I am so happy I found this dry cleaner! Narut and Karineh are always helpful, professional and friendly. I bring my husband's work attire here for alteration and cleaning, jeans alteration, I have also brought sneakers and my girls dresses. The job is always done right, with attention to detail especially in alterations. The dresses had red juice stains which were cleaned out impeccably! I mentioned that they cannot be dry cleaned, they have to be washed gently and Karineh did the job perfectly. Rest assured you will receive quality work at a very reasonable price. There is no place I trust more with my clothes (Porter Ranch location). I have been coming here for more than 20 years for my dry cleaning and alternations needs and have never had a problem. The owner, Velma, has altered every important dress in my life including my prom dress, college graduation dress, my first real corporate job dress and pants, my first holy communion, and I am sure she will be apart of my Wedding day. She takes pride in her work and it shows. What I love most is the woman who does the alternations will be honest and let you know if what you what is doable or not, she won't just tell you yes to get your money and then ruin your clothes. She has your clothes best interest at heart. This dry cleaners does an excellent job with my clothes and handles every piece as if it was their own. In the off chance there is an oversight , she handles it with no problem. Her prices are fair when compared to her competitors and they also offer pick up and delivery, you can't beat that! If you are looking for a dry cleaner that offers excellent customer service and also consistently does good work then I highly recommend you give this place a try! In case you need further convincing I just had an order of over 48 pieces with 2 alterations that I dropped off on Wednesday one hour before close. Stubborn and Stingy owner. Took 3 coats for a dry cleaning. In late November charged $20 for the same coat. Came to do 3 more today and was told she tried to charge me $27 for same coats. Told her she did it for $20 look it up and she lied and said you did it for $22.50 ( DID NOT) And that "prices went up" and also said "I would rather not take them for anything less than $25". Told her I would rather take my business somewhere else and I would suggest you do the same! Jokes on her she lost $60 in business, you are not the only dry cleaner in the area. read more

Took my hat in because I got paint on it and was hoping they could get the paint off. Never have I ever taken items to a cleaners and got my stuff back worst than how I dropped it off. Not only was the paint still on there, but the hat is now wilted. The inside is dyed red when it was white before. This is horrible work and completed ruined my TopShop hat. It's like they just threw it in a washing machine and let it air dry. I will never go there again and I will definitely let my friends in the area know not to use them. Horrible. read more

It's a keeper! My family had an indoor celebration and 3 gowns needed cleaning. All 3 had delicate stones on them and 2 had a "train/tail". Even though it was inside, they got a little dirty dragging on the floor. One had a few food splatters on it because we were helping to serve guests. I was very worried they would not get the all spots off, but THEY DID!! The dresses look fabulous! This place is fantastic! I had to get alterations for a bridesmaids dress. It's a long formal, particular material, etc. I have been in a few weddings and the one before this wedding, I had alterations done at a different place and it cost me $90 for a hem and tucking the sides in a bit. They women always forgot who I was when I came in. BUT HERE! The lady was extremely nice and helpful! She had great suggestions, didn't force anything on you but let you decide how you want the dress altered. She had great suggestions and was always looking out for your best interest. She let me come in a few times with shoes and bra to check if it'd work with the dress before it got altered. She was great in keeping in contact before she made changes to ensure you didn't have any last minute additions. Overall for a good 5 in or so hem on a formal long dress and the sides taken in, it cost only $20. She did a great job and I can't wait to wear this dress at the wedding. She also remembered me each time I went in. She's wonderful and I highly recommend her! read more

Brought my wedding tuxedo here and I was nervous at first because I spent over $4,000 for this tuxedo. I was worried it would be ruined but the manager, Narek, guaranteed it would not. I came to pick it up less than 36 hours later (insane turnaround time) and voila, it was like I had just bough it. A 4 year old tuxedo looking like it just got out of a store. I probably have to take back my shirts and suits that they washed and dry cleaned a little while ago. They first damaged 2 shirts, one of my shirt, 4 buttons were melted because they pressured with irons too long. The other shirt was damaged also. My pants were damaged also caused by iron it too long. I did not dry cleaned to get my shirt and pant to get damaged. I will not use them any more but have to complaint and compensated for the damage they have done. I will not recommend this place for anyone. I wish I can rate them -1 star if I could. They take advantage of customers. I had brought in a dress over a year ago to have it hemmed I believe the price was around 40 dollars. This week I brought in a new dress to have hemmed and after I was measured I heard the ladies change their language. I thought nothing of it until she told me it was going to cost 80 dollars! For cutting off 2 inches! It was only a 2 layer dress and the dress itself wasn't even 80 dollars. The next morning when I canceled the alteration I picked up my dress and told the lady I was over charged. She even told me that It was a ridiculous price! End of story I found another place for 50 dollars. Never going back here and I hope they are ashamed for taking advantage of customers read more

Last week, I was staying in this neighborhood for a few days. Unfortunately, my favorite silk blouse got a pretty large stain on it. I wasn't sure whether a dry cleaner could remove the stain or not, so I was upset. The lady in the cleaner was very kind and friendly. She said no worries, we can clean it. Thankfully, when I went to pick up my blouse the next day, there was no sign of the stain. And also, I got a first time customer discount.
