They said they also did cell phone repairs which is dope since I might use them later on. I love their customer service, I think the guy who served me was Edwin, big Afro, cool guy. 10/10 would recommend

These guys really saved me after I accidentally broke my girlfriend's Samsung A52 phone. At first,…read moreI thought the issue was only with the screen, so I took it to another repair shop on Wilshire in Marina del Rey that was supposed to replace the display. Instead, they simply opened the phone, looked at it, and then couldn't even put it back together properly. To make matters worse, they lost the antenna. After that experience, I started searching for real professionals who specialize in micro-soldering. One of the technicians I spoke with recommended Lay Tech Repairs in Tarzana. That turned out to be the right decision. When I arrived, I handed them the phone and explained the entire situation. They inspected the device and said they would try to repair it. Several other repair shops had already told me that the motherboard was damaged and that the only solution would be to replace the entire board, which would have meant losing all the data. Instead, these technicians were able to reconnect the damaged components and repair the board itself. They fixed parts that other technicians had said were impossible to repair. This was extremely important because losing the data would have been a huge problem. I was simply looking for someone who actually had the skills to do the job properly. They took on the repair and completed it the same day. The repair wasn't cheap, of course, but I received the phone back that very day. Since Tarzana is quite far from Santa Monica, I asked them to send the phone to me with Uber, and they arranged it without any problem. I'm truly grateful and confident that they are real professionals who can handle complex repairs that many other shops in Los Angeles refuse to even attempt. Technicians like this are rare, even in a city as large as Los Angeles.

Wow! I love a person and place who does exactly what they say they'll do. Dylan, the manager of…read moreiPhone Repair Center, is fantastic. Smart, capable, honest, down to earth, and gets the job done. My iPhone 5s is old but keeps chugging along...however, the battery was close to dead. I'd been charging it 3-4 times a day to keep it going, and it was constantly hot in my hand. Dylan had a battery in stock, waited outside the shop so I'd see the turn for the store, popped in a new battery quickly and competently, and was fun to talk with to boot. He's a down to earth guy, the price was supremely reasonable, and what began as an chore wound up being the highlight of my day. I love meeting cool people in the course of day-to-day errands. Dylan, thanks. You and the store you manage are a cut above. Plus, you've got great hair!

They replaced the bracket with one that wasn't the actual one. If you run a repair shop, you can't simply install something you think will work. The phone she had was from Apple and never been worked on. So I knew after I opened it up that they totally just didn't care. Also for the $100+ dollars she spent, you had better find a better supplier as the screen she has on is realistically $28 you cost. The screen was washed out and I can't even imagine how you thought it was passable. I understand the whole in and out, but don't skimp on repairs and actually try and do quality work even if it takes more time. I do phone repair and I can't even believe that Apple recommended this shop to everyone. I would recommend anyone who gets their phone repaired here to double check everything afterwards. Shady company who tries to get by with shortcuts.
