However, I accidentally went to another rental shop and thought my reservation was there. That rental shop did not tell me my reservation wasn't on their books and so I ended up renting from them, not knowing that I made a reservation with a different company (Riverstar) I ended up having a missed call from an unknown number at 12 and I called it back at 5 only to realize it was Riverstar rentals asking where I was with my reservation and why I didn't show up to get me jet skis. At that moment, I had realized I didn't have a reservation for the skis I picked up. When speaking with the owner (I forget his name) I could tell he was bummed as he held the skis all day waiting for me when they easily could have gone to someone else. Instead of complaining and getting upset with me, he asked if I had fun, was understanding about it and handled it very professionally. I am looking forward to using River Star rentals next time I visit. It's not always about how company's handle things that go right, but how they handle them when they go wrong.

The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and genuinely seems to enjoy their work, which makes the whole process even better. We usually rent a patio boat since it comfortably holds up to 10 people. They're easy to drive, great on gas mileage, and the fuel cost has never been unreasonable. (I'd recommend skipping the prepaid fuel option--it usually works out cheaper that way.) Another perk is that dogs are allowed on the patio boats! Just note that medium and large dogs count toward the passenger total, so it's a good idea to double-check when making your reservation. Two things to keep in mind: (1) During the fall season, all boat rentals need to be returned by 3:00 PM. (2) It costs $25 to get into the park. If you're planning on coming 2 or more times within a year, I'd recommend getting the Park Pass for $45. Overall, Katherine's Landing is a reliable and fun spot for boat rentals, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great day out on the lake!

This was tough since there were a couple times we didn't make it on time and had to go elsewhere. Now, things have changed, which is a lot more convenient. They only allow the people that have reserved online go in from 7am-11:30am. If you DO NOT have reservations, you will NOT be allowed in before 11:30. At 11:30 they will only allow you in if they haven't reached capacity and it's first come first serve. If you did RSVP and make it after 11:30am, you risk losing your spot since general people will be allowed in at that time.

It's got amazing English architecture and is completely walkable. London Bridge Jet Boat Tours picks up folks from the Edgewater and Harrah's casinos (which have their own docks) respectively and takes them down to Arizona. It's about 2 hours to get to Havasu, another 2 hours to enjoy and tour London Bridge, and one last pair of hours for the boat ride back to Laughlin. The tour is about $98 per person. It's got great views of the Colorado River and is described as follows "Your 58-mile journey from Laughlin to Lake Havasu includes a guided experience through the scenic Topock Gorge, known for volcanic rock formations, desert wildlife, and Native American petroglyphs. You'll dock at the historic London Bridge for a 2-hour stop to explore shops and restaurants". We hit up all of these spots while on the tour and I was in awe! I would say leave about 2 hours and 15 min ahead of your scheduled time slot if you plan on driving from the same area. I wanted something simple, already on the water, no need for us to hook on and off and get to and from the river. This was a perfect experience. We were running a bit late and they were very understanding and didn't deduct from our time. When you get to the riverwalk behind the Aquarius Casino, you'll find their booth where you will check in and present your ID, credit card and sign paperwork. It was all relatively quick. Then they gave us our life jackets and a paper to give to their team on the dock for the jet skii. We got a quick safety brief and accessed prior damage on the jet skii, and climbed on. One of the team members was kind enough to ask if we wanted a picture together before we took off and we really appreciated that. As 2 people, not planning on staying in the area, the 1 hr rental was a perfect time frame for us. Thank you to the entire team at Rocky River Adventure Center! We had a perfect alphabet J date!

He had a Sea-Doo programmer charged a very fair price, but was unable to do it. His programmer was too old for my model year. He recommended another shop and it worked out successfully. My friend also has a 2000 Sea-Doo GTX 951 twin carb. Scott came out for free to the street looked over the ski and told him everything that needs to be done and told him the top three things to watch out for on that particular model. Scott is also busy year-round. His yard is full and a coworker of mine worked for him while it's still in high school and said he is the wizard of old-school two strokes. Very nice guy very fair very honest highly recommended.
