I was harassed by an foreign man when I was waiting for my clothes to wash. First he and the lady he was with stared at me. Then as soon as I got up to check my laundry they took my seat. Which made me uncomfortable. I was reading emails on my phone and he accused me of taking his picture. Totally paranoid. What is he on the FBI most wanted list?? He said I was mental??? Stopped in for our first time yesterday evening. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and ample amount of machines. There's plenty of space to fold - 2 small counters in the front and 1 large counter in the back. Plus coin machines and a soap station. Washing costs vary based on the size of the machine and dryers are 25 cents/4 minutes. Washing takes ~25-29 minutes and drying time is at your discretion. Will definitely be back as it's super convenient to wash multiple loads at once. There's also an area to request refunds; appreciate the honor system. Only downside is cash only for the coin machines. Luckily there's a lucky's nearby and we were able to get cash. read more

So I'm germaphobic so it was really nice to come here and see how very clean it is and well lit and all the machines working. They are also affordable. They have only one large one for rugs though. I came here on a Monday morning I was able to get that machine and wash my 5x7 RUGGABLE area rug. $7.50 And so far so good, it got very clean, no damage . My second time visiting this establishment. Pretty spacious, clean machines, price is not too bad. Plenty of dryers and machine sizes for different loads. I like that they have owners on site to maintain the place. I walked in as they were cleaning, clearing their dryer vents, wiping down machines, sweeping/mopping floors. This tells me they take care of their business. Benches to sit, they have a sink available. Plenty of carts to hold laundry. Located in the Lucky's parking lot. Plenty of parking. I liked how Frank helped me when the machine wasn't functioning completely. It took the coins and didn't count it. He told me that I push the silver "button" next to the coins and the situation was fixed. It cleaned everything for the next 25 minutes. i use high efficiency machines Machines look clean and so do the floors. I like using the change convertors. I like reading the stickers that said fill out a card if a machine takes your change and didn't work. It was in English. (I'd have it in Chinese and Spanish, too.) Most of the machines work well, but a few dryers weren't working well on one of my visits. Price is not bad. Yes, sometimes you'll meet unsavory characters there, but that's just life. For the most part, people ignore you and some are helpful. read more

Good, clean laundromat. It's not cheap comparatively, but the place is well maintained, well-lit and in a busy strip mall, so feels safe. There are machines of various capacities for washing, the dryers are large and allow to select the time (it's per quarter timing) All in all, all good. My faithful cleaners have changed ownership and the hours are no longer convenient. I do not have washer/dryers at my temporary apartment. I have humbled myself to do my own fluff'n fold at a laundromat. Happily, I found Launderland on Yelp. I was able to plan my errands all within walking distance of the wash house. Super clean and not too busy for a Sunday. $3 for one 30 minute load and $1.50 for 45 minutes dryer. It nice these machines have timers. Of course, I left a sox behind, but a kind customer tracked me down. Wow! This won't happen in Oakland! I had my own quarters and detergent, but there's a convenient vending of you need change/supplies. read more

I have recently visited this laundromat and found many changes that have impacted negatively my chances of returning. Prices for washing have gone up to $3 for a small wash. You would think during and after the Pandemic the owners wouldn't push away clients who are trying to get back on their feet and would keep their previous $2.50 for small wash. Doesn't seem the owners wife care about Earth and the environment by using highly scented cleaning supplies while and around small children and clients during business hours which causes a toxic effect on people. This pandemic has affected more people than it affected others. In the case of the laundromat owners it seems they are doing well driving off in their expensive Mercedes. Be more mindful of people and their well being while at your business. Raising prices will cause a decline in patronage read more

Pros: Clean Lots of machines with plenty of smaller loads machines and about four machines "6 load capacity" and one machine "4 load capacity." Not crowded when we went around 7PM There is a large sink on the back to use to wash your hands. Owner picks up the phone in case of emergency. It will ring on the back office but then it will forward to him. Cons: The man attending stated he "doesn't speak English." Signals to signs at door. One black sign says last wash at 830PM and closes at 930PM. There is another small 2"x 8" word printed sign at the door, that says they Now close at 9PM. It was so small I couldn't read it. Dryers took a while to dry our clothes and we sorted small batches of clothes in each drier so they would dry faster. We started washing at about 730PM We had about 6 large laundry bags. We thought that last wash at 830 PM meant that we would be allowed to finish drying our laundry even if the doors were closed. The man told my husband about 845 PM that he needed to be done by 9PM they would lock the laundromat. We obviously missed the new sign. My husband tried to ask him if he could just allow us to finish drying. The man told my husband he doesn't speak English. So I went up to him and talk to him in his language and I asked him why would he allow us to start washing with so many loads if it was going to take such a long time to dry our clothes and they were so strict about closing at 9PM. He said the 930 sign was pre-Covid. And he was just following owners rules - he said he doesn't make up the rules. I Told him the sign at the door also states that there must be 6 feet apart floor markings and there weren't any. He stated that it was the customers fault that we are the ones that erase them. I called the owner and he took care of this whole misunderstanding- very nice and understanding. Nonetheless we will never come back to this place. Both me and my husband are first responders. We needed uniforms and taking home wet clothes is a perfect environment for bacteria and mold to grow. I had never been told that we needed to stop drying our clothes - dry or wet - and leave a laundromat- ever. read more

Always clean - I can get in & out with no issues. I walk my dog around the shopping center and sometimes grab a boba while my clothes go through their cycles. It's a safe & easy going location. I just did 3 loads of laundry here and it was quick and easy. This laundromat is clean, the washers and dryers are in great condition. There are the top load and front load washers, whichever suit your needs. There are two coin change machines, one on the front can do upto $10 while the one at the back can do upto $20. The 3X load washer costs $4.75 per wash using the front load washer and around $4.00 for 40 minutes of drying. There is ample parking and what I like about the area is that you can eat, have dessert and do grocery shopping while waiting! read more

I've been coming here a little over 2 years and it's been very convenient and reliable so far. Today one of the machines took my wrinkled $20 and it got jammed in the machine so then I decided to put a $5 to push the $20 through, not a great idea on my part. The guy that maintains the laundry mat helped me get ahold of the owner who literally just left about 10 min prior to me arriving. I called the owner and he turned around and came right back and arrived about 10min later. He quickly fixed the machine and gave me my $25 of quarters. Very helpful and quick response. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I was able to quickly get my 3 loads of laundry done. read more

The laundromat near my house closed so I ended up here. While here, 630pm, 1/21/19, two employees were busily collecting and cleaning lint, wiping down machines, and sweeping. My four machines worked as expected and there were coins in the change machine As needed. All in all I have zero complaints and will come back when needed. Lastly, most places nowadays have machines with credit/debit and mobile pay options, but on the plus side I can easily walk over to Chase Bank to get cash if needed. read more

Definitely wont be coming back. Please draw your own conclusions based on the pros and cons. Pros: clean, not too busy at 6:30 pm on a friday. Change machines for quarters, detergent for sale, carts, folding station, chairs, and a sink. Attendant is very helpful and my sheets came out very dry and soft. Also a nice location to get food while you wait or something Cons: Its kinda pricey but i guess thats the norm now. Its also super small so it felt crowded due to limited space. I wish they had an ATM or something because I rarely carry cash (covid habit). Luckily i had $15 today so i was able to do everything, but ran out of coins to finish drying my clothes. I didnt know the sink was not for hand washing items, so i was disappointed i wasn't allowed to wash my bath mats. The attendant was nice about it and offered to let me finish but by that point i felt uncomfortable so I quickly strained them and took them out. I honestly didnt feel comfortable washing here. Ive washed at tons of other places and i have never felt so...surveilled. The attendant was helpful but he was also watching everyone closely. I guess thats his job, its a small place so it felt more like i was being watched compared to a larger place. For one I did not kick the dryer door I just used my foot to shut the door of the dryer , and as for pushing the cart into the machines you are wrong I pushed the cart away from me as I had to pick up a heavy load of clothes out of basket! I was not going to spend all that money on washing and drying and go home with wrinkled clothes ! I had to hear the maintance man in my hear the whole time while I was quickly trying to arrange my clothes to be carried out to my car and not be all wrinkled !! Upon walking in there was the MOST foul smell i have ever smelt (if thats a word) Putrid Mold stench that was concentrated towards the back. I was in a panic, late at night (it was 8pm) and had to dry some sheets no lie $2 in on 3 sheets had me HOT (hotter than those dryers) which they weren't at all, went home with some hot and moist sheets. My washer broke so I used Yelp to find a good laundromat close by. I find the prices high for short cycle wash with no option of extra rinse. The final rinse cycle water still had soap bubbles. My clothes came out with detergent smell. The entire wash cycle was around 15-20 minutes. Unimpressed... I went to R&J on the CV Blvd, theirs prices are lower, have extra rinse cycle, AND they have an attendant on staff at all times!! You can use your credit card for coins without transaction fee! Seriously, the rudeness is no joke. I get I was coming in late (a little before 830pm). I just moved into the area and I was looking for a local laundromat that had larger washers than my building. My innate skepticism wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt as this would be my first time here. Read the other reviews, but I don't naturally trust Yelp. So why not give it a try. Well sometimes Yelp gets it right, wayyyy right. The attendant is very rude about the no wash after 830pm rule (again, I was there a little before that). I have no problem with the rule. A guy has to get home sometime. But the rule is not really posted conspicuously or explicitly that would demand immediate attention. A brightly colored paper sign with big bold letters right on the front door is a cheap solution. And I realize English is likely his second language, but I'm not sure the attendant has to be that terse or rude. As evidenced by other reviews, my opinion about him is not unique. I see the owner responds to reviews here, but if it never gets fixed that means it's not more than online lip service. ETA (Response to Frank F. Business Owner): I don't believe there is much issue with Emilio knowing the time for the last wash. The larger issue is his approach and demeanor to customers, especially newer ones. The rudeness is a big turnoff. Again, a more conspicuous sign on the door for last wash time would both inform the customers and mitigate the impact of a rude wash manager. Their machines LIE. They do not wash hot, it starts off hot (runs aboht 1 minute this way) then right back to ice cold. Complained to management, a husband & wife (present for all of this), and they "pretended" to not speak English. They couldn't cough up $2.75 so that I may try on another machine. I've been here about 4-5 times. It's a pretty convenient location on my home from work. I usually stop here, throw my clothes in, maybe run to the Lucky's or the Pet Food Express to pick up a few things, by then the washer is just about done, then throw things in the dryer and in no time I'm done! The last time, the new costume I made dismantled slightly and a boning piece slipped inside the side of the dryer, I had no idea what to do but noticed a few people cleaning up the place and asked for help. Thankfully, the attendant was able to fish out the piece so I could repair it! This evening I went once again doing my usual routine, when I returned home I realized I didn't have my reusable water bottle my mother bought me! I quickly looked up the laundromat online called the number. The man who answered was the owner (I believe?) who quickly called his attendants to see if it was there. It was! Yay! I will be stopping by on my way home from work tomorrow to pick it up. Also good to note: attendants are usually there around 6:00 PM. This is the cleanest laundromat I've been to in the Bay Area. The couple that take care of cleaning and maintaining it have been respectful and kind to me and my children. My grandparents owned a laundromat when I was growing up and I also worked for them. We kept it very clean, but I must say this one is even cleaner. There's something about a clean laundromat when you're washing your clothes. Props to the owners for running a nice business and service for the community! read more
