An absolute highlight of our trip to Laughlin! Renting jet skis to ride along the Colorado River was easily the most exciting thing we did while in town. Ordering and check-in were seamless. The staff gave us a clear, helpful safety brief and walkthrough before getting us out on the water. The skis were already launched at the dock/beach, so we didn't have to deal with trailer loading or public ramp headaches. The jet skis were in great condition, powerful, and handled the river chop really well. Cruising up and down the river along the casino strip and taking in the desert canyon scenery was incredible. Prices were fair, fuel included for a 1 hour ride, and the crew on the dock was super friendly and attentive. Also comfortable seating area for any friends or parents that may want to sit and wait or watch. Highly recommend if you're looking to cool off and add some thrill to your Laughlin getaway. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM RENTING HERE! This was hands down one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. We rented two Sea-Doos. Within 30 minutes, one wouldn't accelerate, so we brought it back. They swapped it out with another Sea-Doo without inspecting the broken one or asking more questions. Even worse, we watched them send that same broken Sea-Doo back out with another customer. A few hours later, the replacement Sea-Doo started sinking while it was anchored. We had to tow it back ourselves using the only working Sea-Doo. We then spent over an hour floating around waiting for someone to answer the phone and tell us where to bring it. By the time everything was sorted out, we had lost most of our day and were left with just one Sea-Doo for a couple more hours. When we returned, we were told to speak with Moe, who we were led to believe handled refunds. Instead, we discovered they had actually charged us for three Sea-Doos despite one being a replacement for equipment that failed. We're going on two weeks of empty promises, "we'll call you back" excuses, and zero resolution. Their communication is terrible, their customer service is unprofessional, and they take no accountability for their own equipment failures. At this point, we'll be pursuing legal action and sharing this experience across every review platform and my own social media. Do yourself a favor, save your time, money, and vacation. Alot of bad reviews so i checked it out. Get a text the day before to get a better deal. They do try to up charge as the day goes. $50 rock insurance if it gets in the jet ski. The customer service does need a-lot of work but keep in mind it's hot. They were busy all day. Early morning to beat the rush. They did honor there price for the day plus $120 to refuel. Star was amazing and was the star of the show. The price was better than others quotes we got. Keep it mind they switched my jet ski during the refuel. The second jet ski was way better than the first one. But yes given how busy they get it's hard to ask a-lot of questions. But overall we had a great time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. Several staff members were incredibly rude, entitled, and dismissive throughout our visit. The worst interactions happened to be with several of the female employees, who constantly gave us snarky responses, nasty looks, and acted like we were inconveniencing them for asking basic questions. The male employees weren't particularly helpful either, but they were nowhere near as hostile. The entire operation was disorganized from the moment we arrived. We received little to no instruction on what to do, where to go, or how the process worked. When we politely asked for life jackets because we hadn't received them, we were met with, "WE ALREADY GAVE IT TO YOU!" in an extremely rude tone instead of someone simply helping us. We ended up standing in the hot sun with almost no shade, waiting around while employees ignored customers instead of providing any guidance. You would think that giving fewer instructions would make things faster, but it was the complete opposite because nobody knew what they were supposed to do. The end of our rental was just as frustrating. Since no one had explained how to return, we slowly approached the dock to ask for help. The employee on the dock was on their phone and made no effort to assist us. Meanwhile, they were yelling at multiple customers not to come to the dock without actually telling anyone what they were supposed to do instead. It created unnecessary confusion and led to a conflict that could have been completely avoided with even the most basic communication. Even after we finally docked, no one told us where to leave our equipment or who we needed to check in with. We originally drove here because it was advertised as being about $50 cheaper than Harrah's. That "savings" disappeared after the added taxes and mandatory "insurance," making it just as expensive--if not more. Looking back, I would gladly pay extra somewhere else for staff who are organized, professional, and know how to treat customers with basic respect. All they want is money. HORRIBLE customer service! Jetski broke down within 30min of us driving it due to engine light, not only that but they made us pay a towing fee as if it was our fault their jetski overheated 30min into having it, and took over 2 and a half hours to come get us. If we had ran out of gas or something that was on us I would've completely understood the $100 towing fee. Also it's not $125 if you just go, without a reservation is $190 something after tax without insurance, thank God we got the $50 insurance other we would've had to pay $600 to them. Our total was $244 for one hour of riding. We waited on their lines to check in + get the jetskis for two hours. That's not even the problem, the bbl bandit that works for them is, such horrible customer service from that woman, everyone else is okay and seem to just be doing their job. At the time of the transaction, I was not properly informed of key terms and conditions associated with the rental. Important details--such as explanation on how far I could take the jet ski, where the limitations were until I had already rented the jet ski, also the sign they have posted is no refunds due to bad weather. It was a nice day this day, no bad weather at all. None of this was disclosed nor explained clearly before I agreed to the rental. The clerk basically said to initial where the yellow highlights were which I did so. Because this information was not communicated, I encountered an issue during the rental that resulted in the manager, Stephanie was very rude and refused to assist me with anything. When I raised this concern with the company and requested a refund or reasonable resolution, they refused to provide any reimbursement or assistance. I believe this situation reflects a lack of transparency and fair business practices. Customers should be fully informed of all terms before entering into an agreement, and I feel I was not given the opportunity to make an informed decision. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! When I first arrived, who I believe to be the owner and her brother were arguing, which already felt unprofessional--but I ignored it. We rented two jet skis for the day, which came out to about $900 with insurance. That part was fine. The issue started when we returned the jet skis. An employee tried to claim that we caused cosmetic damage and even said the engine had been flooded. He became argumentative, repeatedly accusing me of lying and saying it didn't matter because they would just charge my card for the damages. I went back to the booth to get my license, and at that point I noticed charges starting at $500+ being attempted on my card. The amounts kept changing and getting lower, which made the whole situation feel like a scam to get extra money. Thankfully, I had taken a video of the jet skis before we ever left. Once I showed them proof of the condition they were in beforehand, they had no choice but to return my ID and stop trying to charge me. We went during the July 4th weekend, and the girls at the check-in shack were rude and unhelpful. You are an inconvenience to them, and they look at you as if you're stupid when you're trying to ask questions or rent from them. You don't matter. The girl that was supposed to be helping us decided to take a phone call in between, and we got to hear her talk on speaker to this other kid that was running N-words out of his mouth like it was diarrhea. The skis themselves are ran through, and the seats have holes in them. There are so many better places on the river to rent from. They lied to me and told me they couldn't drop off to where I was staying at (Avi resort) once I showed up to pick up the jet ski at their location (25 minutes away) I had to wait for over an hour and got told I wouldn't be able to drive the jetski do to the water level. So then I asked if there was anyway I could get it dropped off to my hotel (like I did the first time) and was told they were going to call a "friend" to see if he could do it for an extra charge of $130..... once the guy got to my resorts dock, it was the girls coworker who had gone with her the first time dropping off Another jetski along with mine to another renter. BUT wait here's the fun part!!!!!!! The jetski I rented for the full day (actually turned out to be 4 hours) WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT !!!! I told the guy then and there and he made up all these excuses until I told him what could we do about it. His only solution was to keep an eye out on the other person's jetski once their time was over and use their ski instead. BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!!!!! The "good" jetski started malfunctioning as well when I had family members ride it and turned off on them, they had to jump off of it because it flipped over and wouldn't turn back on until 10 minutes later (we had to call 911 for a rescue) I called the guy to see what was going on and got charged for damages because of the water that got in their shitty jet skis once it got picked up. The lady was a little nonchalant but not rude. We stayed at Harrahs & their jet skis rental was trying to charge $680 for all day for ONE ski. At this jet skis rental we got TWO JET SKIS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE. Was well worth it!! They charged us $299 each....the total for 2 all day, with insurance($30 each) was $713. No hidden fees. They took our money walked us down to the water and started helping someone else and told us to hold on. They were gonna give us some old looking jet ski. We paid for all day which was advertised as 299 ended up being like 325 when we paid. at the end of the day supposedly we ran out of gas so I called them to pick us up since I couldn't return the jet ski and when they came n towed it back they said to come back to the place to get my id and and debit card . Tell me why when I get there they wanna say since they towed us back it's a extra 100 dollars . Meanwhile the distance from where they towed was two minutes away in jetski literally nearby. They didn't say shit about the fees or anything and they even said that when the tank is empty that it'll beep. The engine never beeped in any way it just wouldn't turn on after 6 o'clock pm the time we were supposed to return it. I have a feeling they have the ability to turn off the jet skis and if u don't bring it back in time they shut ur jet ski off and charge you 100 for the tow fee . The employees have attitude and have a somewhat I don't wanna be here attitude or I don't wanna deal with this attitude. The price was a little high, but no biggie they tell you how it is no hiding behind the bush. No deposit required. Treat their stuff as if it was yours and you will have no problem. I would recommend to buy the insurance, because the river has a lot of rocks that can get stuck on propellers. A plus side is they are located next to all hotels.
