I used this place for wash and fold service about 10 times. It was pretty good. However, I went through my laundry last night and about half of it was missing. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. However, I have tried to call several times, and simply ask if they have seen it. The first time they told me to call back later. So I did. The second time, there was no answer after calling back 10X. My third time a guy answered and acted extremely put off before hanging up on me. I was being extremely respectful and giving them the benefit of the doubt!! But they just kept pressing with bad service until I had to leave this review. Look, I just want my $100 bucks worth of towels. Is it so hard to look over your shoulder and see if it's missing? I understand this is probably a thankless profession, but can't we muster an ounce of courtesy when helping a repeat customer recover their laundry? read more

This place is remarkably clean and well managed. There are always two people on duty who are constantly keeping the place clean. Machines are always in operating order. The prices are typical of any other laundry facility. There are soaps and other laundry products there for purchase, but they are very expensive. If you forget something, I recommend going two blocks over to Luckys and buying what you need there. They have free WiFi. Clean and locked restrooms. There is a parking lot which fills up quickly on busy days. I have never had bad experience here whether I am alone or with my family. read more

It was my first time here today and I will be back to do linens here again. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's also nice that the larger machines take credit cards. The only complaint I would have is the little parking lot...there's probably only 8 spaces plus two ADA spots. Bring your own detergent and softener too...it'll save you some money. read more

The best laundromat I've been to, hands down. There's always free machines, it's very clean, there's TVS & vending machines, a wash&fold service, a clean bathroom, stuffed animal machines, and plenty of seating for those waiting to switch loads. They have 1 load, 3 load, 4 load, 6, load and I think even an 8 load washer. The dryers are all different sizes too, very helpful! I even have a coin machine in my Hayward rental, but I feel the clothes get done much more efficiently, cost effective, and come out cleaner when I haul them down the street to Launderlux and wash them in their machines. read more

This was my first visit to this laundromat tonight and I was so pleased! The parking lot is very small but there is street parking. Walking in, it is actually a pretty big size with many different washers in different sizes and plenty of dryers. It wasn't too busy when I got there so I was able to knock out all 5 loads in one go. The facility itself was very clean and organized! I love that they accept card for the machines! They also have a couple vending machines as well. The restroom was very clean! Probably because you have to ask the attendant for access. Overall, probably my new spot! read more

Clean like new. Prices are a bit high for the machines. I used a 80lb washer and it was suppose to be $8.25 which was okay I guess for 3 extra large blankets. You get to choose your soil type, cycle type and your temp type. Once I did that, it cost me an extra $1. There is no indication of price increase when you choose your specific types. I recently moved to Hayward and had no washer/dryer to clean my clothes on New Year's eve. This place was open early and was packed with people who were all friendly and cordial. Landerlux is the absolute cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. Fully equipped with every machine to fit your needs. I used the 3 loads machine to wash all of my darks. You can choose if your clothes are heavily soiled or lightly soiled! Brilliant! They have large and small dryers that get the job done quickly. And if you are just too tired to take care of it yourself, they have laundry service - wash and fold. Games and trinkets for the kiddies and TVs playing for the adults. This place has thought of nearly everything for your laundering needs. Only thing missing were paper towels for those of us who need to dry our hands after doing too much with the laundry but all around great experience. read more

With the smoke from the fires I didn't want to dry my clothes at home because we have to open the back door in order to vent the dryer. I went to the laundry mat instead and chose Launderlux due to the reviews. The high reviews are right on the mark. The laundromat is kept very clean and neat the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They don't have the Wi-Fi at this time but they soon will after the new year! The laundry machines will take either coin's or credit cards. Open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM last wash at 9 PM! The only issue that I have is that the parking lot is very small so it full up quickly but people do move frequently. They have two flat screen TVs to watch shows while doing your laundry! I love this laundry spot! They are always clean, I rarely have issues with any of the units and the couple of times I did they informed me, paid for a new working unit and got me in and out. It's definitely more busy than when I first started coming but anything worth going to you expect word to get around. I love that they have large and medium size washers you can use a card to pay for.... SUPER CONVENIENT and makes my life so much easier when I wash my sheets and blankets. Ain't no one have time to be carrying a bucket of quarters in addition to heavy load materials! I honestly have nothing but positive things to say which makes it that much more difficult to leave this review because I don't want it to be super swamped in the future when I need to just get through my laundry. These guys keep a very clean, well-lit, well-attended laundromat and consistently wipe down their equipment. Coin laundry, but there's a coin exchange station inside the facility. Nice drinks and snacks available. What really made them special though was them going the extra mile trying to find my missing cell that dropped out of my pocket in the bushes near the building. We needed a laundromat to use and this place is perfect! Plenty of big washer/dryer machines, vending machines and benches to sit on while you wait for your clothes. I read the other reviews that said to come early as it is busy and they were right! This place can be a little packed but even then there are so many machines you will still be able to wash and dry. We chose a big washer and I was able to wash what would typically be 3 loads in one washer!! Same thing with the dryers! It took about an hour to complete all of our clothes. I absolutely love this place! It's super clean and the customer service is awesome! If you need to do some laundry this is the place to go. read more

Update 10/15/17: You earn a credit of $1.50 towards a dry if you post a Yelp review. (Neither one of the ladies there knew what the "Free gift" that was advertised was, so the younger lady, Dominique, called their supervisor to inquire. Seeing as how I was already done with my laundry, she took a picture of my review from last month and wrote my name down so I could get my free dry on my next visit! However, the supervisor, forgot to get his name, just gave me a refund of $1.50! Talk about amazing customer service!) That's basically a free dry since the dryers cost .25/6 minutes and a load is usually dry in 30 minutes. Very cool. Also, used the restroom for the first time and it was very clean and lastly, I accidentally put my laundry soap where the fabric softener should go and the woman, Margo, working at the time sucked it all out with a turkey baster for me! This place rocks! Very rare to find any service place with such exceptional customer service. This is my laundry place for as long as I live in this area. I love this laundromat. Always clean, plenty of machines, free WiFi, and the staff on hand are nice and attentive. There's a change machine that takes bills up to $20 and they even provide free baggies to put your coins in. Parking lot is small so I recommend you get there early, but there is some street parking as well. There are 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 load machines and the 8-load ones take cards! Dryers are large and efficient and usually dry two loads in 30 minutes. This place is great; I feel super comfortable doing my laundry here. read more

This is a great coin laundry mat! Clean, new, and spacious. The attendants are helpful, friendly, and speak Spanish. There is convenient parking lot right there at the building. It's nice to have a local laundry mat that really seems to take care of its customers AND is super clean. They also offer a wash and fold service. It took me 4 hours to retrace my day and attempt to find it. This young man could have easily taken advantage of my carelessness. Instead he went the extra mile. I am not a big reviewer but had to give this laundromat gem a 5 star review. I have been using their wash and fold services for over a year now. The staff is friendly and the service and turn around for my wash and fold is excellent. The only minus is the limited parking space but the ladies get me in and out so fast I quickly forget about my parking woes. There are probably 2 or 3 laundry places between our home and Launderlux but we still chose to come here. It is always clean, as evidence by the staff constantly cleaning while we are there. Was stuck in town due to work (I live in Alabama) and needed to get my laundry done. Stopped by on Saturday and dropped off my laundry to be done by them.
