Deposits were paid in September for an April start date, only to find out one day one of the project there would be delays because the required materials were not ordered. Oh by the way if they say you need 20 plants or 16 pavers and they only use 5 of each, they keep the rest. It's in the contract! Oh did I mention that if they stated you need 15 plants and you need 20 they will sell you the other 5 from inventory left over from other jobs! Yes, paid twice for the same plant! By the way, the plants they bring only have a warranty if you buy their installed sprinkler system for an additional cost. On and on and on it went! The technician came out, did a thorough inspection and determined that we had no leak. The issue was the water heater. We had a new one installed recently and it was the tank that allowed water to ebb and flow. There was as much water going out as there was going in. Very typical of new water heaters. The typical charge was $395, but because they found no leak and was only there an hour, we were charged only $250 for a service call. Highly recommend!!
