My friends and I had a great time this past Fathers Day and this company and their staff was a big part of it! Their accessibility and location were the best part because it was right behind our hotel and right on the water! Also, you can go right up to the area we set up our party at on the campgrounds. Renter Beware: rented 2 jet skis. Paid for gas. My jet ski was set at highest speed and wife was medium speed. She ran out of gas and I still had half tank. More $ for her to continue. Really. Owner said each uses gas differently. My thought is they didn't fill her tank up to full. She didn't notice the fuel level at the start. I didn't ask her because I didn't know to. Right thing was to fill to equivalent what I had. Btw. We drove skis similarly consistently. They advertise beware of hidden charges. Wasnt advised of low water level until we arrived. Tactic: buy insurance for blade damage=$25 or be ready to pay $450 for new blade if damaged. Paid $50. My choice to buy but that wasn't advertised. Hhmm hidden charges. Jet skis were already on the water and they did us the favor of picking up ny friends and I from David camp to their location to pick up the skis. I would never give this place any business. I was recently here with my family and we rented a couple jet skis for an hour. As we were riding up the river a women was yelling asking us to see if we could find her husband. We rode down river and unfortunately found him floating face down. I jumped in and with the help of another guy we pulled the man to shore. Unfortunately he didn't make it. When we brought the skis back we told them what happened and that we spent the entire time trying to help this man out. They would not even give us a refund or at least reimburse for some of the costs. On 6/16/19 we rented 2 jet ski's that we reserved weeks in advance w/ Stephanie. First time renting through Laughlin River Jet Ski Rentals. Everything Stephaine explained over the phone was accurate. They're very friendly and professional. Both Ski's were ready, gassed up and in the water! We had the Ski's from 10am-5pm emptied both tanks! They both ran great all day!! Totaling to $350 with vests and filling up both tanks at the end. Completely worth it. We set up our chairs and EZ-UP right on their private beach steps away from them. Worst experience we've ever had. THEY LEFT US STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RIVER AT 8PM AT NIGHT. Luckily a man who had a boat drove by and rescued us.
