I told him I would just follow him back to his business since it was 5 min away and he kept insisting that was not an option but gave no reason why. Then he said he would go get the machine and come back but never did. This is not the way to do biz. Red flags. Be careful if you proceed. I was desperate and worried because I needed to make sure my house would be secure because I had to go to work the next day, but being that it was the evening of Halloween, I was worried nobody would be available to fix it at all. I contacted Yael about it and he was quick to respond and he came out that evening to work on my lock. Apparently there was too much damage inside the lock so it needed to be replaced and my door frame had issues as well. He was able to do a temporary fix so that it could give me time to purchase a new lock, yet keep my house secure. Yael came back a few days later after I chose the lock I wanted and installed it for me. He gave me very good explanations about why it got damaged in the first place and even fixed my inner door frame to ensure this wouldn't happen again.
