We booked an estimate with this company and they guaranteed an arrival time of 11:30 ... It's now 3:30 pm and no one has shown up or called to cancel. We have been ignored by the "owner" who is call screening us for some odd reason? I have never heard of a company booking an appointment, and then blowing off the customer without so much as an apology. We ended up having to book an estimate through another company, because we have to move out of our office in a few days; talk about unneeded stress. This company completely left us stranded high and dry. I'm so glad we didn't put a deposit down because we would have had a legal battle on our hands. When we called from another number, the man picked up right away and then hung up and sounded very drunk. Friends, family, and even foes - please look elsewhere for your business. Do not rely on this terrible business. _________ UPDATE: As you can see by this business owners response, this is an incredibly unprofessional company that clearly is ageist (referring to me as an old lady?) .. I'm 28 years old, didn't know that qualified me as an old lady but this business owner is clearly mad he got called out for his terrible customer service. I'll be sure to post my review on every single site he advertises on just for his disgusting, inappropriate response. Funny thing is, once your business is on Yelp, sure you can suspend your advertising services, but people can still leave reviews!! Maybe I'm not the old guy who doesn't know how technology works?!? Contacted National Security Lock to rekey locks for safety reasons. They were able to get someone out to the house the same day. Rick Watkins called when he was on his way. Before starting the work, he looked at all the locks and deadbolts to rekey and then gave us an estimate. He even fixed one of our door knobs by installing a strike (I think that is what it is called) because it was missing. He asked first if he could put in this part for a small additional cost. We said go ahead. He was also able to provide us with 2 free keys and any additional keys we requested. Rick was professional and friendly. We were glad to have same-day service and also to get an estimate before the work started so that there were no surprises. GREAT customer service!! My car key broke inside the ignition, I called and luckily they were just around the corner helping another customer. They couldn't get the other part of it he key out so I needed a new part.
