, the man picked up right away and then hung up and sounded very drunk. Friends, family, and even foes - please look elsewhere for your business. Turns out these are their weekend rates: $29 just to send someone out + $169 to unlock the door. o total $199. Can't remember what he said the week day rate is, but it was around $169 total. They charge the $29 week days and weekends, and no, you can't put it towards the cost of fixing the lock. Okay, so after he leaves, it turns out he broke the lock, and I'm locked into my house now. I call, and the tech returns within about five minutes. (Coincidentally, he was just down the street having installed a new lock on a neighbor's door, so that was quick!) Within about 15 minutes, he replaced the lock mechanism in the door with a brand new one, and the key and the lock now work as good as new. Happy ending. (Except for the cost, which is ridiculous!)

The "locksmith" who came was unable to get into my house without breaking the lock and then wanted over $400.00; we agreed on the amount of $396.00, which I paid with my VISA credit card. The "locksmith" was unable to rekey the lock to work with my existing key, so I had to pay a legitimate locksmith to replace the lock mechanism. This service and I agreed on February 5, 2025, that I would remove the dispute with my credit card company once the company refunded $208.00 of the amount charged ($396.00). I was told that I would get this refund in "three to five business days." The company texted me on Feb. 10: "OK. We will take care of it. I will send you [a] screenshot confirmation of the refund" of the $208.00 agreed upon. It is now February 28, and I am still getting stonewalled. This is a complete scam!!!
