While visiting Laughlin for our family vacation this location made it the worst experience for us... we reserved 3 jetski prior to our visit and was able to only receive ONE upon our arrival! ( we reserved them 3 weeks in advance with a picture ID sent) And they tried to charge us $50 more than the flyer they sent to us threw text msg! Thank god my husband saves his text msg's... so we show the lady and she tells us she will only be able to give us one at the rate of $550 ... witch was crazy cause they also text my niece the morning of saying her reservation was canceled! This is our 4th time coming down to Laughlin to jet ski & this is by far one of the easiest experiences we have had thus far. The skis are already on the water so we don't have to tow it or wait for someone else to tow it to the river. When we were done, we just drive right back to the bank. Overall wasn't a terrible experience, but buyer beware; They advertise as 'no hidden fees' unfortunately this was not the case for my wife and I. We purchased a whole day package for $525 at 1 pm and were told upon purchase we needed to have the jet ski back by 6:30pm. We were given a jet ski with 3/4 tank of gas and they told us the first refill would be free if we used all the gas. Refills after the first one would $75. Once we ran out of gas, they weren't honest on their word and wanted the $75 for the first refill. 2 workers were very rude, even insinuated my wife was lying about getting the jet ski with 3/4 tank. For $500 plus, we learned a valuable lesson: Don't use these guys again, because of their dishonesty and simply the way they treated us. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: On July 18 2019 at approximately 0900 hours I made contact with whom I believe to be the owner of the business via telephone. She explained the cost of the jet ski rental is 112$ and No deposits fee however, you must pay for the gas you use. UPON ARRIVAL At approximately 1000 hours,I arrived to the establishment and explained i had already called and received a quote and the owner said I decided to change my mind. I explained we just talked over the telephone and she stated I know but I changed my mind the new price is 200$ deposit and 112$ for the jet ski rental total of 312$. She explained one person did not pay gas yesterday so I have now changed my mind and..any where you go their a deposit so I'm starting now. The jet ski rental place was a total SCAM!! We rented jet-skis for my birthday from 9-4 which is wild because it only lasted us 2-3 hours. They failed to mention in text messages that the first tank of gas was free and if you run out you would have to pay $100 which is ridiculous because it shouldn't run out of gas that fast . The employees running this place were very unprofessional and they just wanted to take your money and not care how there customers felt at all. My boyfriend and his brother were riding the jet-skis when they heard a beeping noise one of the ladies said that they were out of gas and had to pay $100 to fill up there tank,mind you they had employees on the jet-skis all day who knows if we used the jet-ski they used. Another group paid $800 for jet-skis and it lasted them an hour. I went up to the security guard and said who runs this place because this jet ski rental place failed to mention we would have to pay $100 in gas he had attitude with me i said you dont need to have an attitude with me he said he would call the cops and have me arrested and saying i need to leave before he trespasses me and after he called me a BITCH totally absurd and very disrespectful. Be carful when renting from this location. They advertise 99$ with fine print only Monday through Thursday all days. Note Gas is not included and can range from $50.00 to $75.00. We rented on a Saturday which cost $189.00 and plus $75.00 which equals $264.00. They make up prices and charge based on their emotions. If they like it's cheaper if they don't be prepared to pay a whole lot of money. These are facts. Gas should not cost this much. They should have a flat rate for gas. And be more transparent about their hidden cost of renting these fast machines. read more

I had to help a couple that were literally stranded on the river as their waverunner broke down, I helped them tie the waverunner to the dock on the river and called for them . Well it took 5 phone calls all different numbers. The lady was RUDE RUDE RUDE. It was as if I was bothering her because their equipment failed. The thing is is there a jet skis are not new at all they are not 2021 as a matter of fact we were given a Jetske that was damage on the front end. That was not even an issue for me, the issue was we were told we had to ride separate jet skis. We will not be able to ride Jetske together we have to take turns or we would have to rent to we were not given an option at all. She said because of size. I still didn't have a problem with that until we went down to the water and the same people that were in front of us that were way bigger than us that were two big men we're getting on one Jetske and then another couple as well. We were basically lied to you about the price and that we could ride together. So we asked the gentleman at the water that were given us the JetSki is how many pounds could go on the Jetske at once and the gentleman all agreed it was 600. Me and my husband do not even weigh close to 600. This kind of ruined our experience for our 10 year anniversary. When I try to talk to Stephanie back at the office she pretty much didn't care what she did lied and tried to turn it all around and act like it was an option when in fact she told us we had to do that. First time renting from here. It was on Tuesday 9/4. Great experience! Went with 5 people and rented 2 jet skis and a boat. Jet skis are fast and had a great time on them. The boat was awesome, only problem was that I drove into shallow water and damaged the bottom on the boat. I told them what had happened when I returned it. They where very understanding and appreciated that I told them about it. They said they would let me know how much the damages would be. I got a phone call the following day expecting it to be very expensive. They only charged me 300 dollars. I was very happy with the outcome. We will definitely be be back soon. Thank you read more
