To start with, all residual money left on previous cards are useless because the card must have enough credit for the each service! So I got a new card for $10. I was charged $11.99 and received $8.01 credit which is not enough. I complained to the attendant and she said the extra $1.99 is for a new card!! So I, in front of her, used the card newly obtained and added $10 more; I WAS CHARGED $11.99 AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT GET A NEW CARD. Next stop; LA Consumer Affairs!

They had really great reviews to begin with for dealing with wedding dresses so I decided to give them a try. I coordinated to meet their expert tailor and she was fabulous and so helpful in customizing a look that would not diminish the overall look of the dress but just subtly tighten a mini strap at the back to shorten the length of my arm straps. It was tailored exactly as I hoped with minimal fuss and all the glory when I tried it back on. I was so happy with their tailoring g and cleaning of the dress before my wedding that I brought it back first them to have it cleaned and preserved for $350. It comes in a concealed and propped up box so that the dress maintains its quality over the years until I decide to use it again and/or maybe pass it down to my stepdaughter. There are plenty of machines, washers of various types and prices & plenty of dryers. If a machine is not working properly- it is always clearly marked & usually fixed very quickly compared to other places. They also have a lot of laundry carts which is super helpful. We've never had a bad experience here and normally go once a week. We even live next to another laundromat (that's awful, but that's another story ha) but we go out of our way to come to this one.
