The business hours are pretty long. It opens early, before the rest of the student union is open. It opens as early as the food halls at 7:30am on weekdays and does not close until 10PM. There are different hours on Saturday and Sunday. Starbucks is a great place to stop by after picking up a package, before watching a movie downstairs, a quick recharge while playing in the Dragon's Lair, or just as a pick me up before doing homework in the lounge. Bring your own cup/tumbler/mug! You're not only sustainable (yay!), but you also save money in the long run. The workers at Starbucks are pretty good with spelling names on this campus and do recognize you after a few months! It's a nice homey space. There are a lot of prepared foods and the staff always ask if you want food while you're ordering a drink. There are quite a few seats to do homework or chit chat with friends after picking up your drink. Cons: They DO NOT accept the birthday coupon here. And service can be slow in the beginning of the semester because they are training new baristas. Be patient! A great perk is that it is located on a Pokéstop!

So workers are working while having positive covid tests and the owners dont close because they want money. (hey dont we all ? but most understand during a pandemic there are going to be bumps that result in shutting down for a week or so...) simply a pathetic business owner , puts college workers at risk, the food is prepped with no masks too by these same workers are testing positive for covid. its disgusting ! Also they definitely need to re-evaluate owning a business if they cant handle closing down during a pandemic like everyone else. News flash owner- You're not special, you dont get to opt out of the pandemic. Do your part and take covid seriously or dont own a business making bad food and overpriced drinks. At least dunkin closes when theres a covid "scare". Lastly all I have to say is, y'all aren't a cool cafe in the city with your prices, because your food/ drink are not worth $6, let me tell you, dunkin/ starbucks is better, and thats sad, and yall def are not a cafe for my city if you dont care about the residents and covid in a small area. do better in every aspect of your business. No discount for using your own mug, and no fair trade(central and south american) coffee options. These 2 problems make this place lame. Also, the owner is a real twat. I noticed the person making bagels was coughing up a lung and I asked the counter person if someone else could make my bagel. She said OK, but the woman with pneumonia still made my bagel. That's all on the owner. He's dirty and he runs a dirty ship. Before the new owner, (the little napoleon), took over they had more fair trade options and it was more affordable, since napoleon no fair trade and higher prices. read more

Let me start off by saying, I could, and did come here everyday when I started working in Oneonta. The atmosphere, the coffee, the service, the food, I cannot recommend more to anyone and everyone. I usually get the sugar free latte, go figure, and sometimes a sandwich if I am running late. They have good people working there, never had an issue with any of the cashiers, speedy service, and talented baristas. The only downside isn't their fault as my only complaint is the line in the morning, but who can blame them, this place is that great! read more

What a gem! Great food, great service, and the aesthetic here is amazing!!! Whoever had the idea of joining together the bookstore next door to here must be a genius. Great menu in more than one sense of the word, great food, great employees, and great coffee obviously! Being located right on Main Street, Latte Lounge is in a very convenient spot. My friends and I usually go here on a weekly basis, and we love that there is a comfortable couch to lounge on while eating our meal. I personally love their bagels, and wraps which to me are some of the best I've had around Oneonta. read more
