As she was leaving the entrance, she was spewing garbage out of her mouth to what I would assume a local patron in a car saying, "I hate these fing baseball people" "I can't wait till they leave". At that point I left it, I was looking at her completely puzzled. Then Erin said, "yeah you heard me." No one else was there except for ME walking with my 6 year old daughter. Yes, she then got a mouth full from me, and rightfully so. She jumped into a car, I thought it was over. Apparently, she was hand delivering food to someone in the parking lot even though the place was jammed packed. She stayed in the car for about 5 minutes. Then she walked back into Dunkin and walked around the counter. She was not wearing anything that showed she was an employee but obviously now at this point, I know she is. She didn't wash her hands, disgusting! She continued to say out loud, within the store, that she can't stand baseball teams and their families. Even though we are the ones who generate revenue to keep her employed! This is the first complaint, ERIN. I will be contacting ownership, customer relations, and headquarters on your behalf. I hope YOU have the day you deserve!

So workers are working while having positive covid tests and the owners dont close because they want money. (hey dont we all ? but most understand during a pandemic there are going to be bumps that result in shutting down for a week or so...) simply a pathetic business owner , puts college workers at risk, the food is prepped with no masks too by these same workers are testing positive for covid. its disgusting ! Also they definitely need to re-evaluate owning a business if they cant handle closing down during a pandemic like everyone else. News flash owner- You're not special, you dont get to opt out of the pandemic. Do your part and take covid seriously or dont own a business making bad food and overpriced drinks. At least dunkin closes when theres a covid "scare". No discount for using your own mug, and no fair trade(central and south american) coffee options. These 2 problems make this place lame. Also, the owner is a real twat. I noticed the person making bagels was coughing up a lung and I asked the counter person if someone else could make my bagel. She said OK, but the woman with pneumonia still made my bagel. That's all on the owner. He's dirty and he runs a dirty ship. Before the new owner, (the little napoleon), took over they had more fair trade options and it was more affordable, since napoleon no fair trade and higher prices. read more

Let me start off by saying, I could, and did come here everyday when I started working in Oneonta. The atmosphere, the coffee, the service, the food, I cannot recommend more to anyone and everyone. I usually get the sugar free latte, go figure, and sometimes a sandwich if I am running late. They have good people working there, never had an issue with any of the cashiers, speedy service, and talented baristas. The only downside isn't their fault as my only complaint is the line in the morning, but who can blame them, this place is that great! read more

Great menu in more than one sense of the word, great food, great employees, and great coffee obviously! Being located right on Main Street, Latte Lounge is in a very convenient spot. My friends and I usually go here on a weekly basis, and we love that there is a comfortable couch to lounge on while eating our meal. I personally love their bagels, and wraps which to me are some of the best I've had around Oneonta. read more
