But - after stepping inside I was immediately turned off my the pricing. I was most surprised by the individual stones that filled bowls. Normally when I visit a crystal shop I can't resist purchasing a few smaller, tumbled rocks, but it wasn't worth browsing because of the high cost. I left quickly. Inside is a small space, the store offers a variety of jade jewelry including bangles, 18K pendants, and various fashion collections featuring animal, culture, letter, and zodiac. There's also gold jewelry for 10K, 14K, and 24K, as well as rings and earrings. I had questions about real jade and the sales associate Brian made time and did a demo on how to tell if jade is real or fake. If you shine a black light on jade, and you see lines, it shows the imperfection and that jade is fake. I asked if he could check the jade I was wearing and he confirmed mine is real, it made me happy. I was looking to add to my collection and found some lovely pendants with varying colors of green, yellow, and purple. I noticed an animal jade pendant that is Grade A, which is the highest form of jade. It had a gold-plated necklace. I asked if I could switch the necklace to silver, Brian quickly swap it to sterling silver which is waterproof, and I love how it looks! It's so cool, they let you try on the jewelry, and there's a big mirror to see. I had the necklace adjusted before purchase, and will definitely wear this on a special occasion. I believe that was his name. He was very welcoming and so happy to help us. There are so many beautiful choices but you really have to see what calls to you and what looks good on you. I tried on a few beautiful bangles in different shades of Grade A Jade. I chose a very beautiful bangle in a floral print. The process to fit a bangle is a bit painful. Alex did put a lot of lotion on my hand because it makes the process smoother. The intention of a Jade bangle is for it to fit so it doesn't slip and slide on your wrist. So it has to be a bit snug going past your hand. My mom got a beautiful bangle as well. Alex is a great salesman. He convinced my mom to get bracelets as well but we did get 2 free rings.
