I went with a mezcal to sip. The bar area is nice and similar to the darker wooden decor of the Grand. I had to laugh the next morning when my credit card charge showed as, "That Bar You Were In Last Night."

Shortly after moving to Denver, I experienced an unimaginable personal loss, and during that difficult time Skippy's became a place where I could get out of the house, watch a game, have a great meal, read a book and simply be around kind people.
