The bartenders are attentive, friendly, and truly on top of their game. They remember their regulars and have created the kind of neighborhood bar where it's easy to feel like you belong. Shortly after moving to Denver, I experienced an unimaginable personal loss, and during that difficult time Skippy's became a place where I could get out of the house, watch a game, have a great meal, read a book and simply be around kind people. I'll always be grateful for that. I've also met some wonderful friends here--people I've gone to sporting events and concerts with--and that's something I never expected when I first walked through the door. The food is fantastic, especially the wings. If you haven't been on Thursdays for the $1 wing special, you're missing out! And with more than 30 TVs, it's the perfect place to catch a game.
