Food was amazing I had the beef stew, mutton stew and chicken stew and shrimp/scallop dish. The dish rotates I wanted another round of beef stew another (Friday) day but was not available so I settled with mutton which was just as good and not gamey at all. We also had the beef and chicken pate and beef was the best! It looks like empanada but the outside is more like bread (still yummy!). The soups I had chicken then beef another day -it had dough, potato, noodles and choice meat. They pretty much tastes the same so I think the meat is just added to a base soup. Overall, it's a definite go to especially for the cruise ship guests coz it's walking distance from the dock. Definitely a spot we will go back to!

I found this bakery on yelp and the reviews let me know this was the authentic experience I was looking for. I ordered salt fish ($6 for a big bowl), dumbread with cheese ($2), and a Guava Tart ($2). The salt fish was so flavorful. The dumbread was fresh and the bread was sweet. They also use the thick cheddar cheese and warm it up upon request. The Guava tart was a great treat as well. It had a cinnamon flavor and filled with big chunks of guava fruit and guava jelly. I was completely satisfied and I cannot wait to go back next month to try other things on the menu. They are open nice and early and it's a little red door that can be easy to miss. If you're visiting St. Thomas and looking for a real authentic food experience do not miss out on this place!!!
