Had some plumbing issues at home and needed a Laundromat. Found this one open super early and super late to accommodate my work schedule. I was throughly impressed with how many washers and dryers they have. None were out of order and in all great condition! Upon my first visit I was greeted by the friendliest employee, Richard. He went above and beyond to make this experience great! Richard said he never seen me before at this location and I explained my plumbing issues at my home. Richard was kind enough to show me around. He explained where the 6 load washers were and where everything was located such as soaps, coin machines and places to park. I will definitely come to this location again! Without a doubt I found my favorite Laundromat when needed!! Richard is a gem at this place! This company is lucky to have such a friendly employee to make customers feel welcome! When I say that this location, laundry for less in Buena Park is the most wonderful laundromat I have ever been to that is putting it lightly! They have awesome vending machines with all different kinds of refreshments, the floors are clean, the folding tables are clean, everything works wonderfully!! It really is the most affordable laundromat I've EVER been to! It's a very chill and welcoming environment, and they're dog friendly! All the staff here are very down to earth helpful and sweet!! They play great music! The bathroom is spotless! They even have massage chairs!!! Does it get better?! YES!!! They have an ARCADE!!!! THEY HAVE A FREAKING ARCADE!! Love that I have the option to bring home a suitcase of fresh clothes instead of dirty laundry! Clean facilities with a lot of different laundry options. If you just need to do a small load, it only cost $2. Drying is 25 cents for a short cycle. Open early and close late. Bring your own detergent or purchase from one of the machine for $1. read more

They have a system the you could pay with you phone and they charge you twice for the washer and them they don't want to give you a refund back I when there 3 weeks ago and they charge me for two washer twice and they said the they where going to refund you back for them and in till right now they haven't refund anything. I came here based on the reviews and loved it. I do a lot of my laundry at laundromats and this place has to be top five if not my favorite place to do laundry and I've only been here once! They're located right off the 5 freeway and Orangethorpe in this weird location next to a private school. I parked on the 5 fwy. side, but there's also limited parking on the other side of the building off 5th and Kingman. They're open until 2 a.m. which is rare. Inside it's clean, there's tons of signage and it feels like I'm doing laundry at a friend's house. There's a game room!! OMG! There's a not so comfy sofa in the game room and it has a few arcade games in there. I tried to read a book there, but there were 2 kids screaming their heads off while playing air hockey AND the arcade games are kind of loud. Definitely not a place to nap. Overall, I love the ambiance here and if I lived closer I'd definitely be here more often. If you're in the area or need to do laundry late at night and are travelling down the 5 freeway, Laundry for Less is a must see destination! read more

Reasonable price. Machines clean and well kept. Machines are always working. Never too busy. Customer service is great always working keeping the place clean. Very low homeless rarely ever seen compared to other locations. Location has an arcade, very reliable vending machines, indoor outdoor seating and massage chairs. Highly recommended. I've been to many in the OC, Valley, and San Bernardino. This is my preferred laundromat. I was asked for review and I was more than happy to do one. Great job to the staff. read more

This is by far the very first laundromat I've ever been to where I actually look forward to going to and being able to afford to do laundry. On top of all that the place is so clean from head to toe. The restroom is by far the cleanest restroom I've ever seen. and They have a separate room where there's arcade games and couches to hang out in and the entire place has AC. This place opens at 5:00 a.m. And closes at 2:00 a.m. last Wash is at 1:00 a.m. This is my favorite laundry place. read more

Whenever I have any issues, they help me out right away. Dave made sure to contact me when I accidentally used the machine wrong and overpaid. What I like about this laundromat is that first the washing machines are well taken care of so it's not filthy or smelly ever!. also it's not as expensive as many other places it's reasonable prices... 20 bucks goes a long way for me at this location. I believe what makes a stable, reliable laundromat is that someone is always there taking care of the business!! They walking around cleaning the dryer filters and the machines. Clean, quick, and down the street. HOWEVER, the price the owner advertises is not true, unless I'm going on the wrong day of the week or wrong time. We paid $2.50 each for 6 washers, when we should've paid $2.25 each. Not that big of a deal, but when you find a gem and you drive there, get all settled in, you dump your clothes in and THEN you notice it's not the advertised price, well I'd be lying if I said it didn't leave me a little bugged. Other than that, the attendant is great, bathroom is clean and stocked, paid of course. Cheap enough laundry essentials, but I prefer my own stuff anyway. Overall, great, but keeping my low score until the owner either announces a price change or reverts back to $2.25, for transparency's sake. Bonus: There's a taco spot across the street! And if you go to the Bank of America nearby crossing beach, there's an even BETTER taco spot. Can't go wrong with either, but the al pastor is way better down the way. I recently started coming here because the cost for my apartment complexes laundromat is outrageously priced. This truly is an excellent laundromat for the price you're getting. I have no complaints in regard to the laundry service. The payrange app however, is incredibly frustrating to deal with. The first time I came here, both myself and my cousin had an issue with the machines not starting once we initiated payment through the app, we followed the instructions exactly and still they were not starting. I asked someone who worked there for some help and the only thing he could tell me was that I needed to report it via the app and say what happened, and they would refund me the money. It's understandable that that is how the process works due to it being an app, so I did as he said and a few days later they had credited my account. Fast forward a few weeks, and I ran into the same issue. Twice. I paid, machine didn't start, and I had to pay again. The transactions were within seconds of each other, so it's obvious upon reviewing them that I was double charged. Frustrating of course but I simply did what the employee told me to last time & I reported a problem, then continued with my laundry. It's been two days and I just received an email saying: Thank you for contacting PayRange. I'm sorry you experienced trouble with the machine. PayRange is the provider of the mobile payment application. We do not operate or service your machines. Due to your refund history, we are unable to process a refund. The owner give us the authority to only give a maximum refund of 3 to every user that will be going to reset every other 30 days, if the user exceeded the limit we refer them to operator or owner to ask assistance. Lastly, we do not operate or service your machines, but we can help point you to the operator. According to our records, the operator of the machine you last used is as follows: Operator Name: Laundry For Less Operator Phone: +17143960500 Operator Email: Laundryfourless@gmail.com So now I'm being limited to how many times I can receive a refund because the machines don't connect to the app properly? I understand that people probably take advantage, but this is clearly not the case. I liked the option of being able to use the app, but if this is something that I'm going to frequently have to deal with, then I guess I'll have to start using quarters again. I would really recommend! It's clean and there's a variety of washers to choose from for different loads. We can use the bluetooth app or quarters to pay AND their customer service is really great. I was having issues with getting the app to work as I didn't load the washer correctly and the lady who works there helped me resolve the issue and explained how to use it so the app doesn't charge me without turning on the washer or if I want to use the quarters setting. She refunded me and helped make things right! I will most definitely be coming back! read more

Amazing place. I'm sorry that so many people know about how great it is. I only say that to be selfish because they are very very busy almost all the time. I have been a customer here for over 12 years and they have only gotten better. Yes all the reviews are correct. They are the cleanest and have everything machine you will need they have top loading and 2 loaders and all the way up to huge loaders that I can't tell you how big. They have a staff on site and they do a very good job of cleaning everything I mean everything. I used to wipe down countertops for folding things and the handles on the dryers and even the carts. But I have not had to clean anything anymore. You can see the countertops shining and the trash cans empty and the floors are always being swept and mopped if needed. I'm proud to be a customer here and I love washing my laundry and taking it home and it's still clean. Other places that I have tried did not have anything good to say about any of the entire place. I don't like being negative but the reason I used to wipe down everything is that after wiping and trying to keep my eyes open for something that I missed it happened. I went to grab a cart and after a mila second I felt something horrible on my hand that grabbed the cart. I don't want to tell how bad it was but I never ever touched a cart without me first wiping it down and it took more than two times to get it clean. After spending more time cleaning this laundry mat then I spent washing my clothes and paying very expensive money per machine It took me a while but I finally found Laundry For Less and it was a gold mine. The only problem with it being so good is it's always busy and hard to find times that the place is not as busy. The best thing is that the owners are very nice and respectful to their customers and only want their place to be as good as it is and they have kept it this way for a long long,time. read more

Came here on a Sunday at 4:30 pm. There was a lot of machines and signs letting u know which machines were at what capacity (ie. 2 loads all the way up to 6 loads.) WOWZERS!!!!! The place is really clean and the machines all seem to be well maintained. They have a recreation room off to the side that has some arcade games, air hockey table, 2 sofas, 2 massage chairs, those game vending machines that you could win video games. There was a cool sign in the recreation room (I posted a pic.) Another cool thing they have that I haven't seen is a ice cream vending with Paletas n Blue Bunny ice cream. Due to Covid they suggest u fold ur clothes at home. But the tables and sink areas are super clean. There's no trash or clutter just laying around. N their hours r freaking great 5pm-2am. And if you check in on YELP, you get a free offer for a box of detergent or Bounce. Pretty cool. This will be our new laundry spot!!! read more
