First time ordering from here and it'll be my last. Got the skirt steak tacos and these were truly the worst tacos I've had in my entire life. I live 2 blocks away and the food arrived cold and took over an hour to arrive. The delivery person even had to wait for the order to be prepared when he got there because it somehow still wasn't ready. There were two little pieces of skirt steak per taco and they were unseasoned and drenched in this gross garlic and onion sauce. The way they were thrown into the container was a turn off too. Store is super busy but staff get the food out in a timely manner. We usually order shrimp tacos, the wagyu beef burger, and pineapple BBQ wings. Every-time the food is incredibly delicious and a pleasant time. The atmosphere is incredible and staff is extremely welcoming. The burger comes with a ton of stuff on it but each flavor is incredibly and surprisingly distinctive. Shrimp tacos are extremely delicious, only thing i'd change is all the sauces but i'm just a picky eater. Overall incredible experience and would defiantly recommend. They also have a food truck across the street if that works better for you. read more

Literally waited an hour for my Arepa burger. I called before arriving and the lady said 20 minutes and when I got there 20 minutes after she said I had just called and had to wait another 20 minutes which turned into another 40 minutes. I love this food truck. Their food is amazing! It is my favorite place on Northern boulevard in-spite of so many choices being available. It is my place for getting some food which definitely manages to lift up my mood every single time. It has not disappointed me yet. Although they take a bit longer to get your order ready, I promise the wait is worth it. They definitely have a great vibe with the music and friendly atmosphere. The food is good, but they rarely get the order right. I've had my order incorrect 3 out of the last 4 times I've ordered. The phone is usually off the hook, and in the off chance that they answer, the response is rude. Sometimes I opt out of delivery and order from the truck. It's often they forget my order. I gave this restaurant a 1 star because that's what they are. The food is great, but the server I had was awful. I took my son out for his birthday, and got the Wagyu burger for him, the quesadilla for my other son, and tacos for me which all tasted great, wings and fries for everyone. The server on the other hand was awful, and I hope management retrains them if they care about their reputation. I tried calling their waiter a few times to get ketchup and she pretended she didn't see me because she thought I was trying to holler at her( No I was not trying to holla at you, I just wanted ketchup for my son)Then when I was finally able to get some, they gave me what's equivalent to one packet of ketchup. She never came around to ask if everything was ok once she took our orders, and was probably upset because I didn't order a high priced alcoholic beverage( just my opinion btw) which I don't drink anymore due to health reasons. I realized why the waiter didn't gaf because they have auto tipping of 18% for awful service! The portions at this place keep getting smaller and smaller, but no price reduction. The first time I ordered this exact chicken burrito, it was so huge that I couldn't finish it on my own. This is what they gave me today, a burrito the size of my hand (to give you guys an idea of how small my hand is, I am 5ft 110lbs). That's not all though, the rice was undercooked and the chicken must have been a couple of days old because it was dry and hard. Ordered two burgers and specifically asked for all the sauces on the side and of course that wasn't followed apparently the workers there have no reading comprehension. The arepa were super dry with cold cheese. The fries were drenched in sauce and we asked for sauces on the side as well. Overall we basically just barely ate soup with all the sauces they threw on the food. Everything was super inedible and whoever is reading these tickets needs glasses. Although some of the main items are a bit pricy for what they are, I got the special of the day, which was an awesome awesome chicken sandwich that came with a drink for $5. Great deal. I watched the person pile on a delicious bun two large fried chicken filets, avocado, tomatoes, jalapenos, and lettuce. Quite the sizable sandwich. This is hands down the best burger , and fast food place in New York!!!! The fries are so crunchy and flavorful and the sauce is so creamy literally I want to drink it. We ordered two chalupas which comes each with 3 good sized chalupas for 9 dollars and their Colombian style burger for 8 and an order of fries. We weren't expecting soo much food for 29 dollars! The burger isn't too big but it's soo filling, and the chalupas are just piled on with carne it's delicious. It's the most delicious and fresh food as compared to frozen empanadas across the street. Not to mention you get a lot of food for the price! The service is usually fast even tho there's lots of people waiting and the delivery guy is always on point the food gets there still hot fries still crunchy!!
