If you only need to use this laundromat to dry clean wet clothing, the owner will loudly ask you to leave, even when all dryers are unused. Apparently this constitutes "Losing Money" in his eyes. He's correct, as he has now lost my business. In his eyes, it's only "25 cents" to dry (which is incorrect as I usually add more drying time to my loads), so offering just a dry is a net loss for him. I have purchased multiple packs of dryer sheets from here and put money on my laundry card, which is now wasted money. In fact I was going to load more onto it today before being accosted by the owner. My dryer is broken but my washer is fine, so I am not going to pay a whopping $5.50 to do a load of laundry here. Incredibly poor service model and atrocious customer relations. Stay away from this money hungry crook, and go up the road to Laurel Laundry on Laurel Ave in Northport. read more

This is the second time I've done pick-up/drop off and both times they have lost my brand new box of dryer sheets. Worker was irritated that she had to help figure this out as this was the second time happening and I said "you guys keep losing my brand new dryer sheets" and she was more concerned with me saying "you guys" then making me feel accommodated. She was rude. Here's a helpful idea: why don't you keep everyone's detergent and dryer sheets together and make note of their items on the ticket. The evening crew at this establishment does NOT allow customers to use the bathroom. The is ALWAYS "locked in bathroom by a customer OR key is broken" This is my FOURTH time experiencing with the EVENING crew. I have been patronizing this establishment for over one year. I am onedication the requires use of bathroom facilities frequently. I was very annoyed with tonight's visit and has to go several blocks away to use the restroom at Dunkin Donuts. On my way there I ended up urinating on myself! I was a bit distraught. Upon returning to Laundry Basket, I exchanged words with another employee and he alleged that the day workers do something with the key because there are some "drug people" that come there in the evenings! I looked at him and asked him if I had looked like one of those "drug people" since he had totally RECOGNIZED me as an actual PAYING CUSTOMER for well over one year! I want the name and number of OWNER and conveniently NOBODY had it. I shall return in the morning to get to the bottom of this situation. Used their drop off service several times & something always goes wrong. I give specific instructions to keep certain bags washed & dried separately and always find them mixed with other clothes. My husband has lost 2 shirts with them. terrible. the recently changed their washing machines to only take dollar coins instead of the usual quarters as well as upped the price on all washing. the dollar coins bug me more because we purposely bought a lot of quarters on our last trip so we didn't have to exchange more. so now we were forced to exchange more money. we went back today to do more laundry and i realized we need more coins so i go to exchange. 3 of 4 of the change machines still give you quarters. what's the point when half the business takes dollar coins? i'm fed up with this place. it's always gross inside and the dryers take forever to dry. i've come here for 2 years because it was convenient and close to our house. i'm never coming here again because of this dumb coin change. read more

Quiet, clean laundromat with plenty of single ($2.50), double ($4.25) and triple ($5.25) load machines. Sign says free WiFi, but I haven't tried it. There are chairs for reading/waiting and flat screen TVs throughout. I recommend this place. read more
