The gate keepers are friendly and wave as you drive through. The staff somehow knows the names of all their guests and greet you by last name. It is very formal yet they treat you like family. The gym is clean and full of all the equipment you may need for a good workout. The locker rooms are fresh and clean and if you're lucky you can have your own assigned locker for an additional monthly fee. They offer a tennis member option and golf member option. My family were tennis members and after another year and some months, were able to move up to the golf membership. Both options give you full privileges to the pool membership. The families here are so friendly too. The kids have made great friends here. I feel safe to relax and not worry about the kids safety here at all. They have family fun events here often and we seem to spend a lot of time here.

Most of it is cement, but there are sections of it that are bridges made out of wood, so watch your step. It helps break up the monotony of running on you average sidewalk. The path goes up and down some nice hills, through heavily wooded areas, and right along the side of some residential streets. There is a opening where you run next to and cross over a creek, so I can imagine that the mosquito population here can be pretty heavy. Be careful and wear some DEET. Probably the crown jewel of this park (for some people, not for me), is this huge play ground. When I say huge, I mean HUGE!!! It's a pretty massive structure of wooden beams and planks to climb and play on. The path cuts right by it, so if you take it the whole 1.44 miles around, you'll pass by it! Cool place if you want a change of scenery and a nice trail to walk. If you're close by, take a walk and enjoy Mesquite!

Each bay came set up with clubs, menus, and seating, and a server walked us through both the food ordering and how the games worked. Once we started playing, I didn't want to stop. We played nonstop for 2.5 hours. We ordered a big platter of food that lasted the whole session. It's entertainment venue food, but honestly good for what it is. The service really stood out though. Even though we had an assigned server, multiple staff members checked on us throughout the night. When it started pouring rain, someone immediately came by and moved us to a bay with a tarp. Super attentive and very appreciated. Such a fun time. I'm already planning to get the summer fun pass so I can work on my swing.

I almost got hit with golf balls here so many times because some people don't know how to yell FORE so you can duck and they don't have patience to wait. Last week, a ball nearly missed my shoulder because the two women behind me couldn't wait. I had to wait for the group in front of me to finish so I can hit. They didn't wait for me to finish before they swing. Prices are reasonable. You pay extra for a cart here.

For $35, it's hard to complain too much--you're still getting a full round. The greens are meh--nothing special, a bit bumpy in spots. The cart paths feel more like off-roading than actual pavement, and the irrigation could definitely use some work. There was standing water in several places after rain, which made parts of the course a little messy. No real clubhouse here--just a mobile home setup with some Gatorade and basic stuff. And don't expect a cart girl early in the day; I've never seen one before noonish. On the positive side, the driving range isn't bad (hitting off mats, but decent enough). Overall, it's a no-frills, budget-friendly option for a quick round. If you're in the area and don't mind the quirks, it's worth it for the price. Just don't expect luxury.

From what I've read this golf course will have limited membership of 150 which means big bucks and celebrities. If you're given the opportunity to play then you are a bad ass.
