I hate leaving bad reviews but it's only fair that I'm honest about my experience. I used to use this Dry Cleaner because I liked the service and I appreciated them. There was a hiccup a while back that I decided not to write about and thought it was a fluke. Unfortunately that incident a while back was not a fluke and a few days ago, I realized why I would never use them again. Service is subpar and the owner was dishonest. My husband recently dropped off a suit and some shirts to be dry cleaned for a wedding were attending. I went to pick it up and upon arrival the owner was running around looking for his items because she didn't know if they were done or where she put them. She called me to the back to look for his items which was interesting. I looked for 15 minutes and could not find any of his clothing. As we searched, another customer came in and she left me on my own. About 20 mins in she asked me if I could pick it up the following day which I couldn't - that was the day of the wedding. She questioned me as if the ticket that said 4 items (in her handwriting) was wrong and he didn't really drop them off. Eventually, she found the jacket and the pants. She swore the jacket had been dry cleaned yet it was in the same shape as it was upon drop off with tags attached. I smelled it and said it has not been cleaned, she said it was dry cleaned and frantically cut the tags off (which I picked up). She asked me to leave and said she'd call me when she found it. As I walked out I realized that she did not have my number so I asked if she had it. She said "No, can you leave it" and I did. She called me a few mins later and said she located all the items. When I came back to pay and questioned her again about the jacket, she admitted that it wasn't dry cleaned. The sheer dishonesty is the reason why I will never use them again nor will I continue to refer them. I can accept mistakes but I cannot accept a lie to my face so she can make money. I do not recommend this Dry Cleaner, there are so many more in the area that are good and honest. read more

THIS HUMBLE DRY CLEANER is THE best spot in town! It may not look like much from the outside nor inside but the customer service from the owner is what I strive to look for in businesses! Honest pricing! Ever since COVID, honest dry cleaners are hard to find. Believe me, I've been to random dry cleaners, all of which, I did not trust their pricing. How did I miss this cleaner which is kind of hidden all of my life when it was NEXT TO MY HOUSE?! Parking here is kind of awkward in terms of spacing. The owner emerged from the back after the chime and she was very friendly. As soon as she look at my suit (jacket and pants), she gave a set pricing trusting that she didn't need to inspect it. It was a fair price. I picked up my jacket and pants 4 days later where she REMEMBERED my name upon walking in. The suit was IMMACULATE. What kind of customer service do you see this nowadays? The owner here is but a humble Vietnamese running her business and I'm surprised this place doesn't get more reviews. The 5 stars from everyone here is well deserved! I've never left a review before, but after this experience it would be a disrespect to myself not too. I dropped off my leather jacket to my local dry cleaners and was told that it would take 10 days to clean due to the quality. I was happy to wait this long, as I knew that it would be worth it in the end to have one of my favorite jackets freshen up. After 10 days, I returned back to this dry cleaners and found the owner stuck in the back unresponsive to my entrance for 10-15 minutes. I was patience nonetheless, cause I was excited to have my jacket back. Finally, the owner comes and greets me, only to inform me that she forgot to call me but she was unable to clean my jacket. I look to the right, and my jacket is sitting there, crunched up in a ball in a basket, in the very same condition it was before if not worse. She told me it would take too long to clean, hence why I waited 10 days for them to do so. Instead, it stayed crunched, collecting dust, and worse condition than it was before. She apologized once again for not calling me, but I was just disappointed overall with the entire outcome of it all. In 10 days, I could've gone to various other dry cleaners to see if they can clean my jacket. Unfortunately i'm left with no time to do so, as i'm leaving to go back to college on Monday, and must find a reliable dry cleaners back at my school. Anyways, I'm very disheartened about my interaction at this establishment today, and warn people in the future to ensure that the owner can properly clean their clothes, or else it'll end up crumpled in a basket. read more

If I could rate this business more stars I would! The owner is so friendly you would think she's working for tips! I've been to several dry cleaners before I found this one and none of them care about hospitality and definitely none of them bother to remember your name. Linda, she does! Service is always fast and the pricing is unmatched. Other cleaners I have been to charge around 20% more and they're just ok. I had been going to another dry cleaners in the area that had really good reviews. I must admit the other dry cleaner is excellent and does a great job. But, it was about 7 miles to get there and their prices were very high. I found B & B Cleaners and they're very close to my house. Their prices are usually less than half the price of the other cleaner. And the lady who runs B & B is very nice and pleasant. I'm glad I found this place. read more

Dropped off my drapes to be cleaned and lady said Saturday which was about a week. I was so excited to get my drapes. Go in for pick up and she says she won't clean them due to their age. While they are older they are in really good condition, just dusty. Figure she could have told us this during drop off or called instead of making us wait a week to take them elsewhere. She quoted me 2 days on the phone but when I got there she said next day after 12 (no additional charge). I came in right at closing time after work and she still took me in. Drove by this place and thought I'd give it a try since it was on my way home. My old dry cleaners ruined a leather jacket that I had so I needed to find a new dry cleaner. I dropped off a few shirts just to see how well they cleaned it and it was good. What sets them apart from other cleaners is the level of customer service. There was one incident where I needed a suit cleaned quickly for a last minute event. I spoke to the cleaner, told them the situation and they went out of their way to make sure that my suit was ready for me even though the turn around time was pretty outrageous. Having a business go out of their way to help you is invaluable these days. The fact that they did this for me shows me that I can trust them which makes me a loyal customer forever.
